    Thanks Tony for creating that video and so quickly too! That info is very useful - we've read your books and done the tests and I"m catabolic with low blood pressure and poor bile flow, But I've been working on improving my digestive system through taking HCL and beet flow and have managed to increase my blood pressure and energy levels, which I'm very happy about. After watching your video, I've decided to eat more meat and to take ascorbic acid to hopefully improve my iron absorption. Thanks very much!

    Hi T.C So it all comes down to stomach acid and bile flow, in the end.

    Great video! What is the difference between iron and ferritin when looking at blood work results? Which should we be looking at for anemia?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Doctors can look at both to gain insights. I talk more about ferritin when I talk about high iron levels in this video: th-cam.com/video/twyM3tx61LU/w-d-xo.html

    If someone is using ACV to acidify their stomach, can this be an issue long term due to the acid of the ACV passing through the esophagus?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's not the method we prefer to use, and it's not what we really talk about in our free digestion course, but here is our video on who should not use ACV: th-cam.com/video/Oi0Y9XSeSXw/w-d-xo.html

    I started taking beet flow everyday plus beetflow flush and coffee suppositories once per week, I am now having pain in my liver/gallbladder area 1-2 times per week. Is it weird that I get excited about the pain? 😅 cause I know it’s working.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว

      :) I cannot confirm or deny if that is weird. :) But this video on how gallbladder attacks come about could give you some insights but it seems like you might be having good insights: th-cam.com/video/QVeg5oLt-RI/w-d-xo.html

    • @abigaila7341
      @abigaila7341 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@KickItNaturally I just find it odd (wink wink) that I don’t have pain in that area and all of a sudden I start feeling pain once I go on the protocol. It’s clearly getting things moving. I’ve watched your video on gall bladder save and I keep going back to rewatch bc it’s true. If you start thinning sludge out and getting things moving, it may cause some discomfort at first.
