TL;DW - If you are going to spend money in a gacha game, please do so responsibly. Some packs may seem like a "good deal" relative to others, but that is intentional by design. If you are itching to buy a pack then, in my opinion, the +15 Speed/Hit equipment pack is the "best value" for your money.
I think the monthly packs are a fair value. Although I think they should add 2x speed background battling to the $10 pack, and increase the daily stamina to 200. That synergizes well with the $5 pack and makes it a good deal for someone who has a busy life and would like to just knock out dailies real quick before bed or whatever.
Also, all these packs are good for somebody who can afford them. And I'll remind you that those people buying these packs is the reason this game is still available for us to enjoy.
Smilegate should make it possible to buy packs for people in your guild or friend list. Some people have money to burn, why not give them the tools to do it?
@@benjamindover4337 Even for those who can afford it, I wouldn't say every pack is worth buying. Some of them are terrible value, honestly.
This video was meant for low spenders or people who are budgeting their online spending habits. This is the first time SmileGate has released something like this, so I'm just offering my guidance and opinion.
@@benjamindover4337 Gifting packs sounds nice, but it could open up the door to scams. If someone really wanted to they could gift a Google Play, App Store, or Amazon gift card to their peer.
For those wondering the Speed Hit Pack will give you a 273 speed Nahkwhol, they will greatly enhance the stats of many openers it's crazy. It's pricey but man it can improve your account
@@Fenrir767 It has enormous value compared to just purchasing energy. I know I would never get those pieces with $30 worth of Leifs.

I bought all the gear packs..I think they were pretty decent..I'm not a whaler so I don't buy very often..so I didn't mind wasting 200 dollars today 😅😅 by the way..smilegate can probably retire after today...these special packs were probably the best I ever seen..let's put it thus way..definitely better than the huche scam 😂😂😅😅

These packs are definitely a better deal than buying Leifs/Skystones to refresh and farm with, that's for sure.

The first 3 packs from FCeci are really worth it, damn.
I would say the Welcome Summon Pack is the best out of the bunch. $5 for a 5* hero and 5* artifact is nice, for sure! A much better value than a cup of coffee at Starbucks, that's for sure. LOL

1. Bottle of ascension to make your character 6 star
2. Star potion to max awaken one character
3. 30 Epic Penguins to max level a character
4. 1m gold to cover costs of ascending and leveling+ leftover Bonus
5. 1 5 star character
6. 1 5 star Artifact
7. 10 4-5 star characters
8. 10 4-5 star artifacts
9. A free covenant ten Pull for a few days.

All that for around what, 20$? SUPER worth. This is the only time it's worth spending money in this game. I've been playing since 2019 xD Only now do I feel like I'm actually getting my money's worth

My highest speed piece is 17 speed 😂 I bought all the $5 packs but they ain’t getting me anywhere else. Awesome videos helping others!

Been playing for over 4 years now. The 17 speed and 15 speed set bundles are now my fastest sets. I don't know how you guys are getting faster speed sets from crafting. It's guaranteed 2 speed increase or just ignores speed entirely. Every. Fucking. Time.
as someone who has a stupid amount of money and have spent 4-5 years playing this game, I think i am going to buy the speed + hit sets. Those literally have better speed ring and necklace than all my speed gear (my luck sucks for speed gear). Only my helmet and chestplates reach 20 speed, so being able to gear 1 additional unit with really solid gear seems worth it for me. I also want to support the game, so yeah.

Does that chest that says if you buy one pack in the new moon Luna bundles give you the new moon Luna character ?
If you're referring to the bonus rewards at the bottom of the shop, no. There is no way to obtain ML Luna except by summoning her right now. What you're seeing is the stickers that can be used for your profile banner.
As a newer player who has been playing for just over 6 months and has made some dumb purchases in the game I think you have done a great job on this video. I wanted to comment on the video in such a way to help newer players with the game and those that do have the flexibility to spend money on the game if they so choose. What I regularly purchase are the two monthly packs, burning passion packs and I do love the monthly daily summon packs however I feel like my account has reached a point where those are losing value as I am starting to have all 3 Star and 4 star units. Currently this game is my hobby as I have stopped three of my previous hobbies due to time and space constraints, Hearthstone, Star Wars the Old Republic and buying boardgames on kickstarter (I still do but very rarely mainly expansion for what I have)
Now moving on, I like to play my games at a high level and I want to play Epic Seven and really enjoy the game and want to play it at a high level which means building an account which without some very good RNG can be very hard. In terms of packs that I bought which I budgeted for as I figured there would be good value.
New Moon Mystic Pack1 (I want more leifs to farm and build my account and I need lots of ML5s)
New Moon Mystic Pack 2 X1 (I wanted more mystics and the daily summons it also got me an extra 200 mystics on the bottom track)
Were the packs worth it in terms of value. I am not sure it will depend on the daily summons It helped me rebuild my mystics as I don't have the ML 5 roster like older players. I am not satisfied with my purchase and am not dissatisfied. I don't have any intention of buying any other of these packs.
New Moon Premium Summon Pack
Welcome Growth Pack (Still very useful for me to build some ML 3 Star and niche units)
Welcome Summon Pack (Very good as I am missing plenty of units and artifacts still)
Extreme Summon Pack (Mistake I miss read what was included in the pack the value is fair compared to the Daily summon packs available once a month but I regret buying it)
Skill Enhancement Pack ( I am starved for Molas and have units like Immortal Wukong not built because of how little I have it's an okay value for someone who wants to expand their roster for RTA and is better value then the regular packs not a must buy but it let me get two units off the bench)
Speed Hit Pack (The value is insane it's so much better than many of the pieces I have it lets me make Nahkwhol and ML Poli so much better totally a whale purchase but the value is insane!)
I hope my perspective was helpful for newer players and those that can spend responsibly. I was able to spend this much because I planned for it I spend a lot of time on the game and could afford it. I agree with you on all of the other packs they are looking to get you to spend on things that will speed up account progression but don't seem to have the value of the cheaper packs.

The one thing I want to stress, and you've done it perfectly, is budgeting your money! As long as people are intentional with their saving and spending, it's okay to indulge every once in a while. It's a hobby, after all, like you mentioned. Cheers!
The only pack I have an issue with is the speed hit set. 17 speed pieces is actually really good, and allows you basically instantly gear a unit for up to challenger in RTA.
Yes - it’s clearly not broken in the top 1,000 players, where people have 20+ speed on their openers. But for guild war, this is objectively the most pay to win aspect they have added since original oblulu banner/event. I don’t care about summons/mystic medals, etc. bc in theory anyone can hit 1 taps on whatever the op character is. It’s not an EOS flag as far as I’m concerned, I’m just worried that this could be a trend for upcoming ml5s. If the next ml5 comes with a mechanic that breaks the entire game, p2w gear in the shop, it’ll be a bit of a different story. Hoping for a good balance patch tomorrow. There’s quite a few characters who need love.
Also, for less than 100$ you can buy Elden ring, 9 sols, terraria, portal 2, and west of loathing. That’s 5 FULL games or you can get some in game stuff for a mobile game. Just choose wisely!

And yes, it's really funny how when you stop comparing the value of the packs to each other and start comparing them to other purchases out there they look away less appealing.

Im new to the game and I bought the 17speed pack and destrqcktion set pack as I don’t have any good set of those.
One good thing people always should keep in mind. If you see yourself (whoever you are reading this comment) stuck in an addiction cycle, there is nothing wrong with seeking help, in fact you should seek it, it's an extremely unhealthy cycle that only gets worse. So if you do see yourself in that situation and want to break free, seek a professional that will help you in the best way possible.

@@GoodGuyPyro You're not tripping! It's a great set for many, many units. It can be broken up to fill in gaps in your gear too.

I usually spend 100-200 dollars a year. And i only spent 100 dollars when a major event comes up.

SO what I am hearing for the New moon mystic special pack 6 is that mystic pack 4 has better value for the same price point? New Moon Mystic with 1700 mystic medals, 10 greater mod gems, 45 leif , 1 reminder mana stone, and 1 lv 88 piece of gear with 1 new moon special selection chest. Is not worth. Compared Mystic pack 4 w/ 1400 mystic medals and 1200 skystone? I am now confused.
Tbh these are very strong filler gear for units that you are missing pieces , and the mystics are good value but pick one path not both you get extra rewards for buying things from this event but either get the mystics stuff or the rgb hero stuff because you can at least get the rewards for one path
I know I'm late to this video but for me those $100 dollar packs were worth it. Everything i bought helped me immensely, the Mystics help me get ML Luna ❤ the leifs helped me start my rift team runs (went from lvl 1 to lvl 10 in two days) i got a 20 speed'r on one of those Immunity sets (ring i think?) and with the cherry on top with those Light and Dark elemental pulls i managed to get me ML Celine too i always wanted her ❤😊 Best packs i ever bought Thank you SG! 💪
Ohh and the ML Luna and Yufine stickers that comes with buying the packs they are so friggin adorable ❤❤

Hi, I like your content and I also create content about Epic Seven in Portuguese. Unfortunately, here in Brazil, only packages with special ML Luna items cost more than the minimum wage... It is impossible for the majority of the population here to buy them. Only rich people or people who don't have a lot of expenses can buy something so expensive. In other words, it would be around 15% of the minimum wage, right? Here it is already around 120% of the minimum wage... very sad!!

It is, if you buy 6 of the packs. 2800 mystics is only 56 pulls though. The price for packs leading up to that is still quite steep.

As I was looking through the packs I was thinking it wasn’t so bad until I saw the speed/hit pack. Five 17 speed pieces is insane. It’s only $30 but I’m F2P and more importantly I don’t wanna support this type of P2W offer.

cool, but you're a bit of a negative nancy and also, you should do a mathematical analysis when valuing packs. Break down each component into singular values, then add them to get the real value. The objective is to determine the most cost efficient ratio to achieving optimal bang for buck.
