    Hi - thanks for all the questions! To answer about the battery, I shipped them in advance via a Local Bike Shop. These guys were certified to send the batteries using UPS. They need to be certified dangerous goods shippers (you cant do it yourself, believe me, I tried!). The next step is Battery Rental Services in locations like Finale. As soon as I have more info on battery rentals I will share!

    Sorry but a little deceptive on the video title? Flying with an e-bike (without a battery) is the same as flying with any other bike... if you have a fancy case and willing to pay for the extra luggage. There were no details about powering up you bike at your destination other than about a 4 second mention of shipping your battery ahead of time?! Could you elaborate on that process?

    If one of the eMTB company produce breakable battery into 160wh, we would be able to carry them on the plane since the limit is 160wh on majority of airlines. There is actually no limit how many 160wh you can carry as long it fits on your carry on luggage.

    Which is your favorite bike between the pivot shuttle LT, Crestline and Voime. How would you compare the downhill and climbing performance of the Crestline versus The shuttle. The Crestline has a much longer Chain stay and I’m really wondering what effect that has. I have the RH4 Crestline but I’m thinking I want to try something full 29 with a shorter Chain stay but I’m not in favor of the EP8 and the Pivot Bosch is only 148mm travel.

    A "clever detail" in the recording of cyclists climbing the mountain and you passing by them without difficulty. But I prefer to pay for a morning on the cable car and enjoy the landscape, and while you do 2 or 3 descents I do more than double. Not to mention a DH bike weighing 14 kg. it is much more agile than a 22 kg one. You also have to take into account the difficulty of the trails where the world championships are held, which are prone to big falls... I've had some that if it were a battery-powered e-bike, it would have entered Earth's orbit.

    • @Paulmac2011
      @Paulmac2011 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You still shuttle to the top with the ebike.
      The ebike just allows you to then punch back up mid way to hit other trails that you would miss coming all the way down.
      Ebikes are plenty agile compared to a dh bike and you get more riding on an ebb not less??
