    Demi you're a hidden gem leaving in clips where you look tired or fed up or are taking a mini 2 second break during the workout, it's so lovely to see influencers keeping this in rather than editing it out to make themselves look better.       Emma Stirzaker I started today and I’ll tell you, the 25 minute workout took me 40 minutes because I had to take a break so many times 😂 I’m so unfit and my (non existent) abs are still aching 3 hours after working out.

    I've done the Chloe Ting to week shred, and now I'm doing the 4-week summer shred. It was really hard but I felt so good after completing it as felt so much stronger. I did get the results I wanted and lost 1.5inches of my waist. Demi ur doing amazing !!

    I'm on day 8 of the 2 weeks challenge, the first day I thought that I could not get to day 14, but is easier every day, I can even breathe now 😂 I am 39, and have thyroid issues, I started to workout In March just to feel better because my weight doesn't change no matter what I do, but I already lost around 3 inches of waist, so I will continue for sure.

    USA pro high waisted leggings are amazing Demi, the don’t fall down at all and actually hold you in aswell if your just wearing them as clothes rather than workout ones not writing this as a bad thing hope it doesn’t come across like that xx

    I just started her two week shred today! Almost died but felt so good afterwards. My abs (that are also underneath a lot of chunkiness) are now killing me lol. But I'm actually excited for day 2 tomorrow.

    As someone who was over 4stone over weight and spent three years doing workouts to lose it it reminds me of all the struggles when I had started out and I still struggle with my workouts I start out every day thinking I can't do another workout but I do and you can too 🙂 but its so worth it you're doing great demi thank you for being so honest and real and showing everyone it's hard and it not sbad thing to admit or show. its power 💜

    Girl, I can really recommend you the Shock Absorber sportsbra. Its holds til girls tight to the body and keep them from flying around too much, which is really comfortable!

    I started 3 days ago so I’ve finished my day 3 today. everyday I’ve be doing the “get abs in 2 weeks” and the “do this everyday to loose weight” and then every few days I’ll do the “500 calories burn out” or the “lower body burn” but everyday so far I’ve done the first 2 workouts, I’m taking a lot of breaks but I do end up finishing them. They are so hard and my body is so sore but that just shows that it is doing something💗

      Alex Grundy you know there’s a full program? Some days you do 2 videos but some you’re doing 4. Don’t get me wrong any exercise is great and do what’s good for you but to get good results stick to the full program 👌🏻❤️

    Thank you so much for making this! I'm basically just like you except my neck is permanently injured. I had the same experiences as you except when I got to the bicycle crunches my neck hurt too bad and I had to stop there. I noticed you did the HIIT exercises instead of the modified low impact ones and I commend you. Keep up the great work! You'll get there

      Maybe hard/extreme workouts like this aren't a great start then? Try fun dances or beginner cardio workouts and always know that you're trying to be healthy and feel great not look for an easy fix. You're strong you can do it this coming from a person who cares!

    The mentality you had on the 2nd day is the mentality I had yesterday,like is this even worth it,I'm so sore,I don't see any results,should I skip today?... Yesterday was my 7th day. Today I was thinking about skipping because I was so sore but when I opened yt I saw Chloe's video reacting to other's transformations,another girl's video and yours and it gave me the will power and I just thought to myself like "girl you ate pretty clean and healthy for the last week,you didn't skip a day,you ate no sugar whatsoever,there's only 1 week left and it's gonna be harder than the first week definietly,but you ain't throwing any of that in the water just yet so you're gonna lift your ass of the bed and do this for another week" We're in this togetheeer!!! THIS IS SPARTAAA!

    Demi is probably thee only girl i believe is on a real time fitness journey! Alot of other videos i watch i always wonder what other hidden excerise has been added to the upload or that maybe the time isnt real and it takes alot longer to get results from what they are saying to us.     Love that you're uploading these vids, giving me the motivation to start again and get back in shape!
    Also, deffo try and find a sports bra that supports you more or it's so bad for your boobs and back!! I use Bravissimo and got measured (i know thats not possible right now) but having a bra that supports them is a game changer !

    Just finished day 21 of the Abs & Booty Hourglass Challenge. Only 3 more to go! I definitely feel my abs have gotten stronger (can't see them but just feel stronger), and my butt has gotten rounder which was a goal of mine!
    For sure there have been days where I really couldn't be arsed or procrastinated until I had to do the workout at 10pm (like tonight for example...) but pushing yourself to do it makes you feel good afterwards like you said. I definitely struggle with the repetitiveness at times. The programme I'm doing is basically ALL floor work so sometimes I switch a video out for a different one of hers just to change it up or get in more cardio. I plan on doing one of her shred/weight loss videos once I'm finished the Hourglass Challange.
    I hope you get the results you want, I'll be keeping an eye out for the next video! You can do it!

    For me I was definitely a lot more out of breath and found it really hard at the start but after the first week it started to get easier so you might find the same thing. Im doing the 2020 summer shred now and I definitely have noticed since doing the 2 week ab shred and a week or so into the summer shred im definitely more toned and DEFO stronger and have an improved stamina. Also not sure if you're aware that the rest days aren't just rest days they're "active" rest days so yes although there is only 12 days of workouts its suggested that the rest days should include a different form of exercise or being active. It's defo a great challenge though and best of luck with the rest of it! :)

    I really admire you for doing this and showing it how it is and your determination to keep going. I want to do this but from all the other youtubers I've seen do this dont look too exausted or even appear to sweat and it makes me feel really unhealthy and embarrassed like i am not normal because I need the breaks where I'm dying in-between and actually work up a ridiculous sweat needing a towel.

    I just finished the Chloe Ting 2 week shred challenge today! I ate what I usually ate, I never exercised much prior to the challenge but my waist was 31 inch at the start and went down to 28inch! I know that if your diet is very clean you’ll lose even more! Don’t give up on the challenge and push yourself even if you don’t want to it’s so worth it!! ❤️ good luck!!!

    Hi Demi!! Just wanted to tell you I've been doing Chloe Ting for 5 weeks now and so far my results have been really good. Started out the same weight as you and got down to 86.6kg in 4 weeks. I first did the 28 day flat tummy challenge (feel like this was less intense) and now I'm on day 7 of the 2 week shred (which is more intense). Ps I actually started enjoying the little songs she put in her workouts and sometimes I catch myself singing along during the workouts lol. Anyway, be proud of yourself and every beginning is hard but at least you're doing it, which is already awesome!!

    You are so strong to do this. I’m 17 and this year I started my weightless journey. I started at 11 stone three pounds and am now 9 stone four pounds. It was extremely tough and I’ve cried doing some of the workouts. Keep keep going you will see results. It is totally worth the pain not only for looks but the health benefits is amazing. I do love my exercise now it’s my routine: I also recommend you try Joe Wicks Hiit sessions and the fitness Marshall, they have really helped me, keep going girl you got this💕

    Glad I’m not the only one close to crying throughout these workouts! I’m doing her 28 day ab challenge, on day 22 today and I don’t think it will EVER get easier😂 I got married last summer and her workout programmes helped me get into shape.     I’ve been doing her full body workouts and the legs and abs for a few weeks and always feel good after and can see a difference in my body! Have sweated more doing her workouts at home than at the gym!
