In all the interviews that i watch on any channels i feel like telling the host to not interrupt abruptly, ti not break the flow, to not stop when a really emotional side of the conversation is happening as it's not easy for someone to be open, transparent and honest like this. Kudos to Kusha Kapila for these rooted conversations because as a woman I truly feel that one has to go mentally and emotionally through it all again and again when we talk about all these experiences. Absolutely loved this interview. I didn't realize that it was such a long interview but it felt more like a female friend sharing all her experiences and vulnerability so beautifully. ❤

There are many young and growing kusha’s growing somewhere in different corners of the country including me who has been declared as villain of the story. I cleared my mft nift revolutionarily with AIR 90 and still couldn’t sit for counselling even. long story short, i read most i could about adhd and been struggling to get a therapist how can listen to me without saying aisa to hota hai i am looking for someone who values my words. be my karan johar to guide me
