How do you learn sick through-composed stuff like what we hear in thall usually, is it just pure memorisation, or do you leanr the repeated motifs and then just memorise when they come in? Sick stuff as always!
Depends on the song and how it is written. I usually memorize it but sometimes I use the midi as visual support. See my post on Instagram where I play the first riff on In death is life by Meshuggah from memory, thats a real challenge. Thanks man!
