Android 14, Google has enforced stroage restriction a lot due to privacy, means apps will no longer have access to each other, etc. even file manager apps can't access to /Android/data and /Android/obb directory. Here is the fix to Access /Android/OBB & DATA Folder on Android 14 or to fix this problem "the contents of this folder can't be displayed here due to android 14 restrictions" (android 14 obb problem)

no, turn off the usb debugging whenever you're done doing that, because it has data risk(not a risk that happen everytime but if you're aware you must turn off the debugging)
