There used to be an infamous abortion Dr.
in Wichita, KS. He had years of death threats and attempted bombings at his clinic. Ppl were always outside protesting on both sides. The anti ppl would try to harass and shame the women who went inside (some of whom were there for birth control.) His name was Dr George Tiller. His nickname was Killer Tiller. Finally, after years of threats, he was killed. I believe it happened at his home. I knew many ppl who were huge on anti-abortion. Most of them were Catholic or even Priests. All were rip roaring Bush supporters. I was appalled at their glee for his death. So hypocritical. It was disgusting and made me supremely sad. I'm not sure if his killer(s) were found or if so, prosecuted. I don't recall. This was when Roe v Wade was legal. You guys are right in saying woman are not going to let t rump or anyone else take them back to the past.
There is a whole generation or so who have no idea of the difficulties for women to get the care they need for gyn matters.

As an Australian I am so pleased that John Howard brought in our gun control laws and brought back the assualt weapons. America need to stack the Court with honest left leaning Judges who overturn the Bumpstock crap

When my father was a Policeman and Senior Segeant a young Constable was having a beer with him at a pub and said " Buy you a beer Serg" Dad replied ' When we are of duty call me Trevor'

What a fun group. There is a youtube channel called Shrinking Trump and they do a show every Friday. They are psychologists and they bring on guests with extensive experience in dealing with mental health issues, and they are trying to sound the alarm about Trump's dementia, what to expect, and comparisons to Biden. It's amazing, and scary!

Dave, I love your laugh. You too, Gary! Linda G, I've always loved you. When of my favorite co-workers when I worked at Cessna was Bill, a Paiute Indian. He was a QA inspector and returned to work every Monday with an even more kooky joke than the Monday before. Bill was also a pyrotechnics person and puts on public fireworks displays. He said once a launcher just about to launch a major piece of the display fell over, aiming at him. He said he could have outrun Secretariat getting out of the way! I really miss Bill. I no longer work at Cessna and not sure Bill does either since that was late 1990S. Cessna, believe it or not, did like us certified woman airplane mechanics. I am an FAA certified Airframe mechanic (and the only woman in my two-year mechanic training class), and the untrained male employees were threatened by us. This kind of attitude is probably all over the country. Part of the reason the misogynist views are made felt today. We women do a LOT of things better than the guys do. Bill, my Indian mechanic friend was one of the first to stand up for us, letting Cessna know that we women are detail oriented-and are good mechanics, better than a lot of male FAA certified mechanics. Another employee who stood up for us women mechanics was the chief pilot. He told Cessna that he never had to redo my work or have me redo my work because I did it right the first time but he can't say the same for the male mechanics.
