A nice property and good price. The flat area near the barn, I think you are describing the function as a threshing floor, where cereals, barley, oats, wheat, rye, would have been placed to dry and be thrashed to separate the grain from the sheaves before storing in the barn. Perhaps the stone quarry was for the barn and to form the threshing floor. Is there nearby public water and electricity supply?
It's exactly that, a threshing floor. over water and light, as you can confirm in the video description, they are 200 meters away. If you have any other questions, please contact me, I'm happy to help
Hello, this is a good question to ask your bank account manager or a company specializing in credit, we are not. If you wish, I can share the contact of a financial company in Castelo Branco, which can help you
Ok.. You can't convert a barn into a building area. At least not legally. You have to find out if only allowed agriculture. You cant build in agriculture area. Also you have to study the forest and fire zone map. A further restriction. Then you have to go to the camara and see what the limits are... And who actually owns it. Liens, easements... It can take up to 2 years to get a building permit in Portugal .depebds on the camara. Then they force you to use enginers and architects and thier contractors. This can be very costly.
please, don't write about what you don't master🙏🏿... but it's obvious that you need engineers and architects to present a project to the Chamber, they are the ones who studied to carry out construction safely like the doctor to take care of our health, or the lawyer to help us with the laws.
I studied architecture and I have several graduate degrees including engineering.. and I also studied business law.... I am a licensed plumber, electrician, carpenter and mason. I can drive heavy machinery. I have a real estate license...... Yeah.... You right. I don't know anything....... @@Joaombdias
