There's no way it's only 15L/100kms. My super- and turbo-charged 2.0L T6 S90 uses that much. Just filled it up yesterday and put in 45L after driving 304 kms, and was only using 'Dynamic - High performance' drive mode sparingly.
I looked it up, and it's 14,6 L/100 km. OEM numbers probably, real world depending on driving style will be higher. Your car is listed on same website as having 7,6 L/100 km... Turbocharged small engines have bad efficiency at low RPM/loads, if I remember correctly, since they either run rich to prevent knock and they run close to their limits more often than bigger engines. EngineeringExplained has a great video on this topic
So in reality my car consumes 2x as much as its EPA rating. Something is totally not right with the rating system. But for sure I'll look up that EE video.
@@gregp.7148 yeah, the ratings aren't bulletproof and car makers figured out how to game the ratings to have a low number. 2015 Land Rover RR Sport HSE Wouldn’t want to own it But my sister at one point had one and it drove great, handles Virginia corners up in Martinsville like it’s no biggie and there I owned a 98 Neon RT (weighs around 2300 pounds I think, also what I paid for it lol and it lasted years traveling from states Florida, Texas, and Virginia, plus lots in between to get from each. Until I traded it in for a Fiesta ST which would easily make that RR look like a school bus on any type of race maybe even dirt lol. so I have a good estimation for how it handles it’s weight comparatively on the same corners. In Virginia) Good power, and that ZF 8 speed is probably going to last longer than every other power train component suspension component probably the damn VIN plate lmao. But man if we are talking about driving, and maintenance is of no concern (I’m still getting a Durango or Grand Cherokee) but damn those Rovers are good to drive in almost any scenario you want to put it in on the daily drive. I think tell somebody to drive one a little hard and they will surprise themselves with what it is capable of and how it makes you feel comfortable yet in control and stable when it does go beyond expectations. Max, love your videos always. I’m in market for either Defender or Bronco Raptor. I was leaning toward the Defender and love it but gotta say I appreciate you pointing out what to me is an absolute dealbreaker: A short seat cushion. That is incredibly disappointing and shocking that they’d use lousy seats without underthigh support and adjustability.
Don't ridiculous, if you love the car then what he pointed cannot be a deal breaker, tou just have to live with it. Until you plan on taking it on a road trip to the moon
@@ToxxicMafia to each his/her own, buddy. There are certain things in a vehicle that matter, some don't matter, and others are crucial at least to me. I like a very thick steering wheel. If it doesn't have that, I can live with it. I like HUD and have it on a number of vehicles. If it doesn't have that, no big deal. But the seats are probably the most important thing in the car, at least to me, it's what either gives me comfort when I sit in it or makes it uncomfortable. I would never buy a vehicle that had uncomfortable seats. To me, a short seat cushion is a very uncomfortable thing. I've traded in cars that I foolishly did not test drive many years ago because of that. If it doesn't bother you, that's great. Enjoy.

Which model is this exactly? Because I'm only finding 4 door V8's in Canada and max price is $200k CAD $260,000 EURO is going to be even higher than that, but this spec is different so i'm confused lol cheers
Yeah, it’s some kind of a mixup. The car costs around $100k, regardless of spec. Even with the craziest dealer markups, I doubt it could be 260k euros. That’s 2,5 times the price.
The only argument I have which might suit some of you people is that it won't be practical for soccer moms, with the back seats there is hardly any boot space to put scooters, school bags and even sports equipment so they would need to go the next size up the 5 door version but then the soccer moms will say that is too big and go back to the smaller Porsche Macans and X5's
