Something as common as a decal can be the icing on the cake of our projects or, on the contrary, an awful decoration that can ruin the rest of our work if it is not well applied.
This time our friend @RickLawlerPropaganda will show us a way to incorporate decals to our models so that they are in harmony and respect the surfaces where they are with our product "Decal Adapter".

If you are going to make a tutorial video on how to use this product, you might want to show every stage of the process. Like how it reacts to different brands of decals, mention who's decals you are using and what to do with problem decals. As we all know, not all decals are the same.

The Tiger decal DID NOT conform.. You can clearly see it lifted off of the cowling seam / recessed area.

Is it me, or did the tiger's paw not set well over the cowling edge?
Also, rapidly firing through the photos of the finished models is not the best selling strategy. Take your time, show the details from various angles, capture the light reflections, the silvering ...

In my case, it "eats/dissolves the paint". With varnish and without it. It doesn't work, and I do everything the same as in the video.

    No sé si probarlo 🤔

How about over Zimmerit (either home-grown, or molded on)?

So this is suppose to be used in between the micro set and micro sol stages?

It's more like their own version of Micro sol.

Just seems to be AKs version of Solvaset..or maybe even re-branded solvaset

When it comes to building model kits ( I'm 67 ) you are inundated with would I would call worthless products aimed at us model builders. You are barraged by "you need to use this" to get this outcome. Their are certain companies ( you know the ones ) that push countless overpriced products and tools that are really just old ideas, techniques and basic building products warmed over. You can have a work bench covered with a million different products that promise a better result, but do they ? Granted somethings are better than others no doubt, but don't fall for " you really need OUR new product to use to make your model better " How many times do you have to have to reinvent the wheel ?
