I lost my mom 6 months back and went in to depression going towards spirituality has kept me alive and know the facts of life after death, my mom was my world, Very nicely explained how to handle grief and anger Thank you
@@NilimaLawar yes it's not easy but when we understand the truth of life nd death we know no one is permanent here, I feel my mom's energy around me when I breakdown I daily I just look at sai Baba and ask him to give me strength to push myself they never leave us they are with us as energy only thing is we can't see them
My dad passed away last week too attached with dad but i know my dad is always with me not physically but his presence always there with me mom dad always with their children's
