Marijuana is legalized for therapeutic use for a long time in many countries and even recreational use in the USA and some European countries. It was criminalized in the first place because in 1960s in India because if western pressure.
It has been used in Shiva Ratri since forever. It's the same plant in bhaang or gaanja or charas. Even after the ban of some parts of the plant, which have more cannabis, bhaang is still legal.
Most importantly, it it legally cultivated in India... and used widely in Holi and Shiv Ratri. It also grows by itself everywhere. You have probably seen it.

We don't know what went down between the two of them and personally i don't even want to . I liked Sushant Singh Rajput as an artist and admired the way he conducted himself in his work life , obviously i didn't really knew him very well accept for our brief encounter when he came to my college. He seemed like a genuine guy who would have adored the person he was in a relationship with and would never wanted them to suffer no matter what the reason. With that said i hope that the women he adored once doesn't starting hatting him because of what everyone made her go through and i really hope that both of them find peace .
