Wheel + Punisher now feels a lot like how twin used to feel in cube. Where you have redundant versions of both halves of the combo. Except in this case both sides of the combo are individually powerful so you really rarely feel bad picking them.

This deck is basically the Vintage cube translation of my Scarab God commander deck that I've had since SG was first printed back in '17 and I love it! Value creatures for days, backed up by cheap disruption, and Baleful Strix wheeled!
It would be cool to see videos describing any changes to this cube as time goes on too: what gets removed what gets added, why? Just seeing some insight into how you manage the card pool would be sweet
Is it me or do Orcish Bowmasters just really look like a warhammer mini? Something about their size and the way they're posed, the ground under them looking kinda like a base. I'm not sure what it is but I can't see them as anything else

I get that its neat to have a format where you can play Power, but it seems kind of silly the percentage of the time when games come down to who opened/drew into power and very little else.
My new favorite morning ritual is waking up, getting my coffee, and sitting in the sun watching an LSV video. Truly glorious. Thank you, sir.

Pretty bad showing from Chrome Mox this draft. It was worse than a basic land each time it was drawn.
Am I overrating Leovold? Passing him for Tourach felt like as close to a blatant mistake as can be made in the draft phase.
