To keep food cold in a little cooler I use an empty hard plastic almond milk jug, leaving space about 2 inches from the top of the bottle so it can expand. It will keep your food cold for several days and when it does thaw completely you can use the water for your coffee.
I'd never do what you do or even camp but I have best of both worlds where I live. I enjoy watching you and all you do and I'm glad you're so happy and you love your life. Thank you for your narratives and how you tell us all you do and why, where and what. Fascinating! God bless you and keep you safe.
I truly believe that someday soon...probably in the spring...I will finally take the leap and try to start my female vanlife journey...and honestly it will be because of this channel..I have watched so many videos and seen so many conversions, and this is the closest to what I want my journey to look like..AND I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT SAY ENOUGH..THANKYOU.. for taking the time to share like you do..you REALLY ARE HELPING OTHER FEMALES
It is truly my pleasure! Your words are such an encouragement because that is exactly why I keep creating content. If it helps one person - but especially a woman feel like this is doable - it is worth it to me. So thank you for saying this♥️🐞♥️
Your van is so beautifully done! You don’t need to change a thing. And, thanks to friends like you, I get that occasional cold beverage which is always a treat😋
Since watching your videos I started buying the rice, grains & beans packages & love them. I’ve been sautéing green onion, garlic and a small can of chicken, then adding the mixed grains & rice. Also have mixed Spanish Rice package with the rice & bean - added onion, garlic and stuffed into fresh peppers, wrapped with foil roasted over fire for stuffed peppers. All delicious - thanks for the tips and Safe travels!
Out of all the setups for transit connects I love yours the best simple as can be. If not for my Northern Lite 8'11 camper I'd go transit with a simple build. I love the sofa/bed too. I also use a jackery for power
That is very kind of you! I’m not familiar with Northern Lite campers-I’ll be looking that up now😛 Jackery are great and not just for Vanlife. I would have never known they existed before this, though.
This was awesome, extremely well produced, and very helpful. Many thanks. :) If you could please show us housekeeping - how you clean your coffee filter, mug, gear etc (as I know that water and managing waste can be a big deal). Thanks again, and love from New Zealand x xxxx x
Thank you Angela! That is a great idea. I actually had to edit all that out because the video was getting lengthy. Maybe I’ll take all those cuts and make a new one with just that🤔😛☺️
You are such a doll. Watched you and Bunny several times and really love your positivity! My husband and I live in Branson so we are happy you two were able to enjoy the state park in our area.
I like to slow roast squash, beets, carrots and parsnips on fire over coals. A metal kabob skewer makes them easier to move around. Try apples or peaches too. The veggies are especially good cooled and put on green salad.
Your analysis on fridgelessness is brilliant! I have hoped for years for a nomad youtuber to make the exact point you did here. Refrigeration is not necessary for a lot of whole plant foods which can keep very well without risk of food poison. Sweet potatoes are 66% of the diet of Okinawan centenarians and last for months in warm storage areas. And rice and beans, nuts, oats etc. keep practically forever. My hotel on wheels is a Prius which has plenty of electricity when desired, but why waste precious space on a fridge when your practical advice works best of all without it and cuts down on total weight of rig. For years I only cooked what is needed in my small Instant Pot for one meal at a time. For the more perishable fruits one must buy these when in town every few days or so OR use dried or canned to stretch a few more days. I was overwhelmed with admiration to find a minimalist like you that is so steeped in Zen and the joy of living! Thanks, you made my day and give me hope!!! Thanks for sharing! :)
I am so glad you found it to be helpful information and that you have experience with it too. It’s funny how accustomed we get to modern conveniences when for years this was just the norm of how people lived😜
Your videos are Awesome!!! I greatly enjoy your very simple way of explaining everything and sharing about your van life and experiences! I always smile and laugh at the funny things you say and do as well😀 Praise God... God Bless You!
I have a very small pressure cooker. I make beans & soup in it. Makes about two meals for one person. I always put left overs in open mouth thermos. Always still good next day for lunch.
Thank you so much for the vids, you inspired me to save up for a transit connect. I am a mechanic who used to work on them, but you sure know how to hook one up in comfort. I will take a page from your book.
You are welcome! A transit connect will be perfect for you, then. It is really the best of both worlds-small enough to get all the benefits of maneuverability and great gas mileage and yet large enough to make a comfortable home on wheels (especially for one person). I love it ♥️🐞♥️
😂😂😂😂 I just don’t film those bits lol!!! Actually, I have found that as I slow down, I am much more mindful and careful and have less spills like that. I also have my trusty little 12v vacuum for the occasional mishaps 😝
It really helps to move to cooler climate in the summer so food stays fresh longer. I never use a frig, only insulated bag. I did get very sick once so gotta be careful
I loved watching your video! I love nature! I enjoyed the healthy food that you eat! I worked as a park ranger one summer in a low liner trailer! I loved it!
Thanks for the detailed link description of all the food. I really like this poshi vegetable snacks. So nice, cooked already, no cooling. Wish we could get them here.
You’re welcome. I usually just buy them at the store, but I knew some of you would be interested in finding them. I live the Poshi snacks. They are a little expensive but we’ll worth it!
I added those poshi veggies to my list .. i like eating as simple & healthy as i can w/very little cooking. My cooking usually is in a mini rice cooker. My tea is cold brew, no 8 hrs necessary either. Salmon, tuna (wildcaught) & mayo packets are great also. Again no refrigeration needed. I still need my vehicle but i like to live as simply & portable as possible, while being esthetic. I do own a sm portable fridge/freezer combo w/ 1000 w. jackery & a 240. I have a zero filtration pitcher & a lifestraw. And many other portable things that i use.
Also added that amylu chicken. I like that brand of kettle chips also, only in bbq. However, i don't eat them very often, bc i feel quite dehydrated afterwards, but very yummy.
I was just thinking about what I eat that needs no refrigeration...and it turns out that I eat a lot of stuff. I have been doing clean eating...so lots of grains and nuts. Such a good topic...very helpful for van life when you don’t have refrigeration 👍
Good for you! Made me realize I eat nothing but JUNK! I don't think Dee and I could share a meal together, lol. Much respect through, must be so hard off grid with her dietary needs.
Thanks for this Dee. We have different sensitivities, but I know I can work through mine - again. I’m supposed to avoid wheat, sugar, and dairy. I also stay away from soy.
Yes, Kim! You can do it 💪🏼 I know it sucks sometimes when it feels like all you can think of is what you CAN’T have. But then, one day you have fun realizing all the things you CAN♥️🐞♥️
Great suggestions! I eat same foods at home but need refrigeration. Now I can find these items for my road trip! As always your videos are so enjoyable to watch and I learn things to use on my journey. Thank you❤
Good ideas, will be nomading come early fall. No electric, fridge.... has to be very basic due to funds, will miss cold drinking water. Don't want electric, worry about EMF's in small area. Thanks for tips. 🙂
Glad you find the tips useful. One of the reasons I use that metal water container is to keep water cool. You’d be surprised how much the little evaporative effect it has cools the temp of the water. I got it a IKEA (the one that sits under my electric water faucet on the cabinet)…
You can buy a full Lettuce without plastic packaging and keep it in a sealed tub of cold water (layer it) It's cheaper than packets at a fraction of the cost too. Sending 😍
I really enjoyed this, both from thinking about how I would do this to everyday snack ideas. I keep forgetting how awesome apples and peanut butter is!
Hi, I am Carolina from Argentina. I really like your videos and the way you simplify van life. I am looking forward to build my mini van and I will apply most of your advices. Thank you❤
Thank you. 🌻 Soaked oats or "overnight oats" are a staple for me. Rolled oats are the main ingredient, then there are various others. Raisins are great in with them. Chia seeds, a little crunchiness from a bit of high-pro peanut butter granola, some sliced bananas at the end, some powdered protein, pea protein liquid, some sugar-free chocolate syrup on top.... Many variations and possibilities. I usually soak them for maybe thirty seconds, but overnight is okay too. The raisins swell up. The crunch disappears unless you add the crunchy ingredients at the end, just before eating.
Wow great video Dee, Such healthy food! such a healthy women in such a beautiful landscape place that complement each other! O' to paint the landscape you make me jealous! It looked fairly windy with your flowing hair blowing in the breeze. What a wonderful life!!! best wishes Ken xxx
impressive - and love the new ideas. I have a corn allergy and agree that it is tricky although better than years past to find things without corn ingredients. Thanks for the tips and tiicks.
Practical common sense ideas and solutions regarding sustenance and nutrition. Creative and interesting video.... Nicely Done Indeed Lady Bugout! Gratitude and Appreciation 🌹
I'm in my 2010 transit connect 80' from the Gulf of Mexico in Key West. Thanks for more great advice. Don't wait until your van is perfect, just go. Those were pearls.
I only carry frozen water bottles from home in my ice chest. I love my cold drinks. I never put ice in (when I can avoid it), it makes a mess of the other groceries. Those chicken sausages look good - precooked. I carry some pouches of tuna and chicken breast. I could live on peanut butter and jelly and be pretty happy, except I forget the jelly!
Hi Linda! That’s a great idea. When I really want ice, I just fill up a little thermos I have when I fill up my gas tank. It’ll satisfy my need for a cold drink for a little bit. I have gotten used to not having it so I just look at is as a treat when I do have it😛
Oh my! Yeah, it’s the worst to not have your gut functioning well. I am so grateful to have found a diet that works well for me. I feel healthier than I ever have been and have no gut issues for years now. Keep experimenting and seeing what works. I worked for years to find a solution (and had help from nutritional experts). But it was well worth figuring it all out☺️
Thank you for sharing these healthful meal ideas. I love the Ripple and Orgain for a protein boost as well! I’m encouraged to see I don’t have to spend thousands on solar set up to do Van life. Safe travels and good health this year!
I just bought that pan a week ago. I love it Its carbon steel and lightly cast, which is better for conserving fuel. Heats up fast, cools fast. You are right. Its got a flat bottom just large enough to make 6 or 7 inch tortillas but its high sided, essentially a mini wok. Its fabulous for stir frying! Can cook a grilled cheese in it too. Low flame for eggs. I enjoy your videos so much. You are a master of small spaces. I may reconfigure my TC with the cross bench bed. I have a gaucho style bunk the long way but its cramped sitting. I was doing a lot of carpentry at the time and wanted space for long boards, but I think its time for a shape shift! Safe travels Lady Bug. Best. Charles.
An icechest is a great alternative to a mini fridge or a yeti and its fairly inexpensive option for someone who cant spend 100-200 dollars on it, when i go camping i tend to bring one big one and one smaller one for inside the tent and it helps to keep the tent cooler on hot sunny days
Sorry I'm leaving so many comments. I love the healthy way you eat and the fact that you do not use traditional refrigeration. You have a lot of food that looks wonderful. I could never find anything like that when I'm out. I'm going to make a list of everything I saw you eating and see if I can find them in my area. I'm going to be making a trip halfway across the country in a few months and I want to be able to eat without stopping at restaurants etc.
No worries!!! I’m glad that you are inspired by what I eat! I find a lot of it at Walmart or Whole Foods or world market which is Costco. Have fun on your trip! Safe travels☺️☺️☺️
Food intolerances are a pain. Mine is wheat gluten and sugars cause me some inflammation. I love your go to spice. My husband doesn't, but that's ok, it last longer with just me putting it on almost everything. When I travel solo I don't eat out, because it is just easier. I use my roto cast cooler more as rodent safe storage when it is just me. Not doing ice or a fridge that requires power is really freeing. I do alot of grocery store, backpacking type food, but I have to watch out for wheat and salt in those. Thank you for taking the time to create this video. Your videos are so educational and reminded me of options I have not been taking advantage of. Thank you.
Thank you for creating this video. I use to eat like this but I ended up with some nutritional deficiencies so now I eat like this, with the addition of more protein and supplements. Premier protein is life. LOL. It's good to see I don't have to have a fridge to keep my veggies from wilting. I have one now in my SUV but it takes up so much room that I'm researching how people do it without a fridge. I would love more space for my art and craft supplies. Thanks again!
Yes. I add more protein when I can for sure. I am planning to do a whole video on the food storage without a fridge-a little more detailed and with some new things that help keep food fresh. I think you’ll like it-Probably end of this month or early next!!!
Hey Dee, I still don't have refrigeration after almost a year of being out here. I don't have power to run one in the RV. Find l don't need it. Using fresh, dry, and canned products works for me. l don't over cook either, ( no leftovers). Take care my friend. Lots of 💕. Fee.
You can get propane RV fridges but they can be costly, was about $1CAD/day, in warm weather, 2yrs ago. Winter it went outside. I live off grid now, used to go Nomad, so I still turn to you guys lots for helpful hints as we ALWAYS encounter the same dilemmas, lol. Oh, and wanted to add, if your food is close to being, "off," by best before date, cook it, it'll buy you a few more days. 🤣 Love and respect from Eastern Canada. ❤️ 🇨🇦
YOU are a BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT living awesomely! I am going to borrow some of your great ideas (especially the HEALTHY how & what to eat without refrigeration) I am not a fast food person, so this will work PERFECTLY for Moto camping next year! I am happy I found your videos for my future planning using your valuable tips! Wishing you health & wellness and safe travels Dee!
@@LadyBugout Yes it will be! I Love my motorcycles and the idea of making everything a road or destiny off the beaten path....Golden opportunities! I thought I would use MRE'S ( military style meals ready to eat...dehydrated everything in waterproof bags yadda yadda yadda) They may be a way smaller part of the planning now thanks to your wisdom! Fresh over dehydrated everything...Um...YES PLEASE LOL!
I am so glad I stumbled across your video watching Bunny. I try to eat organic and healthy as possible. I will be starting my full time van life in Summer and this is quite helpful in regards to eating healthy without a fridge. Plus you are so nice!!
Great video as always. I don't think I could manage without a fridge personally mind you I do have a big family. You look so healthy which is something I'm not at the moment. Xx
Good food video! But in the sunlight your hair is on point!! I LOVE your hair color and style! The sausage dog would def be my style along with the pancakes!! Yuuuum😍
Great video, Dee! I love van life! One can eat as good and healthy living in a van. I do have a small 20 liter fridge and a 50 quart cooler which serve as a seat and a bedside table respectively. I prefer to cook outside after setting up a shelter above the sliding door. My favorite salads come from Trader Joe's. I cook mostly oriental meals with bok choi, sprouts, sea food or chicken and add siracha and/or chili paste for a kicker. I love to experiment, too, and have made some surprisingly delicious 😋 meals. Van life doesn't have to be boring 😴 like some house dwellers think it would be. I love your zeal and your wonderful attitude.
Excellent video Dee. Totally relate to your eating choices. It’s quite a surprise to get off the refrigerator system need! It’s quite empowering to wander out into my garden with two slices of bread and pick beans, lettuce, peas, tomatoes, parsley, spinach or whatever and make a sandwich! Different I suppose to you for sure but the same outcome. Glad you like your coffee Dee we can be great mates now!!!😁😁😁😁. As usual another inspirational TH-cam from LadyBugout!👍👍👍. Stay well, travel safe, take care Dee.
Thank you Maurice! Sounds divine. Hahaha yep, gotta have that coffee. My kids tease me that I feature coffee more than I feature my van in my videos😛 I do love it though. Everything about it-the ritual, the smell, the taste-☕️ ahhhh!
Hi! Great video! Thank you for sharing your food meals. You have a very simple set up which I like and that can be accomplished inexpensively. Have a wonderful day!
Hey Dee, looks good enough to eat! But as a meat and taters and eggs and milk kinda guy, I'm glad our shuttle bus setup has room and solar enough for a 60 quart 12 volt compressor refrigerator.
More power to ya😛 pun intended 😆 That is absolutely a great thing to have when you like meat and potatoes!!! I just go out and get it the same day if I feel like that kind of meal. Or actually go out somewhere to eat☺️
Thank you for your video...we have refrigeration in the truck camper but when we were in mexico we ate very much the same for the produce is so fresh there and it tasted so amazing when its that fresh that cooking would spoil the flavors..I know i always feel better when i eat fresh. I i ever was on my own i have always said i could do van life aposed to what we have now which is a big three slide truck camper. Van life is what i could do on my own. There is way too much complication to our truck camper that i would not want to worry about all of it....I really can see by how your face shines and your eyes are clear that your diet is very good and one that i need to get back too....thank you again and nice to meet you...this is the first video of yours that i have seen and not my last. Tracey from TumbleweedRVLife
Thank you Tracey! Yes, I feel better eating as clean and fresh as possible too. It’s not always possible, but doing so most of the time gives my body what it needs and helps me stay healthy. If you have a fridge- by all means use it☺️ I’m not against refrigeration😛 it just was one of those decisions in my build that I’m perfectly happy with for myself!
You eat few meals and very little food, but it’s super healthy. Am down to two meals a day myself, and I feel so much better. It’s way healthier. I like your simple pretty set up. Thank you for sharing, and letting us into your life.
Great ideas! Would love to know which spices/ seasonings/ salad oils? You are using in this video. Thanks 😊 I feel like I could really live this lifestyle after watching your videos!! Thanks 😊
Your glow tells us all we need to know that your diet is a good model for us all.
Thank you Stephen. I appreciate that. I understand what you mean☺️
She definitely has glow!! Sho nuff!
No, it's not for everyone.
Love your simple low-tech approach to van life - no complicated solar/electrics needed - plus healthy no-refrigerator meal ideas!
Thank you. I have found that simplifying my life is good for my well-being😊
To keep food cold in a little cooler I use an empty hard plastic almond milk jug, leaving space about 2 inches from the top of the bottle so it can expand. It will keep your food cold for several days and when it does thaw completely you can use the water for your coffee.
Great hack. Love it! Might have to try that😛
How do you freeze the jug in the first place, pls? Thank you for this tip!

Great job with the food!! I also have many dietary restrictions so this was very interesting and gave me some great ideas!!!
Glad it gave you some good ideas!
Thank you. 🌻
Soaked oats or "overnight oats" are a staple for me.
Sounds yummy!!!😊
Wow great video Dee, Such healthy food! such a healthy women in such a beautiful landscape place that complement each other! O' to paint the landscape you make me jealous! It looked fairly windy with your flowing hair blowing in the breeze. What a wonderful life!!! best wishes Ken xxx
Thank you Ken! There is so much beauty in this world. I am grateful for the chance to explore it and enjoy it♥️🐞♥️
I,love that you leave a list of where I can purchase things I see.. helps a lot !
I’m so glad it’s helpful!☺️
impressive - and love the new ideas. I have a corn allergy and agree that it is tricky although better than years past to find things without corn ingredients. Thanks for the tips and tiicks.
It definitely is easier! I have no complaints, it has taught me to be mindful of what I eat💃🏻😊💪🏼
Dee, cool video, great smile, love the meal tips, happy travels.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Everything looks yummy and healthy. Your food is keeping you healthy and beautiful🥰
Thank you Tanya! It is yummy☺️
Practical common sense ideas and solutions regarding sustenance and nutrition. Creative and interesting video.... Nicely Done Indeed Lady Bugout!
Gratitude and Appreciation 🌹
Thank you for your kind and encouraging words!☺️

I'm in my 2010 transit connect 80' from the Gulf of Mexico in Key West. Thanks for more great advice. Don't wait until your van is perfect, just go. Those were pearls.
Thank you Abbey Jane! I’m glad you liked my advice☺️ Maybe we’ll cross paths one day! ♥️🐞♥️
Such wonderful ideas. I love the way you eat.
Thank you. I hope to do more about food and storage and go into more detail in the future.
Wise Set up Girl, I do adout the same thing from a good food stand point. Stay at it and live good.
Thank you!!! 💃🏻🙌🏼💪🏼
Dollar tree has mini rubber spatulas. Perfect as a camp kitchen tool.
Once again, a happy , useful video.
Nice! I found one at Walmart. I always forget about the dollar store. I’m excited to use the thing😛
Omg the mini maple 🍁 syrup 🤩
🤗🍁☺️
Luv the sound of your kettle. Lololo. And your probably much healthier for eating the way you do.
I have gotten used to not having it so I just look at is as a treat when I do have it😛
Your food looks very fresh and you would never know with fruits and veggies that you didn't have a fridge to keep them crisp.
Yep! It is amazing what we just assume and get used to doing because we can😛
thanks for mentioning where you're at 🐞💙
Lovely lovely video
Love how you did it day by day activitie
Very nice
Thank you for the encouraging feedback♥️🐞♥️
Your life seems so serene
It has definitely been more serene these past few years!🐞🚗💃🏻♥️
Great video! I have issues with tummy also and severely lactose intolerant so i absolutely can relate!!!
Thank you. Glad it encourages you☺️
I just bought that pan a week ago. Best. Charles.
Thanks Charles! Sounds like you have a great set up! 🐞🚗💃🏻
An icechest is a great alternative to a mini fridge or a yeti and its fairly inexpensive option for someone who cant spend 100-200 dollars on it, when i go camping i tend to bring one big one and one smaller one for inside the tent and it helps to keep the tent cooler on hot sunny days
That is a great option. 💃🏻🙌🏼💪🏼
@@LadyBugout , thank you. I will be finally getting out of Georgia and moving back home to Texas.
Thank you.
Yes, I understand! I know sometimes it feels very limiting. It helps when you realize all the fun stuff you still CAN enjoy☺️
Thanks for the info, keep smiling young lady 😀✌️
Thank you as always, Dennis! And I’m more than willing to keep smiling😁
Lots of 💕. Fee.
YEP!!! It’s funny how that happens. When you go without certain things for a bit, you realize you may not have needed it on the first place😛
Love and respect from Eastern Canada. ❤️ 🇨🇦
@@LadyBugout After waiting 1.5yrs for my Melita coffee drip basket, I beg to differ.
🤣🤣
@@giterdone9013 😂 well, for that I will make an exception 😛

YOU are a BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT living awesomely! I am going to borrow some of your great ideas (especially the HEALTHY how & what to eat without refrigeration) I am not a fast food person, so this will work PERFECTLY for Moto camping next year! I am happy I found your videos for my future planning using your valuable tips! Wishing you health & wellness and safe travels Dee!
Thank you so much. I’m glad you enjoy the channel and that it is helpful for you. Moro camping sounds fun! Safe travels.☺️
Those meals look good and very healthy! Good job with the no refrigeration thing!
Thank you Dawn! I enjoy them and they are easy to prepare too. So double goodness😛
Thank You for the awesome 😎 food advice without refrigeration . Awesome 👍 your van redesign with new logos look awesome 👍 🎀
Hey there Mark! Thank you again ☺️☺️☺️
Brilliant video amazing how healthy you can eat without a fridge, thanks for sharing x 👍
Thank you! Yes I feel like we get accustomed to having one that we forget that many of our foods don’t really need to be refrigerated.☺️
Thankyou for the share. Loved your nature walks 🚗
Thank you Melody. Glad you enjoyed it♥️🐞♥️
WOW! Thanks so much for sharing and video! Amazing what you have done without a fridge! All the BEST to you and safe travels! Cheers :)
Hi Marty!!! Thanks for stopping by. Always a pleasure ♥️🐞♥️
I am so glad I stumbled across your video watching Bunny. I try to eat organic and healthy as possible. I will be starting my full time van life in Summer and this is quite helpful in regards to eating healthy without a fridge. Plus you are so nice!!
So glad it is helpful to you! See you down the road🐞🚗💃🏻
Boy that was a Great video! You have this Van life figured out Dee. Thanks for sharing your expertise with us.
I’m sure you already know all of this☺️ But, thank you for watching and encouraging me♥️🐞♥️
Thanks again Dee for posting the food you get off Amazon
You are welcome, Nancy!
Hope all is going well for you! Enjoy holiday weekend and stay safe!
Thank you Vicki! You have a great holiday weekend too♥️🐞♥️
Great video as always. I don't think I could manage without a fridge personally mind you I do have a big family. You look so healthy which is something I'm not at the moment. Xx
Thank you Yvonne! Yep, everyone has to do what works for them🐞
Great ideas , thank you for posting!!
My pleasure! Thanks for watching♥️🐞♥️
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. I am going to be referencing this video a lot when I get out there for shopping.
You’re welcome welcome welcome welcome☺️ So glad it was useful ♥️🐞♥️
Good food video! But in the sunlight your hair is on point!! I LOVE your hair color and style! The sausage dog would def be my style along with the pancakes!! Yuuuum😍
Well thank you Johnny! Gotta love those carbs🤗🐞🚗🥞
Those meals sound delicious! Trader Joe’s is awesome. Yes, I agree… it does not have to be boring!🐞🚗💃🏻
Thank you for the encouragement! 🐞🚗💃🏻
Hello from Puerto Rico , you eat very well, looks great ,
Hello Ramon. It is very tasty☺️
This is really good information, thanks. We're on the same wavelength for eating but got it figured out alot more than me.
Thank you, Steve. I sure you have a lot figured out🐞
The salad greens on a toasted tortilla are very good too.
As long as it is a flour tortilla (for me) as I can’t have corn☺️
Wonderful and very informative!!
Thank you Anthony! Glad it was helpful🐞🚗🎄
Love this. Such great ideas
Thank you, Wendy! Glad they are useful☺️
Great tips and good presentation. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful! ☺️
Yes, I have found nutritional meals give you what you need. I think we tend to eat way more than we need when we are not eating well😝
Great ideas! Would love to know which spices/ seasonings/ salad oils? You are using in this video. Thanks 😊 I feel like I could really live this lifestyle after watching your videos!! Thanks 😊
They are in the description section. If you can’t find something there, please let me know☺️
Hey glad for new video …hope all is going well for u..happy early Thanksgiving!
Thank you Vicki. Same to you☺️
