I know I'm late, but just for future people: The Fiero Store sells a new one, but I personally would recommend to get one from Rodney Dickman. What Rodney sells has got a much better reputation than anything that I've seen from The Fiero Store.
Thanks for the reply... also would it be best to loosen/disconnect all the fuel lines before lowering the tank? It seems as though lowering the tank with them connected could bend the lines.
@@javaman11-40 I disconnected the lines first. A little bending won't hurt it. If you are unlucky like me then your sending unit will need replaced anyways
Cool video. I wish I was able to do these things but I would probably just mess something up!.I have an 86 GT.
They are easier to work on than they appear.
@@PhillipsVision You're probably right. You make it look so easy!
New one at fiero store
Where did you get the replacement? Do you have a part#

Do you recommend raising the front end, back end or both?
You’ll need to raise both so you can access the fuel tank straps

@@javaman11-40 if you can reach them. It may be necessary to lower it in order to access them
@@PhillipsVision I see what you mean.. thanks again.
