Dont use heat with the original bms, you will damage the components permanently.. just cut the ends and use a spotwelder.. if you want the percentage to be 100% you need to buy a tag on flex cable + a special reader like qianli ipower

For previous models you can use qianli icopy 2.1 or qianli apollo 2021 supports 100% reset but you need to swap another battery with non genuine message to reset the phone then install your welded and reprogrammed battery and its back to 100% i’m just not sure about 11 and above models....

No because the bms is being transferred. A phone cannot see that you replaced the battery cell only.

Yes, he did not reset it. So either the iCopy or JC Programmer can reset it to 100% and cycle count.

fake and bad repair, this genuine pcb from apple need interface JC board to reset cycles and health
And you shouldnt solder on the bms board. Always use a spotwelder, bms boards cant take heat at all.

@@jibbaowndsu from iphone 11 and up you need a tag on cable. Without it you wont be able to reset it to 0 cycles and 100%
