Dim sum in Vancouver (Richmond, BC)

We went dim sum hopping in Richmond's Fortune Terrace and Kirin restaurants. The food was delish and creative: hedgehog bun, turtle shaped bun, ladies handbag durian puffs and more.

Richmond also has a night market on weekends. It has street vendors selling Asian cuisine including food from Hong Kong and regions in mainland China.

Many top tier dimsum chefs from Hong Kong and China now ply their trades in Vancouver, thus the cantonese food there is top-notch

Hi Fortune Terrace is at 6200 River Rd #130, Richmond; Kirin has 2 locations, the one I went to is 7900 Westminster Hwy, Richmond.
