Short ribs are the best ! I tried them when I made a beef stew in my slow cooker and let me tell you , that they were so flavorful and tender that now they are the only cut of beef that I use for beef stew. I serve it with mashed potatoes, yeast rolls and cream style corn. 😋 Yummy

Delicious. I did almost this exact recipe and added turnips and turnip greens about an hour before it was done. The bitter vegetables tasted great cooked along with that rich savory sauce. Thank you for the video
