    Dough Ingredients
    250g unsalted butter
    370g All purpose flour
    50g icing sugar
    20g corn flour
    2 egg yolks
    Filling
    Pineapple jam
    Egg Wash
    1 whole egg
    1 yolk
    a few drops of cooking oil
