First of all...I, a 68 year old lady, would be so happy to sit and have lunch with you 😆 I can't speak Japanese, but I love Japan and Japanese Gardens so much I would be in heaven. I have lifted the stepping stones just like you - the wrong way - so bad for the back!! Too bad, it has to be done, right? Usually I watch garden videos at 1.5 or 1.75 speed. I slowed yours down below normal, to walk through the garden and see what you had done so far. It's hard to cut down established trees, but the first thing I noticed was that it was too crowded. Again - had to be done. Thank you for sharing. Looking forward to the next video.
