No disrepect but I am not into Funko pops but I like how ethusiatic you get about them. However, I like comic book finds that you come upon. I like the show and be safe out there.
I prefer the comics myself, I enjoy them a ton. If my comic videos were as popular as the Funko Pop ones I would do them more often.
COMIC BOOK HAUL! COMIC BOOK HAUL!! COMIC BOOK HAUL!!! Oh boy! These are my favorites! (as if you couldn't tell with all the caps) . So much good stuff too! All those vintage rare Katy Keen comics! I don't want to collect the whole series as it is too expensive and not realistic for my budget, but I would like to get the KATY KEENE PINUP PARADE. You really got amazing deals on those at less than $10 each! They rarely show up under $20 even for the most beat-up copies, VG are usually at least $40 or more, and they easily go up to $80-100 and much more for nicer grades (when you can find them). And let me say that any fan of both Bob Oskner and Nick Cardy is tops in my book! Thank you fo sharing this huge haul!
Comic hauls are my favorite too. I had so much fun with this one, did not feel like work. Yeah those Pinup Parades for the price I got was a steal, I see them selling for $20-$40 all the time. Bob Oskner and Nick Cardy are some of my favorite artist from that era so they will shop up a ton more in future videos haha
Pop Fun To Play I really enjoy your videos. I started reading Disney and then Marvel comics in ‘77. I would like to buy mostly Bronze Age comics in any condition, as long as they are mostly readable. I don’t sell my comics and don’t care about their value. I just love the stories and art. I would buy the comics no one wants in their collection just to read. Is there such a market? With the Katy Keene fascination, this guy didn't grow up on Yancy Street! Maybe "Fancy Street". But maybe I'm just jealous.
I think, in this 1 video you have opened more mail packages than i have done in my entire life of 47 years!!! Really!!! Some nice stuff as well. Hope you and those you love are doing well.

I had a ton of fun with this one, comic videos are my favorite to make. I did take 3 long days to make this one but I enjoyed it.
The golden age Archie square bounds are awesome because of the massive quantity page count.

i have already watched this video once awhile back. Currently watching it again... and i gotta say... even though i have been a comic book collector for many years (mainly super hero comics), i didn't know much about Katy Keene until i started watching your videos. And the stack of Katy Keene books you got for 600$ shown in this video... absolutely blows my mind. To get a stack of all those early issues at one time.... you had to be in geek heaven. I'm glad i rewatched this vid. Learning a lot and enjoying the content very much. Keep up the good work buddy!
Yeah I still cant believe I got that lot all this time later. At the time I was not sure how bad there were, when I started digging int he top of the stack was brittle and covers detaching so I was scared a bit they where all like that but once I hit #10 and below they were all in relatively good shape. The pictures where small and blurry so it was sort of a gamble on the purchase but when I got then I realized I had found a little treasure for a fraction of the value. Scores like shows you with a little luck and a ton of searching you can find great deals on ebay occasionally.

Cool Collection! It's a JOY to find out I'm not the only who appreciates vintage HUMOR comics! My preference is anything by Carl Barks or Flintstones related! I won't spend a fortune on Charlton stuff though, since I'm familiar with their sloppy printing methods!
The Humour comics are a ton of fun to me. And they are very affordable at $1-$3 each on average. I just bought a really cool 90 or so Charlton Collection last month which hopefully I film in a new comic video sometime soon.

Definitely some fun comics. If you hunt you will eventually find something sweet in the UK. Just takes time and patience and a lot of searching.
7:00 best addition with that Silver Age Avengers. Still to this day, I have never seen those Betsy or Katey comics at shows
Oh yeah 1st vision is awesome, I am happy to finally own it. And yeah you don't really sell Patsy Walker or Katy Keene comics at shows, every time I find any most vendors want an arm and a leg for them.

When Futurama came out I was such a huge fan of it I bought all the toys. Then when the comics start coming out it was one of the onyl comics I went to pick up at the newstand every other month or when they published in the last 20 years haha. What are the Awesome Editions? I am not sure I am familiar with those.
@@popfuntoplay I started collecting the toys about 12 years ago and the comics maybe 2. I love all the crazy toys they came up with.
By "awesome" additions I mean any of the special editions like SDCC #1 variant, Delivery Boy Man, or Futurama Returns. Sorry my terminology is amateur haha
And then to me awesome would also mean the black light poster issues 50-55.

The Freak Brothers #1 looks like a 1st or 2nd print
When I looked into it further I believe the purple color of the 50 cents logo makes it a second print which is still a pretty desirable printing.

Yes that was $10 postage paid for the 4. When I mention the purchase price I always include the shipping. The auction ended at $4.99 with $5 shipping.
Thanks for the update, it looked like the postage would be more than $10.00.When I sent 2 books it cost $12.00 .Thats why I asked.
They shipped it under a lb which keeps it around the $5 range. Once you go over 1 lb the cost jumps very high.

Yes I do eventually sell off all my duplicates except for some key issues that I think have future value potential.
What is this Absorbarina you speak of?
Absorene is a putty that is used to clean paper surfaces. Its great for removing dust and dirt off of old comics and books etc. without rubbing around the dirt and scratching up the surfaces.

I have sold a ton in the past on ebay, but I find it does not work so well any more because everything is controlled by algorithms. I have been enjoying selling on Mercari, It feels like old school ebay to me. My shops in the description.

Spent $3000 on comics? BUT, didn’t you tell us in your videos you NEEDED money to pay your bills? Um ok seems logical.
The comics are probably worth more then $3000 that is full value, I am a bargain hunter so I actually paid less then half of that and when I sell the things I did not need from these hauls plus a little youtube money I expect to keep the ones for myself for free. I also bought these all months ago when I was still making income.
