New CPAP user. I hav had the 11 for six weeks. I haven’t had any of the issues brought up. They told me when I received the unit to only fill to below the max letters. It’s never leaked or run out of water. For this in dry climates it may be different. No WiFi issues and really quiet. Thank you for your videos. I watched several after I was told that I needed a CPAP machine. Yours are the best out there!
Cheers mate, appreciate that great feedback brother. The humidifier is 'designed' to hold 380ml. That's what's stated in the manual and people do buy these machines on that info as they don't want the water to run out during the night as it causes all sorts of problems. To hold 380ml it needs to be filled to the line which is above the MAX letters. Advising people not to fill it to that level so it doesn't spill is fine but you shouldn't need a workaround solution. You should be able to fill it with the stated capacity without it leaking everywhere. Cheers mate
@@CPAPReviews I find the A11 is a more responsive device so if the environmental air is more dry than of course it's going to use more water. I live in a very dry, cold climate. I use a cheap 1 gallon room humidifier especially when my furnace kicks in, and sometimes when the air conditioning is on. For 6 - 7 hrs of avg usage I use less than a half chamber of water. I love my A11 over my A10.
I'm new to CPAP therapy and I have the Resmed Airsense 11. I have yet to spill a drop of water and I don't remove the lid. I lay the reservoir on a table and open the top (not all the way because that's what causes it to topple), then I pour the water into the chamber and snap it shut. I push it right in with no issues. I haven't had any issues pulling it out either and I'm 65 yrs old with arthritis on my right thumb. As for the sound, I have not encountered that issue either. I think it's amazingly quiet. I noticed from reading product reviews on Amazon, that when a person doesn't know how to operate an item or don't bother to read manuals, they immediately give poor reviews. I'm not saying that's the case here because many of the negative reviews came from seasoned CPAP users. But I find it hard to believe that so many people dislike the Resmed 11. I think it's stylish and looks good in any decor. It doesn't look like hospital equipment so that's a huge plus! I don't know, maybe I'll update my comment if I come across any issues. Thanks Nicko! I really enjoy your videos and have learned so, so much from you in such a short time. Thanks mate! Cheers! 🇺🇸
Same just got mine.. only problem I'm having is when I shut it off in the middle of the night to go to the restroom I struggle to get it back on. On the 10 there is a button on the front that would reset it. Where is that button on the 11?
I completely agree with you. The seal on the water chamber has some give, so a gentle squeeze and pull is all it needs to come out easily. When the seal springs back it helps keep the chamber in place. Personally, I prefer the side loading design over the hinged, button design of the Dreamstation. In my experience, if the moving parts break, they are more expensive to replace than the water chamber on its own.
@@TRACEWORLD2 There's no need to turn the Airsense 11 off when you go to the rest room. Just set the machine to auto off and auto on. When you unplug to use the bathroom, the 11 will turn off and on again when you replug into the machine.
This is my first machine and haven’t heard a peep. Also never run out of water. So I’m thankful I don’t have the issues reported. Sucks that anyone has to go through all that. Dealing with cpap is already bad as it is.
I am new to CPAP and have the AirSense 11. After 6 months, I have no complaints. The machine itself is nearly silent and I never run out of water after 8 hours sleep. I have no problem with connectivity and the information on the myAir app is outstanding.
I went from the 10 to the 11, and I love it! I don’t have any of the problems that have been mentioned in reviews! It is quite and gives me a report each day! I love it and don’t have a problem with running out of water! So far, so good! ❤
I haven't experienced any of the issues presented in the video, either. I love my 11 but am considering picking up a 10 as a travel/back-up machine, mainly because I like the idea of its larger blower doing less work to achieve the same result as the 11. However, one of my favorite features on the 11 is the ability to control smart start and smart stop separately. From what I can tell via a few retailers with whom I've chatted -- and someone please correct me if I'm wrong -- this feature is not available on the 10's (it's both or none). I was also surprised to learn that the humidifier capacity for both machines is identical, 380ml, so no improvement on that front either by backing into a 10. I basically try to go through a whole chamber-full of water and no more each night. Depending the time of year and weather conditions, I'll adjust the manual humidification setting to achieve that. No problem.
I’ve been using a cpap machine for 23 years, am on my fifth machine. 4 resmeds and one respironics. The respironics was garbage so I used my previous resmed until I was eligible for a new one. The new one is an 11 and I love it. By far the best machine I have ever had. Quiet and great tank capacity.
I just got the AirSense 11 a couple weeks ago and so far, it has been great as my first CPAP machine. What I found is that if you have a mask leak, your water tank will nearly empty each night. I was originally using the n30i mask and only getting about 5/20 for my seal on the app. Over the last few days, I used the p30i and f30i with both resulting in 20/20 for the seal as well as only using about half of the water tank each night. Lastly, if your machine turned off in the middle of the night it may be due to a leak that lasted long enough for the Smart Stop to kick in if enabled.
My brand new one is a week old has none of the issues you state here tank easy in and out No spilling at all tank lasts the whole night super quiet doesn't even sound like it's on much easier to use than airsense 10
Thanks brother, appreciate the great comment. It's really just customer feedback and the negative reviews are equally as important as the positive ones. I still think it's probably an 8/10 which was my original rating a year ago. Cheers mate
1rst cpap, airsense 11. Has been great for a month. Whisper quiet. Effective. No issues w/ running out of water or anything but tippy reservoir. Thanks for all the great videos. Been a huge help, info & what to expect, while waiting for cpap machine to be available. Take care.
AirSense 11 works great. On humidity setting 5 the water last two nights, no issue filling or removing chamber. WiFi works flawlessly although i did buy my own SD card, but they are dirt cheap. This machine is dead quiet. No other machines to compare it to however i've had no issues. Now getting a hold of the sleep doctor or technicians.....impossible! Thank goodness for this Chanel and Nick. Without it i would be lost! Sleep HQ is great, cant wait for the pro version. O2 ring is amazing, and the combination has allowed me to adjust setting for a better sleep. Thanks Nick life saver 😁
@@gosman949 it’s a small ring you wear on your finger that records your oxygen level and heart rate. This information in conjunction with your cpap information can guide you to adjust your cpap machine settings if needed 😊
The amount of water the machine uses at a given humidity setting is mostly going to depend on the environment it is in. If your water lasts two nights on setting 5, that is great, but you obviously live in a humid climate.
@@Fishouta The humidification occurs within a closed system. I can't imagine there would be much evaporation from the water chamber with the lid closed for less than 8 hours in a dryer environment. I would recommend using a lower humidification setting if you're running out of water in your chamber.
Brilliant… I agree 100% and got myself a new S10 CtC. Another reason for that choice, not mentioned in the video, is that I own a legacy of S10-compatible equipement on hand: tubing, filters, tub, powersupply and battery, and side cover… SleepHQ IS the Cat's pajamas! Thank you very much, Nicko!
I have the AirSense 11, my first machine since being diagnosed with OSA. It is virtually silent, works well for me, no issues with the chamber. The only issue I have experienced is dry mouth. I have rectified that by getting a chin strap from Amazon.
I've never had any issues with it - I'm very happy with it! Although it's the first machine I've ever used, I've been using it for almost a year now. It's doing its job, and it's amazing to actually sleep the whole night through!
I've had the 11 for four months. my pressure is from 11-14. If the 10 is quieter, I would be very impressed as I find the 11 to be quiet. For me, the noise comes from the air flow out of the mask. I can see how the tank can be an issue. If it isn't on a level surface, it will spill. I fill mine up I. the sink, so I'm not noticing any spills. I also fill it up to that edge that Nick pointed out. The side mark is inconvenient to use.
Thanks, that helped me a lot! I was wondering if noise was supposed to come out the air flow out of the mask!1🥰🤭☺ Just started using mine this evening! I thought it was something wrong with the machine!
I've had mine for about 5 weeks now. Previously had a dream station. Have not had any issues with water tank other than a little small. Don't fill past the max mark and it doesn't spill. No problem removing or replacing it. No air leaks. Did run through a lot of water with climate on auto. Also got a lot of rainout. Turned auto climate off and set humidity to 3 and temp to 80F. No more rainout. The tank can be a pain sometimes to open. Phone connects BT from anywhere in the house. S11 is very quiet, only hear it when I remove the mask and let it auto stop. Biggest complaint is hose is too stiff and sometimes gets in the way. Overall much better than the dream station and no foam bits and fumes getting in my lungs.
11 is my first CPAP experience, so I can't compare it to others. However, I noticed the same issues other users are complaining about with the water tank with my first use. On my 5th or 6th night, I kept getting "high leak" error messages, after which the machine would shut down and be unusable. I could not find any unusual air leaks. On the 4th night of no use, I at last noticed that the water tank was just slightly, really unnoticably, ajar. Fixing that fixed the air leak. (Good luck getting any tech support on a weekend.) I'm ok with the noise, however. I have tinnitus, and the machine's air sounds serve as white noise for me.
For years the cpap market has been largely shared by the Philips-Respironics and Resmed duo. Since Philips-Respironics dropped the ball, it's not surprising that Resmed has slacked off, too. We need some real competition in the marketplace to keep these guys sharp!
Have had my AS11/Climateline11/F30i/Pressure: 10-13/ No Ramp for over a year now and couldn't be happier. It's literally saved my life. And made sleep enjoyable again.
Great video's - I've learned a lot and still watching. For the airsense10/11 (I have a loaner 10 for now, wife has the 11) - we remove the tank, fill up the to just short of the water line, the slot the tank back into the machine. No issues, no leaking, no air escaping.
I have used an airsense 10 for four years. This was recently replaced by an Airsense 11. The volume of the AS 11 seems much louder to me, which surprised me (and I'm hard of hearing). Because I assumed that the volume would decrease with the next generation of devices. I'm glad I saw your video because now it's clear to me where this difference in volume comes from.
I’ve had my AirSense 11 for about a month now. Having graduated from an AirSense 10, the 11’s tank is actually a bit easier to fill and avoid sloshing. Of all (4) of the ResMed’s I’ve had, the 9’s tank was the easiest to fill - and that had the option of a heated tube. (You must use a heated tube to avoid condensation from pooling and gurgling.) One feature I miss with the 11 over the 10, is the right-angle tube fitting to the machine. I checked with ResMed, and apparently no right angle adapter or hose is available. The tube going straight-out the back keeps the unit from being as wall-hugging as possible. I did have to adjust the low end of my air pressure range, as I don’t like ramp-up, so the unit starts at the bottom of the range, and adjusts as necessary. At the low end I felt I was gasping for air. We’ll see how the 11’s water tank holds-up over time. The 10’s tank tended to degrade after cleaning, causing leaks at the metal heating plate intersection with the plastic. I do like the basic feedback from ResMed’s app, but it does lack the detail and granularity one might want. Coupled with my iWatch, I can monitor my O2saturations, heart rate, and actual sleep, as the MyAir app only records wearing the mask, if I have a short night sleep, I can still score 100 by keeping the mask on. 😉 After sleeping with the 11 for a while, I do think it is an improvement over the 10. (I haven’t experienced the noise issue at high levels )
The AirSense 11 is my first CPAP and I have had no real issues. The only other one I used was at my sleep study. My only issue with it was the HUGE delay in getting a device. I have had no issue with the water tank. I am careful when filling it and only fill to the Max Fill line. The unit had never been close to empty, if not for daily cleaning routine I could go at least 2 days without refilling. As to the SDCard I do not have an issue as I had many card laying around from cameras. The only time it is noisy seems to be when I open my mouth. But that is still far better than my constant snoring before getting the CPAP. I do not see the same issue as others.
Mine works great, depending on the humidity of my room will depend on how much the water gets drained so it varies by nights but I’ve been happy with my AS11. It’s also dead quiet. I barely hear it. No issues here!
Regarding noise my wife and I have 2 as11s and 1 a10. I think you may be right about noise coming from the water tank if not pushed in all the way. Otherwise the 11 to me is not noisy. Quite right about the a11 water tank though... seems like it was designed to spill water. A10 tank is also more stable.
Yeah. Agree. It's my first machine, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I've been impressed with how quiet it is. My wife says she barely hears it (and SOOO much preferable to the snoring). The complaints about the water chamber design are valid but relatively minor all in all. If it would hold twice the volume, I'd have no real complaints.
Loving mine mate. It does seem to run out of water quickly and I spill it but it beats the heck of the DS1. The machine is super quiet and the algorithms are perfect for me. Great machine.
I have used an Airsence11 for over 1 year. It is flawless. It is 24 inches from my head and I hear nothing. My only complaint is how difficult it is to open the water chamber. Other than that, I would give Resmed a 9+.
I have the AS 11 and it is noisy. It started quiet enough but now I have to constantly push reset to get it back to some semblance of quiet. Also all the other issues regarding the water chamber etc i concur with.
After spending 5 yrs with a Airsense10, I have upgraded to an Airsense 11 and after 4 weeks of use I thought I would share some feedback. Resmed appaers to have focused both on product upgrade and product manufacturing cost reduction. There are definitely some trade-offs. The Pros: The A10 had a real problem with the way the water in the tank was delivered. If you filled the tank up to the max line (380 ml) the A10 would never go below the min. That meant in a dry room, no moisture was delivered after about 3 AM leaving my mouth and nose parched dry. The A11 holds the same 380 ml at the max level but it always delivers all of the 380 ml if needed. So the unit runs until 7AM and eliminated the discomfort. The Cons: The A11 Climate Control air hose is made of a cheaper stiffer plastic that than A10. It is less pliable and tries to hold its own shape getting caught on corners and knocking over my small radio and alarm clocks. The A10 climate hose used a snap-on type connection to the air intake port which held it on with a strong bond. The hose also had a squeeze connector to smoothly release it. The A11 hose uses a simpler push pull force fit which is initially tight but keeps getting loose after weeks of use. That snug fit connection will loosen / wear out fairly quickly and may lead to air leakage. My guess is the lifespan of the A11 hose and the new connector that it engages will need to be replaced much for frequently than the A10 hose. The A11 water tank is way more flimsy that the A10 tank. Difficult to open. I find the best way is to use one hand to pry open the catch in the front and at the same time place fingers of the second hand into the crevice on the side and twisting it open. This tank likely won’t last long before needing to be replaced. People have complained that the tank is difficult to extract from the A11 but I found that squeezing the gray tab and pulling is not the solution. Just take your hand and press down vertically on the front of the tank and it will easily slide down and out. The A10 command dial is gone and replaced by a digital LCD panel on the A11. But scrolling with your finger is poorly designed. The list jumps several lines at a time when you move your finger. The “always on” indicator light of the A10 has been replaced by a tiny green LED on the top of the A11 power-on switch. But after the A11 is started, the tiny LED goes dark leaving the A11 completely dark. If you need to access the A11 during the night, you either need to feel around to find the power button in the darkness or else wave your fingers around until you touch the display to get it to light up which also turns on the little green LED. RESMED should have left the light on all the time. The A10 came with a SD card but none with the A11. It is a very inexpensive but important function on a CPAP machine. It saves all your data but also allows you to run free software on you MAC or PC that allows you to see more than a dozen graphs that chart you every breath and all of your APEA events and breathing patterns data that you will likely never get from your health care consultant. Noise can be louder from the A11 because it needs to work harder to achieve the same air pressure at the high end. But the noise level is not significant enough for most people to notice when asleep. To conclude, I would say that both the A10 and A11 are very good devices that work well to help reduce your APNEA.
My Resmed 11 does not always sense my breathing. I can sit and watch TV not sleeping (with a pulse ox on and never going below 97) and will have up to 30 events per hour. How can I have any trust in the number of events recorded?
Maybe place a bit of grip tape on the top and bottom of the tank to help pull it out? I found it quite cheap of them not to include the memory card. They could've passed on the cost to us. An extra $5 isn't the end of the world. I don't understand why wifi wasn't included? I'm sure that cellular is more expensive in the long run with the license and data rates. "Why wifi" was fun to say in my head and even funner to say outloud.
I switched from an old Respironics and don't believe it's loud at all. I can't stand the water tank, lack of seal, and now the metal part inside my water tank is showing little rust areas. I've only ever used distilled water. I may have to return it. I don't feel that an item that costs this much should be showing rust areas after only 5 months of use.
I upgraded to the 11 abs I find the 11 us better. Only problem I had that was mentioned is that the tank is a lot harder to pull off....to me that's a good thing. It's snug and tight. I always fill to the top and never had any problems pressure at 12 with no problems.
I had them stop my order for an 11. Currently use a 9. I stopped by and i had a very hard time opening the water chamber. I am 67 and one hand doesn't work much and the other is just old. I went ahead as the only other choice I had was LunaG3 and I know nothing about them other than they had a nice lip on their container making it very easy to open. I think there will be water all over the place.
I have had my unit for 2 years with no issues at all. I turned off my humidifier option and turned on the heated hose option setting the temp to 80 degree. I don’t have any more issues with moisture buildup and no dry mouth 👄
I have no problems with my 11. It sure beats the Phillips hands down. I'm getting a better quality of sleep. My pressure ranges from 10 to 13.5. Both my wife and I agree we cannot hear the 11 or barely hear it. The tank was not easy to open at first, but after reading the manual and checking out the videos online, I now find it as easy as can be. I have learned from my experience with other CPAPs, I never fill the humidifier to the fill line. I have no problem with leakage or running out of water. Opening the water tank is much easier if you move the tank to the edge of the table so your fingers can get a better grip from the bottom. Thank you for this channel. It is both informative and entertaining. It's a Godsend for us 'PAPers.
@@jorgezepeda2461 Touch the screen on the 11. There is a purple button "My Sleep View". Look for pressure. Scroll down if you need to find it. The reading is your max pressure for that night. Keep track of those numbers and you find your range. Good Luck. I hope that helps.
Hmmm... weird. I literally just started using an AirSense 11 3 nights ago as a 1st time CPAP user. As such, I can't compare it to the AirSense 10, but can say that I haven't had any of these issues with my AirSense 11 unit so far. 🤔 Mine is whisper quiet, never spills and I wake up every morning with half a tank still left. 🤷 The one criticism that I do agree with is their choice of using cellular instead of vanilla WIFI. Like, wtf???
New to using a CPAP machine. I've completed only 6 days on the Airsense 11. Water tank jammed stuck after 5 days. I thought I would have to resort to using a screw driver to pry it out. I am a senior woman with neuropathy in my hands. If I had known how hard it is to remove the tank I would have gone with the 10, which I was offered.
Appreciate this very practical review with lots of useful information. My S9 has been showing the "motor life exceeded" message for months. After 20+ years on CPAP I couldn't care less for wifi etc. Daily use experience is what counts for me. Was about to buy S11 or maybe S10 but the water tank setup looked clumsy to me. The S9 has me spoiled! Open lid, pour water, close lid. Holds enough for 2-3 nights depending on heat/humidity setting. After all these years it is no longer as dead silent as new, but still nowhere near noisy enough to bother. The S9 is a dirt cheap workhorse! I have two, one reserved for travel/backup, so will simply run until the motor dies- and then replace the motor myself for $150! Which is nice, but honestly a little bit of a let-down. Love the look of the S11, and the reduced power draw would be nice in the RV. But its just not worth it. Watching this video sure was though! Thanks!
I LIKE my Airsense 11! But I never tried to fill the water tank in the bedroom. My wife is usually already asleep, so I remove the tank, take it to the bathroom, and fill it in the sink. If it spills a little, it doesn't matter, and, as you note, if you snap the top back on it doesn't leak. Totally agree, though, it's not as easy as the Dreamstation 1.
@@knuckles1006 If I have distilled, I use it, but tap water works fine. It leaves a very small amount of white stuff, calcium I think, but the white deposit is entirely water soluble, and washes out easily when I refill the tank.
I have a ResMed 11 and I find it far superior to the Phillips dream station products. I have used Philips for 11 years. ResMed is much quieter and provides perfect functionality. It does not require a memory card because the data is transmitted directly via its phone system connectivity to the manufacturer, the equipment supplier and to your doctor. . The unit connected perfectly to my iPhone 13 Pro Bluetooth with no problems. When I used the system it ran out of air every night and the unit is so smart that it’s diagnostics told me my problem was I was sleeping with my mouth open. I put on a chin strap and guess what, I stopped running out of water. Every day that data is sent to my phone and it gives me a complete data report of how efficient my system worked and how well I slept. It also sent me data on how much air was leaking out of the system because my mouth was open. My only complaint is filling the tank and I found that three alcohol swab packets placed under the back end of the tank allowed me to easily fill it without spilling. Once I corrected, my mouth breathing, I was sleeping eight hours a night without running out of water and using the automatic system to control the humidity in the air. I will never go back to a Philips system, and ResMed has proven its superior design to me, set up as fast and easy and the unit works perfectly. It is even so smart it diagnosed my problem and told me how to fix it. I use a pressure of 14 and I have no problem with noise and the tank does not run out of water. Don’t blame the machine for your health problems. I love my machine.
Excellent video summary, thanks! I'm about to find out if I can resuscitate my AirSense 10, which has had a blower motor issue. The replacement blower is supposed to arrive today. If I can't revive it, I'll be buying another 10. Regarding the tank, even on my 10, I find that if you fill the tank up to the Max line, the water level is right up to that lip on the hinge side. In addition to filling it on a flat surface and then closing the lid, as you showed, the other thing you can do is just carry it with the tank tipped slightly towards the side that opens, where the sides are higher. I appreciate learning that the blower in the 11 is the same as the one in the Mini. I am using my Mini right now while the 10 is out of commission, and I certainly notice that it is noisier.
I just got the 11 I had the 10 for 8 years what a difference super quiet the chamber is plenty big enough for a full night rest I only used 1/2 that was a 8 hour sleep this machine is amazing I went from having 1.4 to almost a zero now. It seems to respond better than the 10 love your videos.
I went through two CSpring devices and both imparted a strange smell which I could detect after each refill. The smell lingered which is why I believe it was being leached into the water. I suspect that the components of this device are neither food or medical grade. I also noted that the gray plastic in the tank seemed to be the source. It's a shame because the device did refill very nicely.
I'm liking the Airsense 11. Upgraded over my Airsense 10 with a whining motor. It started to whine at 8000 hours. Airsense 11 is super quiet! I have had no problems with Bluetooth connecting. The 4G network connection works fine. Water lasts a night with me. You should be changing your water every morning. I do not need to spend $250.00 for a CSPRING ONE. Most of the negative reviews are user error.
Here's a real customer review from Canada. This machine can only be purchased via a Sleep Apnea clinic that you've registered with. Once you have the machine, none of the parts/accessories are available online...not even Amazon. You have to go back to the clinic where they will charge you 3-5 times the online cost. Yes horrible tub design. That heated tubing now sticks right out and weighs a ton. I would give this machine and their execs a 3.5. They really screwed people up further in the midst of the Philips fiasco. Thanks for your reviews. You have educated the public immensely with a great sense of humour and accent! Cheers mate!
I think medical products lack customer feedback in general. There is a disconnect from end users.. too many middle men involved. Family Doctor, Sleep Dr, sleep study center, medical supplier, cpap setter-upper-person, then the patient.
For the complaints about the lag in the BT transfer of data to the app, the same thing has happened with my husbands DS I and now the II. I believe it is a function of technology rather than any particular machine.
You had mentioned one one of your videos about 22mm heated hose for the resmed air curve 10 could you please tell me a part number and the maker of that heated hose please as my condition got worse and now my pressure setting at 23 over 18 and and i have troubles with leakages and haven't had any good rest in a long time, BTW I watch and subscribe to your channel as you are very informative and I have learned alot thank you sir and keep up the great work!
I discovered that I can put a 1/4 inch shim under the hinged side of my Resmed 11 water tank while filling it. This tily helps in avoiding the overflow on the back wall. I then close the lid and I have a full tank to insert into the machine.
I started treatment this year so the AirSense 11 is the only machine I've used - and I love it! Yes, the water tank is a bit small and awkward to refill but I developed my own system for that after a few days and it's been fine. As for noise, I literally can't hear it and either can my wife. I understand from the video that the problem manifests at higher pressures so that's probably the issue as my treatment range doesn't go higher than 11. Bottom line, I would recommend the AS 11 to anyone and I have done so numerous times already.
Yes I'm a little bit older but I have had my hearing checked about a month ago as the doctor said I have perfect hearing and my cpap about 2.5 feet level with my head I also use water in it. I have noticed if you don't use water it makes quite a racket
@@kevinluttrell2346 From what I understand the noise level is higher if the machine is sitting lower than your sleeping height vs the same height or higher.
I have had my ResMed for 5 weeks and it is my first CPAP. I am surprised that many people are running out of water. My water chamber is half full in the morning and my mouth, nose and sinuses are dried out with water in the tube and mask. Different humidity and temperature setting don’t help. The ResMed says my mask seal is great. I am about to give up on it.
I'm confused about how people are spilling the water. I lay mine on the counter, pour the CPAP dissled water from a bottle or cup, then close the clamshell shut. I ever fill it to the max line, walk it over to my machine with no care or balance, and slide it in. Mine too, is dead quiet. Are people filling it up in a way similar to the 10 that you aren't supposed to? The 11 is my first CPAP, and its been fairly smooth sailing for me.
Hey Mate, If you see my little demonstration (i filled just below the max) you can see that water level reaches the holes in the back and with the slightest touch or movement and the water pours out. People are filling right up to the max line because it can run dry during the night. The max line should have some margin or error still. It shouldn't be that if you go 1ml over the max line the water pours out. It's not a great design. There's a lot better
I've been using the AirSense 11 for a bit over a month, it is my first machine. The bluetooth connection was a bit finnicky when I first tried it but after a reboot of the machine and my phone it's been working fine so far. The first night I filled the water to the top and realised how precarious the water was, so I have only been filling it halfway since, I never run out of water overnight. I also fill from a 2.5 gallon water bottle with a spigot that I have on a higher bench, so I don't need to set my water chamber down therefore no balance issues. I have severe inflammatory arthritis in my hands and I have only minor difficulty disengaging the chamber myself, I usually put my left hand on the top of the machine and this helps steady things so I can easily slide the chamber out. Twice I have had a problem with the seals not being fully engaged resulting in a massive air leak, easy fix to just reseat the chamber. Overall it is quite for me and I do not notice it at all, I suspect because I use a fairly low pressure. Your video was very informative all the same though, but just goes to show that everyone can have their own unique experience with these things! I feel very lucky to have had no issues with my step into the CPAP world (even my mask is super comfortable, was able to use my machine all night from the get go which surprised me).
Got my AirSense 11 few days ago. I also use a Resmed N20 mask. One thing I can say is that the Mask Fit test does not work! I pulled the mask 1/2 inch from my face..still told me that I had a great fit....try that and tell me. Other issues: The manual is not complete... for example you get a different display when you plug in the warming tube. The auto ramp does not work on mine. I have to push the start button manually. BTW I remove the tub when over the edge of my night table. Question: what is the difference between the 2 reservoirs (the standard and the cleanable) that one can take tap water (the cleanable)? Thank you for the TH-cam reviewers who give us the missing info....
I am new to CPAP and was issued the 11 it is great but I agree that the uploads can be fickle at best I live in SE Columbia SC and have had the last data not appear until I was half way to Charlotte NC. But it is always the same numbers on my machine and app so no harm no foul to me. I do wish it would show current time and usage while still in therapy session. My mask was a bigger issue with the F&P, it would whistle throughout the night startling me awake. Just got the new one "air fit f20" with nearly no leak and no whistle now.
Have had my A11 about six weeks. My wife says it is very quiet. Have had no water tank issues and usually get two or three nights out of a tank. I have great Wi-Fi and no issues with getting my daily results. Have taken two trips with it and no issues with connectivity in hotels either.
The first thing I noticed when I first got the 11 coming from 10 was the poor tank design and the water spilling over at max fill level. My remedy was simply to put a sliver of scotch tape to raise the edge, no more spills when filling. Also, experienced louder sound when not having the tank fully seated as described. Overall, like the 11 auto set but prefer the 10 design.
Just got my 11. When the person was showing me how to use it, I commented that I had seen that people were having problems working with the tank. She kind of scoff about it until she had problems with my machine. Everything was fine when she installed a replacement tank. The problem may not be a design problem but rather a quality control problem with the tanks. Yes, my tank leaks when I fill it above the maximum line. I guess that is Resmed’s way of making certain you don’t hurt the machine with too much water.
I received my brand new the AirSense 11 almost 3 months ago and I’m very happy with it..the only problem I’ve ever had is once in a while the water might run out when I have Humidifier set at (6)or higher, when I put it back to (5) I don’t run out during the night. So if you need to humidifier to run (6) and higher this definitely isn’t the one for you because you’d have to fill it up twice a night; which I agree would be very frustrating. Other than that, I’ve never had a problem filling it or spilling it, I just fill to max line while sitting flat on my night stand, next to the CPAP, I keep a bottle of distilled water in my night stand…I snap it shut and slide it in till it clicks or you will hear air. Mine is super super quiet, sometime I have to check to see if it’s on,,so I don’t know why some are saying it’s loud. I take mine with me (2) nights a week from home, hook it up where I’m at, no problems, so so super quiet nobody hears it…Finally seeing some benefits and not being as tired during the day. Thanks for sharing all your reviews, your channel has helped me so much as I get used to using my CPAP, how to clean it, how often to clean the tubing, and also fixing the air leak with my mask,,,,.I appreciate your hard work..
Yep!! I would have a problem if I need higher humidity. Having to wake up during the night defeats the purpose of using the Cpap to get a good night sleep..
I’ve had the 11 for a year now. I finally found a mask that works for me so use has improved. Only issue I have is lately it stops during the night and wakes me up. So much for feeling better and getting a good nights sleep, hard to do when you feel like you’re suffocating.
@@markdelange7120 I can’t make it any tighter, there need to be a way to get a mask that is right for the customer. What I’m using right now is better but far from ideal.
@@johnost8128 I went down a size in head gear and that helped. I agree that only having 3 generic sizes for masks and for head gear though doesn't even close to cut it.
I had my S8 Elite for 14 years and it still works. It's too old to trust but I keep it as emergency backup because a replacement for the Air sense 10 would take at least a week and probably 2 or more. I like how silent it is. I could tolerate the model 11 water refill issue, what matters more to me is connecting to the SoClean which requires a special top for the water tank (uses existing bottom tank part). Not having to remove things more than monthly to clean, the SoClean does very well, is very good. I actually think reviewers should consider an extra 2-3 minutes to show it and perhaps a competitor, how it works with the CPAP machine being reviewed. I don't care to go back to the manual cleaning especially the heated hose. One other thing that was easily with the cost and is a great addition to the CPAP is a desktop air purifier. I just the Holmes HAP242B-U which is designed to be tipped on end and used that way safely. In short, it will push fully HEPA purified air right into the CPAP input. I know how effective it is, as I have moderate allergies from wet mold season that is about half the year, and after getting up with no overnight problems the allergies return in 20 minutes. The irony is that it wouldn't be effective without CPAP because the filter goes 8 inches to the CPAP and then down the hose to me while without CPAP it would mix with room sure over several feet and not be effective much at all. Something to consider. The caveat is that your need a decent size nightstand the filter must be on the side of the CPAP input, left for ResMed. Between hEPA filtration and SoClean I only clean the tank and hose every 3 months, there isn't enough buildup to do it more often - unlike the old S8 that had neither. I like your review but these other 2 things make the CPAP, probably regardless of brand, a lot easier to use. Keep up the good work.
Mine works well. Quiet, no issues as far as filling chamber. I’d say the chamber is a little flimsy. Are they being produced in different facilities and different countries.
I went from the Airsense 10 to the Airsense 11 (AS11) and since mine is supplied through the Veterans Hospital; they are the ones that said 'you are getting a new one'. I think it was the upgrade of cell towers and issues with data transmission with the AS 10. I do NOT like the water tank on the AS11. Like he demonstrated it is harder to get out, harder to open; especially for older persons. I only fill to the first line and just get ambient moisture, no Heated hose. I have overfilled/spilled the water a couple times. Another issue my wife and I had when I got my AS 11 was how bright the power LED is; I fixed that with a piece of blue painters tape stuck over the center light on the power button. I have also done that to the TV, our backup power supply and my wife's new AS 11. When the engineers designed the AS11, I think they wanted a new sleek slender design with a feminine touch/look. My 2 cents; who cares what it looks like, I just want it to do the job. I don't stay awake at night to look at it. Actually I go to bed after my wife and put the chin strap and mask on in the dark, testing, blowing out any lint or dog hair (yes our dogs sleep on the bed) and organizing everything when I take my shower earlier in the evening. My other complaint is that they changed to 24 volts, which makes it hard to find a reliable backup unit. I found a build one yourself You Tube and will do that. Did not have power outage issues when I had the AS10.
Hey There Nick…. I too like another have been CPAP user since 1998 & can’t even recall the name of first machine! But it worked till I got my first Resperonics 12volt.. It’s still my RV camper back up unit. However, after a Res Med AS 8, 9, & 2+ 10s I couldn’t imagine any other brand! Now I’ll admit to wearing them out generally in @3 yr because of therapy @ 10-11 hours a night…. I have severe OSA and PTSD (Army Veteran) & thus extremely hard time falling asleep…. So I wear the machine out faster than some… Am presently on 4th night with my AS11 & I couldn’t be happier !!! It’s quieter and with an 11 pressure & living in Southern Califonia’s desert my tank lasts till noon following day & has fluid to spare…. I really believe I’m not having ANY of the issues others have been experiencing…. I always just add water nightly till the once monthly thorough cleaning of everything and new filter at that time …. Kudos to Res Med …. They are the best…. Go easy on the criticism, Nick…. 👍👍
Thanks, Nick for your helpful videos!!!!! Appreciate it! I’ve had the water chamber of my, Airsense10, go dry. Usually means I had mask leaks or mouth open. I’m SO-SO glad I chose another, Airsense10 last week, despite pressure from my doctor and DME. I rejected it because it didn’t have a swivel hose and biggest drawback- NO O2 “bleed in port” for hose, which means a connector at your mask. So then you have two hoses going to your face. How ridiculous! SMH!
I'm new to CPAP and the Airsense 11. I've always had an AirDoctor air cleaner in the room with us running on the low setting, and the sound of the air being cleaned is far louder than any noise from the Airsense 11.
surprised no one else seems to have mentioned the poor software. for those who sleep at odd hours of the night, e.g. 3-5am, it'll record that session split over 2 days in the software. for example, if i get 8 hours of sleep going to bed at 5am, it'll record 3 hours on day 1's session and 5 hours on day 2. then, on the following sleeping session, it'll record maybe 2/8 hours onto day 2 (now day 2 is showing 5 + 2 hours = 7 total hours). there needs to be a way to fix this!
@@courtneybleu260 - Yes, that is the pretty much the only way. Move the GMT offset west by the number of hours you are exceeding the 12 noon day change point during your sleep session. Your sessions will then be all on one day. Your time won't be accurate but that is sort of unimportant.
I love my AirSense 11. It's crazy quiet and I've had zero issues. I've never had any problems with the water tank. There is always a little water left in the morning and I usually only fill it up half way.
@@torTxoFognaTuluZ lol, my hearing is just fine! I'm only 36 years old. There was one time the humidifier tank wasn't fully inserted properly. It made a very loud noise so I knew something was wrong and pulled the tank out and put it back in. Once the tank was pushed in properly it was super quiet again. I wonder if there is an issues with the seal from your tank to the machine? Could be a factory defect.
I wonder if the problem is inconsistency in manufacturing. I really have never had any issues with my 11 except maybe the chamber drying out faster. Otherwise, i dont experience most of the issues mentioned.
Yeah i think that's certainly part of it. I imagine they will improve it over time. There's certainly a problem with the humidifier drying out as you will read in many of the comments. Cheers
I have been using the AirSense 11 for three months only,. The seller/doctor had not tell me how to adjust the air pressure and the auto on-off mode nor the operation manual. I wondered why was so mysterious. However, I learned from youtuber with many thanks. I have been using the auto on-off mode. I have no need to press the on-off switch anymore when I remove my mask and knowing how to adjust the air pressure too. It is fantastic. I love this feature. However, the SD card format is not user friendly, I can't read from my PC. However, the resevoir is really not convenience for filling water. Why not it can be filling from the top of the cover. A fly in the ointment!
I got my 11 two weeks ago the noise is not a problem (yet) but the water tank is emptier than my old model this might be something that they have adjusted since first release.
I'm getting the "motor life exceeded" message on my AS10, but I don't see the AS11 as much of an improvement, especially when I factor in 1) loss of the right angle hose connector 2) dodgy air tank (though I never use more than 1/2 tank per night now) and 3) smaller motor (that is more likely to burn up). The "burning" smell comments are not very comforting also. I will likely hold off and hope that they fix some of these problems and keep using my AS10 in the meantime. I found my old model 8 which still works, so that will be my backup (that I hopefully won't need).
Thanks for the review. I'll pass on the AirSense 11 the motor size is a cheap out that probably got the CEO a fat bonus at the expense of the users. Typical corporate greed on full display.
The air sense 11 is top rated. All machines can have issues. My 10 pump needed to be replaced along with numerous humidifiers. Having said that definite red flags with the air sense 11 smaller pump, which is used in the travel unit. Plus humidifier and no hose swivel issues. I will probably stick with a new 10. I also don’t like the touch screen on the 11.
Hi there, welcome to the club, There's a good chance there was some manufacturing flaws in the beginning which may have resulted in these reviews. I have few of them and there's no doubt it's a great device. All the best and thanks for watching. Cheers
I’m very new to CPAP so I don’t have anything to compare the 11 to. First I want to thank you for your educational videos. You’ve made my experience much easier, although I am still getting used to it. I find the device very quiet and easy to use. I have no problems removing the water tub and have never spilled a drop. I can’t understand why it’s running dry for some people. I fill it to the halfway line and still pour out water every day. Now if I can just find a mask that doesn’t drive me crazy I’ll be doing well.
@@Rusty6507 why do people complain about the tank size if you have to empty it every day? That's one of the biggest complaints I've heard is that the tank is too small and doesn't last for days.
Had an 11 for over 13 months. No complaints or problem ever. It works perfectly every time. Using auto start and always works. Sorry to hear about others having problems, but some might be operator errors.
The water tank is challenging but if you refill it on a flat surface it doesn't tend to tip backwards. I close it and make sure to carry it short distances and as level as I can. It is an inferior design but so far I've been able to manage. I also have no personal complaints about the noise but I also haven't adjusted the pressure levels from the default settings so maybe my pressure isn't high enough to cause the noise issue.
I really don't know what all these people are talking about, I haven't had any issues at all! I'm using a Resmed 11 a replacement for my Dreamsation Philip's! No issues quieter than my old Dream station!
This is my device and I've only been using a CPAP for a week, and the chamber has run dry multiple times on me already. What a terrible feeling! I'm pushing the chamber flush and my mask doesn't register any leaks or anything, but it does not hold the quantity of water needed. I'll have to think about that auto fill device. My hose heats up and is set to Auto. I can confirm that my room is extremely dry.
Thanks for all these great ideas, Nick! I found the tank a bit cumbersome at first but have figured it out over time. For example, when I open the tank to fill it, I hold it facing away from me, with one hand on top and the other underneath supporting the tank. Then I can reach the fingers of the top hand over the lid and open lift clasp with my fingertips, rather than trying to use my thumb. This works better for me.
Thank you so much for such great information, i love my airsence 10 never have an issues, that 12 look like a big pain in the butt! Thanks again Mate👍❤️
Hi Angela, personally i don't have too many issues. A few things i don't like but i'm certainly hearing a few customers having trouble and i don't think it's worth an upgrade. Cheers
My Airsense 10 is from 2015. It has been a good machine but has started to 'act up' in the last few weeks. The other night the blower motor seemed to stop and vibrate waking me up because I couldn't breath. I turned it off and then on and it started to work again. This morning I woke up because it seemed that the pressure was extremely low making it hard to breath. I contacted my DR. who has put an order into my supply company for a new machine. I am a bit hesitant to go with the new Resmed machine because of the issues you describe here. The water tank in particular is a concern. I live in the northeast part of the US. In the summertime it is fairly humid so the tank would not be an issue. However in the winter it can be extremely dry and I will go through almost a full tank with my Airsense 10. I think the external tank is a great idea but don't feel I should have to pay extra to fix what is basically a design problem caused by ResMed. At this point I think I would just rather stick with a new Airsense 10 since it worked so well for years.
I have the 11. The water chamber can be cumbersome, but I learned to keep it on a level surface when filling it up and when pick up, to slightly tilt it to the right side. Mine came with WiFi. I have 1 month left for the machine to be mine due to insurance compliance, I hate to change the water so I'd rather use the resmed travel with the waterless cartridge, and I find the travel pressure better. Also the travel doesn't get the mask and tube any rain out so that's a plus. Once it's mine, I'll just keep it as a backup and use the travel instead. I also fill it with the lid attached so I'm not fumbling with 2 parts when I'm already tired and ready for bed.
I really appreciate your videos (top notch!), but I was quite stunned by this one pretty much bashing the Resmed 11. I had a DreamStation for years (and absolutely loved it) and upgraded to the 11. I have had no problems with it at all after several months of use. I consider the Resmed 11 an outstanding device. The water chamber is really easy to remove and slide back in -- with respect, you are really splitting hairs in saying it is tricky or that there is resistance (it doesn't require "quite a bit of force" at all). You did observe a concern I noticed: the heavy lid causes the base of the unit to tilt back, which can spill water out of the back when fully filled. However, there is a perfectly simple solution: fill the water chamber when the base is one a flat, solid surface (like a bedside tabletop). In your video, you put the chamber on a towel, which caused the base of the unit to tilt back (which I appreciate you did to prove a point). Just put the base on a flat surface -- problem solved. I must also say I find that the unit is very quiet -- no issues, there, at all. One legitimate issue is how quickly the water runs out, but I'm guessing that has a lot to do with ambient temperature and humidity in the room, overall, and how many hours you are using the unit. I have never tried the Resmed 10, but I can certainly highly recommend the Resmed 11.
I have the resmed 11 and have the settings set correctly. I wake up every night gasping for air. I am better off without it. Very disappointed because I haven’t slept well in years.
Very good review of both models. I particularly liked the teardown of both blowers which I haven't seen in any other TH-cam review. Also, the connectivity issues and updated water chamber design have me concerned. I currently have the 10 pasted its 5th year service life and my insurance will pay for a new machine. So I wanted to know if I should get another 10 or move forward with the 11. I think I will stick with the 10 again and perhaps ResMed will make a better design for the 12th whenever they come out with it.
It depends on your doctor and service provider. I had a 10 but they 'upgraded' me to 11, which I don't like over the 10, but they are not supporting the 10 anymore with the sd card.
Saw this video on tv TH-cam. Enjoyed it. Went to desktop TH-cam and a message that I have to be a member. Could not find how to do that, spent an hour. I just tuned in 1 more time and you can I have accessed the program without “joining.” What is up?
I noticed you stated ( at about 08:48 in the video ) that Resmed will be releasing something like a "magic WIFI upload module using home WIFI". I have not heard anyone else speak about that. Do you have any more information?
I tried to get an airsense 10, but after waiting 8 weeks (without a CPAP) for it to arrive and delayed due to supply chain issues, the online company I ordered from "upgraded" me to the airsense 11 free of charge. They had the 11 in stock to be shipped immediately. I was exhausted, so I took it. Really wish I could've gotten the 10...
I had a 10, now have an 11. It does take some getting used to. The water chamber holds less water than the 10, so I have to fill it nightly. I am not sure how folks are spilling water when filling it, I just open it, fill to the top line, close it, then put it back in the machine. My 11 is quieter than my 10 was, but if you have air leaks it will sound louder for some reason, I think it is due to the air loss. The Cell connection in the US will try to connect to T-Mobile first, then AT&T, then Verizon. Sometimes it will take forever, or if you are in a fringe T-Mob area, it keeps going back to T-Mog, and sometimes won't update for a day or two because it won't move to the next carrier because it thinks it is connected to T-Mob. I don't like is the rear hose connection, no 90 degree elbow like the 10 has, and the smaller water chamber.
My 11 has been great. No issues and I can't hear any noise from it at all.
@@gosman949 Can't tell if you're trying to be funny or rude...care to enlighten me?
No problem.
Agree
I’ve been using a cpap machine for 23 years, am on my fifth machine. 4 resmeds and one respironics. The respironics was garbage so I used my previous resmed until I was eligible for a new one. The new one is an 11 and I love it. By far the best machine I have ever had. Quiet and great tank capacity.
So far, my only problem is why the hose attaches in the back? It would be better to have it on the front.
Thanks for sharing your experience and great tips legend. Cheers

Great stuff Chris, thanks for sharing your experience and feedback. Nick
I wake up with dry mouth too.
Thanks for the video. Waiting on a replacement turbine for my 10. Also looking for a back up machine. Probably best to simply pick up another 10.
Great stuff mate. Appreciate this in-depth comment. cheers
We need competition in all industries, it keeps companies honest and innovative.
Heck, if I had the resources and money, I would custom design one myself!
Dyson should step in and make one. They would kill it.
(You must use a heated tube to avoid condensation from pooling and gurgling.)
One feature I miss with the 11 over the 10, is the right-angle tube fitting to the machine.
After sleeping with the 11 for a while, I do think it is an improvement over the 10.
Thanks for sharing your positive experience mate. Certainly a lot of good reviews also! Glad it's working well for you
Regarding noise my wife and I have 2 as11s and 1 a10.
Glad to hear it legend. Cheers
I need to add a thank you to Nick for the well done & informative Videos, I appreciate you.
After spending 5 yrs with a Airsense10, I have upgraded to an Airsense 11 and after 4 weeks of use I thought I would share some feedback. Resmed appaers to have focused both on product upgrade and product manufacturing cost reduction. There are definitely some trade-offs.
The Pros:
The A10 had a real problem with the way the water in the tank was delivered.
The Cons:
The A11 Climate Control air hose is made of a cheaper stiffer plastic that than A10.
I have no idea what these people are talking about. I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. It’s quiet as hell. It works just the way it should
I agree it's cellular connected and my wife hears no noise at all
@@gosman949 I have perfect hearing. No problems whatsoever. Maybe you should check your ears.. or learn how to run it correctly…
@@gosman949 That's like the third time you said that to others here. Take a day off, you don't have to be an asshole all your life.
I have to agree. No issues except the water chamber maybe a little flimsy, very quiet.
Hi Candy, thanks for sharing your insights mate. Many thanks. Nicko
How do you check the pressure ranges ?
@@jorgezepeda2461 Touch the screen on the 11. There is a purple button "My Sleep View". Look for pressure. Scroll down if you need to find it. The reading is your max pressure for that night. Keep track of those numbers and you find your range. Good Luck. I hope that helps.
One other thing. My Wifi works well. My clinic had no problem connecting.
Hmmm... 🤷
The one criticism that I do agree with is their choice of using cellular instead of vanilla WIFI.
@@torTxoFognaTuluZ thanks for the suggestion. Didn't think this was a possibility. I'll call my supplier.
Not using distilled water?
Love your honest, unbiased, detailed reviews! Thanks a ton! 👍♥️
Anytime mate, thanks for watching. Glad you like them
I agree with the people who dislike this machine. The hose design better on the 10. Tank is better on the 10.
Thank you for the honesty and feedback mate. Cheers
I think medical products lack customer feedback in general. There is a disconnect from end users.. too many middle men involved. Family Doctor, Sleep Dr, sleep study center, medical supplier, cpap setter-upper-person, then the patient.
I agree. Thanks for sharing your feedback. Nick
For the complaints about the lag in the BT transfer of data to the app, the same thing has happened with my husbands DS I and now the II. I believe it is a function of technology rather than any particular machine.
You had mentioned one one of your videos about 22mm heated hose for the resmed air curve 10 could you please tell me a part number and the maker of that heated hose please as my condition got worse and now my pressure setting at
23 over 18 and and i have troubles with leakages and haven't had any good rest in a long time,
BTW I watch and subscribe to your channel as you are very informative and I have learned alot thank you sir and keep up the great work!
Thanks for the feedback Doug. Glad it's working well for you. Cheers
Mine is set at 14 and you can't hear it running 6' away.
@@CPAPReviews Ah, perfect! I had to stop it around 11:18 for a work meeting. I'll have to finish it up here shortly. My bad.
Great comment mate, all the best
Let me ask a dumb question. What would a Bluetooth connection accomplish? And what do you connect it to? Your cell phone??
Thanks for the great info mate. I bet you must have laughed at her when you took it back lol
Thanks for the info Marie and that is a concern for some as it really should last on whatever settings you use. Cheers

I'm absolutely new here, but haven't I heard that using the SoClean with this 11 unit is not a good idea?
SMH!
Hey mate, what do you mean 'pressure' by doctor and DME? They must make extra $ on the sale of the 11. This industry is so corrupt. Let me know
I'm new to CPAP and the Airsense 11.
Can you adjust your timezone on the app to reflect one similar to your sleeping schedule?
Cheers
I just got my ResMed AirSense 11. Since my Airsense 10 is making noise I needed a replacement. It will be interesting to see how it performs for me.
Awesome! Make sure you come back and let us know your feedback after using it for a few weeks
Please don't toss out your 10. I had to turn mine in to get my 11. Big mistake.
Have you looked into OSCAR? It's supposed to be able to analyze the sleep data.
I just had my first therapy I really like this Machine over old S9 My lungs are not hurting in only 6 hrs I feel better I like it Im glad I got the 11
The air sense 11 is top rated.
I’m new to the game. But I’m loving my 11. But I really enjoyed your review. Thanks.
Depending on my humidity level setting the water in the tank lasts me several days.
Nice one mate! It also depends on the level of humidity in the atmospheric air. Cheers
What? You should be emptying the tank and allowing it to air dry daily
@@Rusty6507 why do people complain about the tank size if you have to empty it every day? That's one of the biggest complaints I've heard is that the tank is too small and doesn't last for days.
@@miniair exactly…clean distilled water is required…
Had an 11 for over 13 months. No complaints or problem ever. It works perfectly every time. Using auto start and always works. Sorry to hear about others having problems, but some might be operator errors.
Thanks for all you do for the community. I expect my AirSense 10 is almost due to warn me.
Always welcome legend. Cheers
Pretty happy with my 11. But this my first machine. No problem with water but I never remove lid. I was hoping for more info on Wi-Fi.
Awesome mate! I got a vid on the AirMini coming up shortly. Cheers
Does anyone have a problem with water leaking from the hose to your nose I just started having that problem
It's one of the perks of being a member. I sometimes change the status from member only to public and public to member only.
great detailed review here so glad i stumbled onto this video.
Appreciate that Nick, Cheers
I noticed you stated ( at about 08:48 in the video ) that Resmed will be releasing something like a "magic WIFI upload module using home WIFI". I have not heard anyone else speak about that. Do you have any more information?
Hey mate, the magic uploader is my device that works with SleepHQ.com - Here's the vid - th-cam.com/video/XrjIlDhUfgI/w-d-xo.html
