Which tool's used to show the task one by one and record video of the test from the clip? Any good recommendations of tools as per moderated and unmoderated test to automate the process and generate consolidated reports?
I'd recommend you to use Maze or Useberry. Both are free with limitations. Maze with only 10 cards for free users (cards are used to make scenarios, open/scale questions, etc). While useberry doesn't have cards/scenario limitations, they only let free users to collect reports from 10 participants (no matter how many participants you have, you'll only get the reports from 10-first participants)
The personsa solo tests samples were kinda funny and was as if the writers and UX team were the personas. Next time google, aka the rich one, should get Hollywood acting coaches or coaches from accused schools or studios to coming in and give support. Employees of google deserve this kind of support and respect. The people have made google not the owners or founders any more.
seriously.... my first impression for gmail label was also "they should've called it folder instead... why call it label and sub-label? trying to be original for no reason...." if this is google level UX... then... i find Google UX certificate dubious...
Thanks - will you be making a course on Software Quality and its processes? @Google. I believe that is very important as well. Both manual and automated, if yes then i would definitely enroll into that program too. Thanks for this initiative though.
I have a doubt in how to create prompt with lo-fi usability study to send to participants. My lo-fi is done and I need to share it to participants with prompt. Pls help
I dont understand this interviewee lol, first she says 'i dont understand the value of labels' to then say 'labels should be front and center'.....Did Google just try and advertise labels by asking the Interviewee to say that? Doesnot at all feel like a genuine iterview at all.....
