THANK YOU KEZ! In the 12 years we have had our campervan I have been bought countless "Campervan Cooking" books and this video blows each and every one of them out of the water! ;-) Simple, delicious, easy, no fuss food! Hmmm, am hungry now after watching this, so off to make a One Pot Wonder! ;-)

Oh m g, why has it never occurred to me to use peanut butter as a satay sauce 😮 Another awesome one pot cooking solution is the trusty rice cooker and steamer basket - boom 🎉 (now I’ve got that song in my head… thanks 😂)
It’s a right little treat in the noodles. Rice from scratch is something I miss in the van. In a future van I think we’d have to get a rice cooker. They seem like a game changer for cooking 🧑🍳 . Have an awesome Monday and week mate 🤙😎
Thanks Amanda, hope you get a chance to cook it. I’m biased but it was all amazing. Can I ask would you like to see more cooking we were never sure how well it went down. I said to Kez we should do a weekly vlog called Kez’s Kitchen and cook different dinners, foods etc. in the van. For a small kitchen she cooks up a storm 😍
Then we will look at doing some more 🤗. We’ve watched Mazzy cook so much on video. Was fun to be able to chill in their van the other day. She was so lovely in person 🫶
Your food looks lovely! Our plan, yet to be properly tested, is to be able to do as much cooking in the van as we do at home. We got a remoksa as an oven and that works well. We are partial to a potnoodle for a change from sandwiches. We just need to get some magnetic spice holders for under the kitchen cupboards so we can do more cooking. Will you be at Vanlifeeats festival next week?

Loved the video ! I have a good gasburner for my wok, a 3liter Instant pot and a small normal pan. Thats it.
