I got hired in a lab that utilizes HPLCs with very little knowledge of how they worked (or even a biology/chemistry background.) Your whole series has been so helpful to my understanding. Thank you so much.
I just liked the other four HPLC videos earlier today and you upload this!! Thank you so much, I appreciate your clear language and communication style. You’re a hero!🙏
Im taking a subject in Routine Chromatography Techniques 🇦🇺 -- your channel is suburb, very helpful 🤘🏻. I purchased your lab report guide previously -- Heaven sent 😇
Keep up the good things! I love how you explain HPLC I’m slowly working on technical information now as I got promoted from a sales specialist of those days instruments to a Technical Support which require me to configure the right configuration for a certain application and give the quote to the sales and I am learning! So thank you and keep it up. My only downside is I cant see the instruments irl
I don't know why but the part about when to use NP HPLC and the large hydrocarbon molecules is confusing to me. That part where you say "it's going to be either all or none.". You said if the analytes are too polar either they're gonna stick to the column and separation will be challenging or they're gonna be washed off ! Why should they be washed off if they glue to the column. I don't get this part...
