Uneven frets on Millenium 4BXP bass sold by simpaticosales on Ebay

When the bass came to me, there was a damage to the box, problems with electronics and some uneven frets. I sent seller an estimate, seller agreed to pay for electronics damage. By requested a proof that frets are not even. The tech estimated that there are 3 uneven frets, in reality, there are 4, but since the estimate was for 3 that's what I hope the seller will have the integrity to refund me for those three.
