Great instruction with the back and the front at the same time. The best instructional video for this Form on TH-cam. Mahalo!

You are welcome. Thanks for the feedback. At least one person has told me that they find it distracting. So, I am glad that it works for you the way I hoped it would.

I have never seen the ten form. I am training the 24, so am familiar with moves. I like when you said hug the tree. Gives me a new perspective when doing form. Every little tip helps my training. Thank you.

These videos are great for my students to learn some root moves
I have been doing SenFeng Pai Forms for over 15 years but I started with this form
I still do 28 for a warmup everyday
Then I do Zhang Sen Feng 13 then sword Tai chi
Finally I finish With Tai He Quan

Good morning Mr Sinclair. I am practicing Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan for 15 years. I can see through your performance that you reach a high and deep level of knowledge very rare for what we usually see on the internet. You really make the difference! Congratulations! I really admire your performance! Best regards from Greece!

You have strong legs. Sold stance. Kicking with heels, usually at 45 degree angle, yes harder for Beginners but they need to practice.
    Very detailed instruction.
Excellent presentation. And bravo for Warning n Introduction of this video as Disclaimer.
You must be a very good instructor. Salute.

Yes, and it is free, for those with inexpensive ISP and unlimited bandwidth. Purchasing the video allows you to watch it offline, repeatedly, and practise the complete routine as a 1-hour daily workout.
Purchasing has the added benefit of supporting the production of more videos.
    The download is:
    Duration: 68 minutes.
    File Type: .m4v video
    File size: 822 MB
    Video size: 640p X 480p

i was about 80% the way through learning Cheng Man-ch'ing's form before I stopped my practice, but I'm wanting to begin again. Im a minimalist, so this looks excellent, symmetrical and easy to learn in comparison. Would you recommend this for beginners, and would it be okay to adopt it as sole form?

I think if 10 min is helpful, 60 min with discussion, explanation, etc. is much more helpful. If not, then all the schools would close because the info is in a book anyway, right?
