Clean breakups are real adult relationships. There is no dragging no hurting each other, and you know where you stand. It's better this way. You don't need or want the toxic back and forth ish. It's literally such a waste of time and it causes too much emotional disconnect. Everyday twice a day, drink alot of water, stay away from alcohol and don't eat spicy foods, buy Magnesium Citrate lemon flavor my doctor told me to take this and it has helped so much, and you can get colon cancer, take care❤

I got ibs and endometriosis 😫
It sure is a struggle. Try probiotic multi-enzyme by spring valley. It has helped me a lot with my bowels. Im able to go more frequently without pain. The stools are soft 🙂. I have both ibs with constipation and diarrhea. These probiotics really have helped me alot along with a probiotic yogurt that winter had recommended too (coconut cult). These two together has helped with both my bowels and intestinal pain.
