Tbh there have been a lot of times where Jay encounters a bug in one of these videos, and within the next few days YandereDev rolls out an update where the bug is fixed, so I really wouldn't be surprised. Either he watches the videos himself, or other people watch them and then report the bugs they see to him right afterwards.

Another thing I noticed is that when you talk to the delinquent members, whenever you talk to them, they don’t have a snappy/snarky attitude also when you say bye to them they don’t say whatever or something like that, they actually say “peace out” without an attitude so I thought that was cool
For anyone wondering about Nemesis Backstory, Nemesis was Senpais sister (In mission mode timeline) and Yandere-Chan actually killed senpai, so his sister made it her mission to kill her brothers murderer

theory: the reason the Delinquents are a-ok about you killing the bullies is that they have their phones and as you know if they see you doing something badass they will take a picture and the police will come, so if the Delinquents do something badass in front of the bullies (or the bullies come and see them ) they will take a picture and wham bam thank you ma'am the police are here and they don't want that to happen so that could maybe be why the Delinquents are a-ok with you killing the bullies-
