It can range from Light blue like cillian to a bluish gray or turquoise shade like my dad's or a dark almost sapphire like blue like mine are. You might get the odd incidence of brown but that tends to be on the more olive skinned people with dark hair that are descendants of the Spanish intermarrying with native celts that gives them that look think people like Aidan turner or Colin Farrell but it's not that common you more have the pale skin and or fair haired ie blonde / redhead or light brunette like me and cillian !
