When I was a soldier, on tour in the middle east, we interviewed enemy combatants. We were shocked to hear that the Madras in the area taught that war with the US began in the late 18th century and the barbary slave trade. They also talked of the day when 1000 John Malvos would be in every city in America. WE in America are too complacent and too naive. How to do it is the question. I watched a movie from 2015 the other day about a group of terrorists that our spooks detected planning to enter the country. The premise was that if they got across the border mayhem would ensue.
