I think that one is definitely coming up. I ran it when I first got back into bikes, loved it. Would be great to compare it to the ones I've reviewed this last year.
Ima bout to throw those on my caked rears. Rode an xr5double O with them and loved them. Allowed the rear to be controllably loose. On a bike thats notoriously straight line.
I’m currently running the 33s on my 300 XC-W, first “gummy” I’ve ran. It hooks up very well in almost all conditions and is fairly durable for such a soft compound, sharp rocks will kill it fast though. I ride faster style crosscountry, not so much single track anymore so I’m keen to try the regular 33 next time.
Been running that combo in SoCal terrain for the last year and a half. I've found it to be a good all around combo. I use a mousse in my setup but don't find it climbs out of rutts when I run less sag on the bike (104mm)
If you have a 19 inch rim I would go with the Pirelli MX2 there's 2 to choose from if you have a 18 inch rim I would do the pirelli xc there's 2 to choose from The XC is probably better for desert
YAAASSS another good review!!
Battle cross X31 fronts are a good front, worth a try once these IRC tires are done

IRC'S are a better value than the Bridgestones
Have you tried the VE33s rear? Would like to hear a comparison between the two, and how the softer compound compares.

In regards to softness of rubber compound which rear tire has softer knobs the VE33 or MB5 Evo? which tire did you prefer?
I greatly prefer the front and rear VE33 to the M5B Evo. Evo has the softer knobs by feel.
Nice feedback, we’d love to send you some of our products to test
I had to quite using irc I can’t keep knobs on them. I get about 3 rides and the knobs were gone.
Which models and which terrain? I've been losing knobs whenever I do hard pack. Doesn't seem to matter the brand. They heat up and shear off.
Can you please measure the width? Thanks!
VE33 is 102.30 mm, VE35 is 72.20 mm
Try out some perelli's
What model would be best for desert, do you think?
@@podpocalypse9817 What size rim you on 18 or 19
