    Just got my Acon rebounder in the mail today. I couldn’t assemble that thing fast enough because I was so excited to get started 😅 Did this video plus 2 others and I have to say….I think rebounding is my thing!!! Thank you for putting such great videos on TH-cam 😊

    This was a great little intro for me, thank you! I’ve tried a few and even beginner felt beyond me. I really appreciated the completion bar at the bottom encouraged me to finish and the “next move” count down box. I’m so uncoordinated and that helped! ❤

    I just started on Sunday, did 5 minutes my first day. Searched out your beginner rebounding videos. I keep checking my body for the right form. Did 15 minutes today on health bounce, rocking back and forth shifting weight between right and left legs, double bounce it was enough. Felt great after I was done. I’ll try this routine tomorrow for more movement! I’m still using my bar when I get off balance. Thank you so much for teaching how to get started! Much appreciated!

    That was really helpful...I used to rebound years ago and loved it and decided to pick it up again, but found my balance a little off.... Your instruction to tip forward from the hip helped with the balance as well as keeping my knees softer. I think I was standing up too straight with stiff knees and that was throwing me off...

    I love your videos! I want so much to buy a rebounder but I don’t know which one to buy… could you suggest me a good rebound that will not cost me $500.

      What rebounder do you have? The quality could impact that. Also make sure you keep the weight centre balanced in the foot and stay in an athletic stance 😊

      I’ve been struggling with back pain for 8 years now, herniated disk 8mm and fibromyalgia, in addition to a bunch of other health issues. I’m almost fully healed now, including back, using medical medium (Anthony William) and Joe Dispenza information. Now that my back almost doesn’t hurt, I can do rebuilding and looking forward to fully healing. I hope you heal too 💗
