This is one of those random things you think about in bed before you fall asleep.
Did I enjoy every second of it, watching intently to see where the nails would fail? Absolutely.
I honestly thought the nails would make it further. Maybe the milwaukee brad nailer would fare better.
I'm about to order a bambu A1 mini to replace my old ender 3, so subscribed for the bambu content.
Definitely a random thought that I had and just had to follow through with.
I also thought they would make it further, maybe I'll have to purchase some different brands in the future but for now I don't have that kind of budget.
I replaced my ender 3 v2 with an X1C and man was that ever an upgrade. Then I got the A1 mini and I really wish the A1 mini could have been my first printer.

Yeah the price is what has kept me away from the m18 nailer too, but there's supposed to be an m12 version releasing soon. Ryobi is great for the price though. I love their hot glue gun.
My ender 3 pro is an original and I've done several mods and tweaks to it to get it printing somewhat reliably but I still have to tinker with it every now and then totune things up. I hate that aspect of 3d printing. I want to invest my time in 3d modeling and actual printing, not working on the printer. That's exactly why I'm grabbing the a1 mini. I'd grab the full size A1 if it wasn't on recall, but will probably grab one of those too once they handle that.
My Mini arrived yesterday and I’m loving it. How are you liking yours?
