Automatons can fookin shoot through terrain. I was hiding behind big rock and shitbot with machinegun shot me like there is no cover. Every "bullet" ignores big rock
My defense mission got ended because a tank on the mountain destroyed the last generator 🙃 I was fighting tooth and nail with my fellow helldiver only for the last gen to be destroyed before the final rocket could take off
Because you dont exactly need it unless your team has so many problems dealing with hulks, tanks and gunships, considering you dont have alot of ammo to play with and reloading is tough with any of these, so most prefer Autocannon or Anti-Material Rifle since these can take out those too, just more effort and skill in these weapons (Headshots with hulks, Be able to shoot the back of the tank, and be able to shoot the engine of the Gunships 4 times with AT and auto dont know how many).

I wonder why there isn’t at least one spear user on every high level bot mission, even as bugged as it is
