In some covers of utauloids, their voices tend to be slightly off thus creating a "dying whale sound". Its only because they are robotic sounding, but im surprised how Ruko hit that scale at the very end. I seen the Luka cover and her voice cracked so bad but Ruko kept it perfect in utauloid sake:)

I think that Master was trying to make another Vocaloid, but the system messed up, and it made genders two in one, so that made Ruko. Like I said, the system messed up, so instead of being sent to Vocaloid, she got sent to UTAU.
