He is correct in some cases. Some of the islands in the Pacific we are bound to fund by treaty. Some of those treaties go back to the end of WWII and the nuclear testing era. The United States signed treaties with some of those nation islands to allow us to use those islands for military operations in return for us funding them. Those treaties are still in effect.

You can. I believe this is the only way forward in all western developed countries. If enough people do it, I mean a lot of people, in the millions, the federal government wouldn't have the money to convict the non-payers. A tax system to fund public services is a good idea but for years, it's been mismanaged.

I live in Orange County, CA and I can tell you that there is a HUGE influx of Chinese buying property in Irvine (Americas safest city) and Lake Forest. I'm talking entire new communities being bought buy Chinese business and being sold to Chinese immigrants. I noticed a huge change about 5 years ago and now it is very obvious to everyone. Most new small business are Chinese and the real estate fliers in the neighborhoods come in English and Chinese. America has always been a melting pot, but this is different.

If the assumption is that there are 30,000 Chinese fighting age men in the US. If they were to be trained in different places and come together. This force of 30,000 could potentially attack 30 US cities with 1,000 soldiers each. Law Enforcement would be completely overwhelmed. Border security is needed now and Sheriffs need to start assessing their jurisdictions for training areas.
