please recommend a good mechanic for japanese cars in karachi, ( Please make a vedio on it in future )
i have recently bought alto eco 2012 & i want to make it checked properly eco idle not working engine check light is on & giving me 13.8 avg etc
i am new to japanese car so i am worried because if we tell mechanics that we recently bought car so they usually try to make extra money by telling/recommending extra work &
most importantly i fear a unskilled mechanic can ruin engine too.

The city fuel average with ac is 9•8.Is it alarming or normal for any 2012 passo.Is it alarming or normal and can we achieve better fuel average?What is recommended engine oil for khi atmosphere?

It is alarming. Passo give average of about 12 to 14 with AC. Mine gives that average tbh

Get it's catalytic converter cleaned....it's a common problem with Japanese cars,the catalytic converter chokes which seriously affects it's fuel average..... mine one gives 16 to 17 within city after getting the catalytic converter cleaned!

Change air filter also and pour genuine engine oil if u are first owner means in pakistan i. E first importer then pour accordingly which is usually mentioned under the hood and the other issue is are u getting this mileage with A.C if yes then u usually drive under intense traffic conditions as per my assessment.

11 average is way too low. You might want to clean the catalytic converter of your car in order to give you more mileage. Also change your transmission oil to 5w20
