A huge reason why so many people have digestive issues is baby formula -- a product made specifically to damage our health (like so many other things). Mother's milk is extremely vital for the development of the gut microbiome, which gives a baby the microorganisms needed to break down food and extract nutrients. Depriving a baby of mother's milk can lead to a myriad of health complications down the road, both mentally and physically. This is just one crime against humanity being done to us among many. I wish you'd make a video about this -- mothers need to be informed.

It has been suggested that babies shouldn’t eat solid food until they have teeth. Which makes a lot of sense.

Babies need breast milk until they're 3 years old, at least. They can slowly start eating other things, at their own pace.

Along with breast feeding, humans used to chew food for the baby then feed it, similar to a bird.

Question: I have high fat in the stool (triglycerides, cholesterol), I also have high cholesterol as it is. My body fat is around 28-30% and I have serious issues with losing weight.
I had my gallbladder scanned and it came back great, no sludge and no stones. I suspected I had SIBO and bought the AIRE2 device. I can now consistently measure low hydrogen/methane ever since I cut out the Wheat out of the diet.
That really lives me with the following:
    1. My Liver is not making enough bile to emulsify the fats I eat. (assumption)
    2. My SIBO is not fully resolved and the bacteria diffuses the bile I do make and I still can't digest fats.
    3. My TSH was 5.5 but my "Family Doctor" told me it's still within range. (fact)
    4. My Heavy metals were slightly elevated. (fact)
Is there any other way to measure my bile production? Otherwise I am continuing taking things to keep the small bowel clear and also cleanse my liver.
My dream is to lose weight, but I can't seem to make it happen no matter what I do or what specialist I see.

We're not allowed to give advice on specific situations in video comments. But know that when someone can't lose weight, there is ALWAYS a reason and it can usually be improved. It's just a matter of learning how to look at your body chemistry to figure out the most likely cause. I talk about how to do this in my book and you can download that for free here: kickitnaturally.com/free
If you get stuck, this page lists a variety of ways to get help or find your own answers: kickitnaturally.com/get-help/

For example don't all type of fat are good.
Extra virgin olive oil, butter, meat with fat are good.
Fat have the purpose to give a sense of satiety, once you eat enough to it,and do intermittent fasting,in a low carb diet, with sufficient electrolyte, improvements should came.

@@nonsolorasatura9093 Yes, I've been on those fats for a while now (at least several years), I've been off wheat as well and generally don't really touch carbs. The ONLY THING I didn't do is the Beet Flow on a regular basis with the HCL. Given my gallbladder got a clean bill of health as far as sludge and stones not being present, as well as my fat maldigestion that was found, I am going in the direction of Beet Flow and increasing Glutathione levels.
I can fast for 2-3 days and lose 5 lbs but it isn't sustainable.

How do i reintroduce healthy carbs???
Since going on keto just over 2 months ago I developed chronic diarrhea. About 3 weeks ago I transitioned to carnivore to try an elimination, and try to heal my gut. I've made homemade saurkraut for the prebiotic, full fat, plain greek yogurt, raw milk, collogen peptides, digestive enzymes, I'm waiting for my beet flow to come in. I've heard great testimonials about high dose vitamin c... what your saying is that maybe I need to reintroduce good healthy carbs. I definitely won't ever go back to ultra processed foods and sugar. How do I safely reintroduce carbs, if that might help my issue? What are the best carbs to have? I don't know if I want to go back to eating large salads.
Thank you in advance for any advice.

Hi Tony, I love your video's and I have downloaded your book - just started reading it. I have a question for a friend - what does the internet suggest for someone with an autoimmune gastritis. Parietal cells almost gone so there is not a lot of stomach acid if any. She has started d-limonene and vitamine U and is taking some betaine. Every morning she is starting with a protein shake on an empty stomach and a few hours later skyr with some betaine. That is going well with 3 capsules without pepsine. She also eats too many sugars because she can digest them easily. In the evening potatoes with vegetables or some pasta. Not much meat at the moment. Does the Internet think it is possible to improve the autoimmune gastritis and acidify the stomach after a course of d-limonene and vitamine u with more betaine hcl? Or is there no hope to improve the digestion. I would love to hear what the internet thinks.

Hi, we're not allowed to give advice on specific situations in video comments, but I pretty much always think there is hope to improve digestion since we can basically synthesize it if we need to with supplements. I also just recorded a new video about cabbage juice today and that will be out next week and can be helpful for those dealing with inflammation in the digestive tract.
