Meei ammi ALLAH maghferat krey baingan masala bnati theen aur sath boiled rice. Baingan to half krti theen stem samait aur phr usmai masala bhari theen aur dum pe pakati theen. Tamatr k o peel off kr k hamesha gravey banati theen. Aaj tak un jesa zaiqa kahin nhi paya.
I mince tomatoes and onion and then cook by covering n they become like gravy My granny also used to grate..now many use purees made n frozen when tomatoes r cheap
Yday i was watching Korean recipes made from brinjal n was amazed to find our very own brinjal pieces in spices which is made in Bengal to Gujarat in sliced pieces with spices-koreans make similarly😀
