10:25 Thank you both for sharing so much and being so open. I’m relatively new to van life (2018) and still learning. Your episodes really help a lot. You convinced me that I should buy an air fryer for the van for example. I also travel with a little Scottish Terrier, who enjoys watching your doggies. Especially Wilf. I’m alone now since the wife passed away and it does cross my mind re. being alone somewhere with a health issue. Thanks for sharing. In Ireland we say “if you are in a hole, stop digging”. Well done on making the decision to stop and come home. There will be plenty of other trips !!!
Thankyou so much for your lovely words, so kind… it’s lovely that you travel with your dog, and hope you continue to enjoy your adventures, I’m sure it must be tough at times 💖 an air fryer is a great addition , and really pleased to hear our vlogs have been of use 🙂🐾🐾🐾❤️ safe travels ahead , we have a few small uk trips planned before Xmas 🙂
So sorry to hear of your trials and tribulations with your medical issues (no fun getting old!) and especially poor Pippa and Maggie 😢. Anything to do with animals breaks my heart. Sending lots of love and best wishes for speedy recoveries all round x
Thankyou so much ❤️❤️🙂🐾🐾🐾🐾 really appreciated, the joys of getting old ! It all just came at once and so glad that we are back to normal ☺️ Pippa and Maggie are doing amazingly well, and we are planning a few short trips before Xmas in the uk 🙂 🎄x
I'm asthmatic too and have been for 41 years I'm 66 now, I got it when my gran passed away. It was my first family death. I had covid twice even though I had 2 of the vaccines, I couldn't have any more as the 2nd one changed me and has been so bad I couldnt work so I refused anymore. Xxx Really hope I think you said Maggie (who had the leg amputated) hope things go well and improve. And hope Pippa carries on doing very well xx
It was late onset asthma we were diagnosed with, and along with Covid it took so long to feel right 😢 hope you are all better now 🙂 Maggie is doing amazing, really happy with her, Pippa had stitches out today and is more perky too 💖🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
So pleased Pippa is doing well, I'm sure as you're gathering dogs are remarkable at just getting on with thing's and cope remarkably well, same as for Maggie, they put a lot of humans to shame. One of our previous dogs had a rear leg amputated due to bone Cancer, she did fantastic and obviously less pain without it. Its been a rough few months for you all, let's hope thing will change for the better from now on x
Good Morning ! 🙂🐾🐾🐾 the dogs are amazing and so resilient , Maggie is back up to speed and Pippa is more herself 💖 Wilf is keeping them on their toes and winding Dolly up too 😂 a few small trips planned in the uk before Xmas 🙂❤️
Sorry to see you had to quit your trip, we're going via Santander ferry on 5th December stopping off at Burgos for the Christmas market, then on to BARC animal rescue centre again to volunteer over Christmas New year to give them a break. Planning on touring for the rest of 90 days. We're a bit worried leaving the house for so long and had been looking for someone to rent but I guess the 3 months wouldn't be long enough for them. Getting excited to go back now, can't wait. Hope you get your mojo back soon and consider the north east coast. Pippa looks well after her eye operation thankfully Take care, Diane & Bob
Hi guys ! What an amazing adventure you have ahead, and what a lovely thing to do 👌🙂👌the Christmas market sounds wonderful as do the travels ! Best of luck and safe travels 💖❤️🙂🐾🐾🐾🐾
Thank you for updating, hoping you are both starting the road of recovery, missing you already been following your journey I have stopped for the last two weeks due to the storms and uncertainties with the weather, will decide what to do this week big hugs to all the little paws x
Thanks so much 😊 really appreciated ♥️ all feeling a lot better and the dogs are doing amazing 🐾🐾🐾🐾♥️ glad to hear you are staying safe, hope the weather holds off and you are able to move forward 🙂💖
Edinburgh has a great Xmas market, possibly staying at Mortonhall campsite or Slarebarns CL in the Village of Roslin “Davinci Code Fame” both have great bus service into the city and local pubs and cafes 5 mins walk away.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts about your future direction. Found it interesting. I always feel frustrated that we don’t spend longer periods away. The longest we have done is 6 weeks but regularly do 4 weeks at a time. We still have one son at home, although he does cut the grass 😃 and a little grandchild living locally so we feel torn with family commitments, which we love, but a desire to travel. Added to this our older dog is now 14 and not up to travelling anymore. Life choices, but feel very lucky to have a van and the opportunities. We find you can have lovely times close to home. Don’t have to go far. Look forward to see where you go next. Take care and love to the doggies xx
Good morning ! Sounds very similar to us 🙂 ( apart from the grass 😂 ) we have a few local trips planned before Xmas now we’ve sorted Pippa and all feel so much better , it’s a life balance , we found having a dog buggy has made a great difference when we go out in the van, as Pippa climbs in happily when she’s had enough walking 🐾🐾🐾❤️ safe travels ahead and thanks for watching and commenting, much appreciated x
Our max time away is 3 mths at a time- it’s enough for us. We enjoy hobbies friends and community at home in Brighton plus travel away over the winter months.
Good morning ! ❤️🙂 thanks for stopping by and commenting, winter sun and warmth is certainly the best isn’t it ! We will probably do shorter trips , but more often, we’ve got a few Xmas markets planned 🎄🙂 safe travels ahead ! X
Love seeing what you are all too. Sorry to hear about your & the dogs health ☹️ You will all soon bounce back & be ready for your next adventure. Take care 👍
It took me over 3 months to feel right again after Covid. Take care of yourselves and each other. All will be well but you really have to take it easy.
My husband and I know exactly what you mean. We've noticed this last couple of years, all our trips have had to be cut short due to health issues. We just want to be home when feeling rough.
Hi young Redders's , hope you are both well and everything is now on the up . I feel like I've abandoned you for the last few weeks but unfortunately we too have had our own dilemma to deal with and had to shoot off to Nottingham . However a different story . Yes , we think you're doing exactly the right thing although we do use all our schengen but we're at a different stage of our lives . We go to get out of the cold weather then split the other 90 days between June and late August . It works well for us and I'm sure will work well for you . Glad to see Pippa is on the mend and we'll certainly look forward to seeing your Scotland trip whilst we're suffering in the spanish winter sunshine . Hope everything goes well for you all , take care and love from the old Redders's xxx.
Good evening ole Redders ! Hope everything is all sorted and back on an even keel with you ❤️🙂 we’ve taken time out, sorted lots of things, and Pippa had stitches out today and is doing amazing 🙂❤️ 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐩 great way to spend the uk cold months in Spain 👌🙂 ❤️🎄 take it easy out there , catch you soon, younger Redders 🐾🐾🐾❤️❤️🙂
I’m glad you’re both on the mend. I’m 2 weeks into Covid atm and I’ve forgotten what it feels like to be well 🙄 Very much looking forward to more variety on your future travels. Take care all and hugs to Pippa; and Maggie 😘 x
Aww bless you both. Not great being poorly on the road. Aww poor Maggie 😢 And Poor Pippa it's always such a worry when your fur babies are poorly 😢. Glad things are looking better. Take care both of you xx
Hi both 🤗 ah what a lovely update 🥰 we totally understand how you felt when you said you need a reset, being ill and living in a van is not fun, we felt the jaded after the States when we got to UK and had COVID, I just couldn't get well for ages, so really felt for you guys, we found a break got our mojo back ❤ such a lovely, warm and honest vlog, thank you so much for sharing x we love you guys and hope to see you next year. Looking forward to the rest of the trip vlogs as well. Look after yourselves Julia and Gary ❤️❤
Hi guys ❤️🙂 Thankyou for the lovely words, really appreciated, travelling can take its toll, and added with illness it was difficult , but as you rightly say, the mojo will come back, we’ve got a few short trips planned in the uk before Xmas and then over to your neck of the woods next year 💖💖 take care and Thankyou guys, really appreciate your continued support ❤️💖💖🙂
Hi guys! 100% respect for being upfront and honest👍. We don't watch many You Tube channels, but really enjoy yours as your a down to earth couple. So sorry to hear about Maggie losing her leg, but I'm sure once she gets over the phantom limb syndrome she'll cope really well. Poor Pippa. But probably before the best to have her eye removed in case of anything sinister lurking there. Keep up the great videos, hopefully well see you at a show, or even abroad next year (we have no reason not to go since we lost our lovely greyhound 'Joy'). Hope you soon get your "mo jo" back. Take care guys. Colin & Carol. 👩🦲👩🦳🚐👍
Hi guys ! ❤️🙂🐾🐾🐾 thanks so much for the lovely message , we really appreciate it 🙂 all doing better and the dogs are so resilient in adapting 💖 we have a few trips planned before Xmas ( uk ) and into Europe around Easter 🐾🐾🐾🙂 safe travels ahead and hopefully bump into on our travels 🥰
You are doing absolutely the right thing, having a break from it all, you must be exhausted. So happy Pippa is ok and Maggie too, they do much better than us. Love to you all and your family, hope you feel better soon, bfn and see you soon XXX
Aww Thankyou ❤️🙂 all feeling so much better and the dogs are doing amazing 🙂❤️ a few short trips planned in the uk before Xmas and further afield in the new year x
Good to hear you and the dogs are getting over health issues. We’re usually unable to stay abroad for longer than about 3 to 4 weeks, but as you say the answer is to go again (although it does mean paying for crossings again). Re. Xmas markets, we’re off to Bath early Dec., staying in Bath Marina Caravan park - park and ride into Bath across the road (and pub!) or a nice walk in along the river.
Our abroad trips will be shorter but more frequent ♥️ and we also fancy Bath too ♥️🙂 we’ve done the park and ride before , it’s great 🙂🐾🐾🐾🐾 thanks for lovely comments, much appreciated 💖
Bath, stay at Riverside just on the outskirts, walk to market on the old railway line, but they have a clean air zone in operation so ne aware. Cheers Sean 👍🏻
Good to hear Pippa is better and that you´re actively looking for your mojo! Don´t know if its any good or you`re aware - but if you`re gonna be doing more trips to Europe you might want to look at P&O´s season ticket option for motorhomes. might save you a quid or two if doing three or more trips a year. We unfortunately can only manage a max of two a year so havent`t tried it out - yet. Good luck on your upcoming (Shorty) adventures
Good morning ! Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting, really appreciated ❤️ will look into the season ticket, sounds very interesting, I think it’ll be very worthwhile 🙂 all feeling better, Pippa is doing amazing 🐾🐾🐾🐾 and we have a few small trips planned in the uk before Xmas 💖🎄safe travels ahead ! 🙂❤️
Lovely to see you are getting yourselves sorted. I have a 3 legged dog she is 14 and lost her leg 6 years ago , no cancer since. I am hoping to go to Spain in early next year. Can you let me know where I can find your route from calais?
Aww thank you ! ❤️🙂 dogs are so resilient aren’t they 🙂♥️ so glad to hear your lovely experience too … our route can be found here 🙂 facebook.com/profile.php?id=100089481567928
Sorry to hear you had some issues on this trip , but the good thing about motorhoming and not pre-booking, is that you can just turn around and come home if you feel the need, with minimal fuss.
Shame for maggie but she will be ok in time, I rescued a tripod dog from Bosnia and he was brilliant they do cope amazingly well, I had to quicken my stride tho lol, all the very best for Pippa too with her eye. Wilfi is a beautiful pup, keep you both young and keeps you on your toes too 😅❤ hope you will feel a lot better soon. Pickle ball is fun to play, have a go. ❤hello to Dolly ❤
Good morning ! 🥰🐾🐾🐾 thanks so much for your kind words, it’s really appreciated, all doing remarkably well post op, and Maggie is definitely up to speed again 🙂❤️ thanks for the recommendation too, will have a look x
It was brilliant watching Your travels around Spain and Portugal, but Your health comes first, hats 🎩 off to You both for putting all these vlogs out, take care both from Bruce and Linda from Edinburgh.
It’s very hard when you’re poorly. I’m home now after my 9 month trip and was lucky to just have one case of food poisoning on the trip but even that was very difficult on my own with the crazy Springer! Both Owi and I are struggling a bit with home life (although hubby is very glad to have us back) - for me it’s getting back into a routine, which I detest and the death of our older dog has now hit little Owi :-( We think he expected to find Nye here when we got home…. He’s looking very sad and lacking confidence with other dogs so back to the training programme. A health reset is a great thing - I always do one for a few months when home and it helps with routine. I’m back to the gym, zero alcohol, very clean food, supplements and trying to get back to my running though I’m feeling like a carthorse and my asthma is complaining lots!!!!. If you can, get full bloods done as you may be low in something like iron or B12 after the illness. Asthma clinic this week has also given me some new meds which are out there so a catch up with your asthma nurse might be another idea. The mojo will come if you take some time out for some self care x
Hey Claire ! ❤️🙂 some great tips there, a reset is definitely the way forward 💖 so sad to hear Owi and you feel a little down , life can take a toll , food poisoning and health problems are certainly a kicker , hope you feel better soon and get back to doing what you love ❤️ stay safe and love to Owi 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐩💖x
I'm pleased for Pippa, amazing. Wilf and Dolly are amazing too. Hope you all recover from your setbacks. Sorry to hear about your Son's dog. ❤🙏❤️. Lovely vid guys. Take it steady.
Sorry to hear you've felt so rough recently. It's hard to enjoy an adventure when you're struggling. Poor wee Maggie and Pippa. Thank heavens for brilliant vets. Thanks for sharing N&Nx
Glad to hear you are feeling better, covid is nasty as it takes months to get over. I’ve ended up with asthma from it 😢, and I’ve never had respiratory issues in my life. As you say, getting older is hard to come to terms with at times. Look after yourselves and those wonderful pooches. 😊
Hi Both, I am so glad you are both feeling better & most importantly on the mend 💖👍 That is one thing with your son’s dog & your beautiful little Angel they both will be most definitely loved & looked after you can see that a very short travel distance away from you you could go to Margam Park for a weekend away & bath Christmas market isn’t too far either all the best take it easy & only do what is right for you both sending hugs love Lin 🙂💖👍
Hi Lin 💖🐾🐾🐾 Thankyou so much for your kind words 🙂 much appreciated x Bath is definitely on the radar , Margam is great , we also love kenfig nature reserve ❤️
Good to see you back home to do your reset for a while - Always look forward to seeing your next video - More short travels even in the UK maybe - Hope Pippa and your sons dog make a good recovery too 😀👍
Hope lovely Pippa is sorted soon, such a worry when our fur babies are poorly a A lovely market was Birmingham Frankfurt Christmas Market. We stayed at Kingsbury water park . Also not to far from home lovely Bath market
OMG guys didn't realise that you guy's got Covid + you guy's are asthmatic!!😱 + poor Maggie with her eye i did notice in one vlog but thought it was a camera issue or just the light!!😬🥺 Hope you are all back full fit all the best Dave 🤞🏻👍🏻
@@redsgotravels Bit of a journey to say the least!!😬 Anyway onwards and upwards as they say?👍🏻 My son is taking my wife to bruges this Saturday coming any tips on where to visit whilst she's there?🤔 Regards Dave...👍🏻☺️
@davelawrence594 all good now ❤️🙂 we normally park at the marina in Bruges , and it’s a lovely walk into the city from there ( 10 mins ) the Xmas markets should be in full flow, and to be fair, the whole city is just amazing ❤️💖 we loved it all 🙂
@@redsgotravels Thanks for your advice for the places to park i will tell my son to head for the Marina & just walk in from there very much appreciated Redders!!👌🏻👍🏻 And ive just looking back to try and find the vlogs on the Christmas market last year you said about in this vlog & i cant find them for love nore money!!😬🤔🤷🏼♂️😆
Glad you're both on the mend. I had covid and the winter flu virus at the same time last month. Ended up in hospital for 2 weeks. Where did you get Wilf's towel blanket? Love it!
Completely understand. You need to give yourselves a break, and time to deal with the problems life slaps you with every so often! . Looking forwwrd to seeing more travels home or away. Take care, both. Jxx
Hi both, you definitely made the right decision to head home,in our opinion. Also Pippa comes first, again would be our first priority. Also what makes sense is to make more trips but shorter.years ago when we fulltimed we would spend 6/7 months abroad pre brexit days I might add.Now we live full time in spain we prefer shorter trips,3/4 weeks head home for a while then head off again.Anyway all the very best to you five, hugs to pippa and hopefully not be too long before your next adventure.
Thankyou ! Yes it’s been a bit of a journey , all good and Pippa healing very well 🙂❤️ ( stitches out today ) we do plan a few shorter uk trips and a bigger one into Europe next year , full time in Spain is spot on 🙂❤️ 🐾🐾🐾
That’s weird, we were in Spain in Sept/ Oct.. We are I think a little older than you, and I ( Colleen ) suffered with the heat. I also suffer with Fibromyalgia and arthritis. It got more and more of an effort to go out anywhere in the heat. Malc had flu as did quite a lot of other people. We got attacked by mosquitoes big time which didn’t help. Then our awning collapsed in a flash rainfall. So didn’t have any cover from the sun. So we are like you no Mojo…😊 So we ended up coming home. We spent a few days in Belgium which was nice and cool..In the end though I suppose it was good we came home early, with all the devastating floods those poor people had 😢 Anyway good luck with the future….xxx
Aww hope you are both feeling better, sounds like we had a similar experience with illness, heat and bad luck 😢 it’s nice to be back home, with a few short uk trips planned before Xmas 🙂♥️ xx
Hi guys love your videos and the way you love your dogs 🐕. I felt ill and very lethargic after catching covid but found out it was the statins that the doctor put me on, just a thought, keep safe xx
Aww thank you ♥️🙂 🐾🐾🐾🐩💖 really appreciated x 💖 we are feeling better and planning a few smaller trips before Xmas 🎄 and will definitely be avoiding and jabs ! 🙂
I can relate to so much of what you've said here. I'm actually down with the bloomin c-vid at the moment. Typing from the sofa! This is only the second time I've had it. I'm so tired! But like you, it has made me think about doing a wider reset on my health. I have successfully reversed 2 autoimmune diseases using diet and lifestyle changes but I took my foot off the gas with it wasnt really looking after myself properly so I'm sure that made me vulnerable to covid too. Like you, I just find it so hard to connect with the joy in *anything* if I dont feel well so I'm really focusing on low inflammatory eating...which is easier the last week given I cannot smell or taste anything and I have no apetite!! 😂 You guys have really had some challenges havent you? You were putting a very brave face on it all but I could sort of sense things were a bit harder on this trip after you had covid and there were a lot of worries and unforseen circumstances to contend with. Travel can be wonderful but its also a form of stress on the body and mind, the constant moving, the new new, tuning in to foreign languages, adapting to temperature fluctuations, searching for sites etc. Sometimes we just need home. Still and quiet. Rest and reset. The dogs have clearly had the best of care having their health things attended to (big loves to Maggie and Dolly, what a pair of troopers) and it sounds like you've listened to that wise inner part of you asking for some down time too. Thanks for sharing, I really connected with it.
Awwwh, Thankyou ♥️💖 hope you are feeling better soon, it really is a kicker of a virus and puts life in perspective, and a reset is just what we needed 💖 we have planned a few local trips, and into Europe around Easter 💖🙂 the dogs are doing amazing, such resilient little individuals, who have adapted amazingly xx 💖
Glad you are feeling better after covid, we had it last Christmas, lasted at least a month, but all okay and have had no more flu or covid, since last Christmas and I have not had any vaccines since 2002, was so ill after my last vaccine in 2002, I vowed I would not have anymore, but its up to the individual. Glad Pippa is doing okay after her eye operation and sorry to hear about your sons dog. Take care all of you, see you in the next one. ❤❤❤ xx
I'm trying to understand your comments. You say you had Covid but you also said you wouldn't have another jab? So do you maybe suspect it was a side effect from the "safe & effective" treatment?
You definitely made the right decision - you can't take any chances with your health or the puppies...... Just wondering how the MH was in the snow, I'm thinking of getting one but am now thinking of one with 4x4 capabilities, do you think it's necessary or would anything with AT/winter tyres be ok. Thanks and love the vlogs - so interesting the places you go, the food you have and the information you tell us about the areas. 👍🏼👍🏼😁😁😁
Aww Thankyou ! Much appreciated, snow wise, if you have a little look through our previous vlogs, you’ll see we have done the Pyrenees mountains and surrounding areas, and our all season tyres did us proud, really good performance , smooth ride …. But ! We’ve also got stuck on wet/mud grass , the tyres are good, but with the grooves filling up, the front wheel drive was not good at all, rear wheel drive may be a bit better, but if I had a choice and the van layout suited, I’d go for 4 wheel drive every time 👌🙂
Omgosh! No clue you had Covid. I knew you were unwell but you still soldiered on and produced your lovely videos! I’m so hooked on your channel and look forward to your updates. ❤ Also wanted to ask about Wilf: where and when did you get him!? Love the bouncy boy! And the girls are gorgeous! Brave girl with her surgery ❤ And finally wanted to ask about your lovely van. Do you have a van tour video?! Wishing you all the very best for future travels and best wishes for the furry gang including Maggie xxx Love Louise (Poole, Dorset) xx
Hi Louise ! 💖 Thankyou for your lovely comments, really appreciated 🙂 We picked up Wilf when he was ten months old, he was a rescue from a breeder who no longer wanted him 😢 he sure keeps the girls lively 😂❤️🐾🐾🐾 we did do a tour on our van quite a while ago, just have a quick scroll through our vlogs 🙂❤️ xx
@redsgotravels x-mas time is nice 😍 Im Swedish and went to a lot of markets before x-mas. Miss that here in Spain ! The only time I miss snow is around christmas..☺️. Take care of You and the dogs
Hi Guys, i know your going to Scotland and i loved your last trip up here, however have you ever thought of pushing the boat out and go on tour to thr Shetlands, i think that would be amazing 😁
York is always good at Xmas and there’s a campsite pretty close by. Totally appreciate where you’re coming from when you talk about feeling a bit jaded. We also had Covid while away, it’s awful! Best wishes, stay lucky 👍
Take a break you need it after covid etc it hard to keep cheerful this time of year but you are doing great . You both sound better since you came home
We're glad you have both recovered from the dreaded covid. We had it ourselves not too long ago. We hope Pippa makes a full recovery and maggie too. Sending love to Dolly and little wilf. Can we ask how you secure your dogs on the bench seats when travelling please ask we are about to purchase our first motorhome with bench seats. Thanks Corrin and Paul.❤
Thankyou Paul 🙂❤️🐩 hope you are fully recovered from the Covid 🙂👌 both Maggie and Pippa are doing really well considering the situation, really pleased with them 🐾🐾🐾🐾❤️ Little Wilf is teasing Dolly and keeping the other 2 busy 🤣🙂 our motorhome has 4 belted seats , so the 2 belted seats in the rear have a seatbelt attachment which we connect to a harness each, with a splitter on one side for 2 dogs and Wilfs basket 🙂 I’m sure a sturdy anchor point can be located in yours to do the job 🙂🐩🐩🐾🐾🐾🐾
Yes, thank you. We are glad Pippa and Maggie are doing well that's fab news. Thank you so much for your help regarding securing our dogs in the motorhome. ❤️
Aww Thankyou , it kicked us for about a month , aches, pains and lethargy, lack of appetite, and overall about 6 weeks to feel normal again , not out of breath when walking and tiredness ♥️💖 we wish you a speedy recovery xx
Redders, is there such a thing as a Schengen calculator app? Ps, your dog is still stuck in turbo mode. Get the factory default settings restored! Pps, look forward to seeing you in a brighter, drier future.
Hey Howard 🙂❤️👌 yes , there is an app, also online calculators, we’ve used this one, although plenty out there 🙂 Wilf is certainly in turbo nutter mode and grows in character every day ! He’s keeping the girls lively too 🐾🐾🐾😂 catch you soon 🙂🐾🐾🐾🐾
We have a motor home but my hubbie finds it very tireing driving I don’t drive. Also our toy poodle and our previous dogs affected his asthma. Even when our daughter and grandson visit us they’re on inhalers and antihistamines even though poodles are supposed to be non allergenic But like you two we wouldn’t be without our poodle 😊. Great dog
Hopefully you will all feel better soon.Sorry zbout Maggie I am sure with your care she will soon recover. So happy to see Pippa is on the mend 🐕 🐾 🐾 🐾 ❤
Ok so I am all the more convinced that Wilf is the fastest dog in the world. I thought that was our dogs snoring but realised it was Wilf on your video 😂 sorry to hear about Maggie’s leg 😔 and obviously Pippa’s eye too 😔 hugs to you all ❤️❤️❤️ ps we want to do a pubstop with you 😊 Clare said it has to be somewhere that does a nice breakfast 😂
Hi Guys ! It’s been a bit of a journey 💖 all settled now tho ❤️🐾🐾🐾🐾 the dogs are so resilient and doing really well, Wilf doing his best winding up too 😂 pub stop sounds fab 👌 as do 2 breakfasts 👌😂
Sounds like you both should not start reading any short stories!, l have farms in Spain and Portugal you could stay wherever you wish, its all country but in reach of a village with all services, dogs not a problem, stay as long as you wish and leave it as you found it.
Good morning Carlos ! What a very kind person you are, I hope you stayed safe throughout the last few months, it’s been a bit of a rough time for sure ❤️ you never know, one day we may send you a message when passing 🙂
10:25 Thank you both for sharing so much and being so open. I’m relatively new to van life (2018) and still learning. Your episodes really help a lot.
It’s definitely no fun getting old, I’m glad Pippa is doing alright, your dogs are your babies and very well looked after as they should be xx
Thankyou very much for your lovely comments 🙂❤️ much appreciated 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐩
Sorry you’ve had such a tough time but lovely seeing you back in Wales. Time to rest, recuperate and reset. Take care
Aww thank you so much 🏴🙂💖 really appreciate it x

Pippa looks well after her eye operation thankfully
Take care, Diane & Bob
Hi guys ! What an amazing adventure you have ahead, and what a lovely thing to do 👌🙂👌the Christmas market sounds wonderful as do the travels ! Best of luck and safe travels 💖❤️🙂🐾🐾🐾🐾
Best wishes for Pippa and all of you. When you're not well it does make things more difficult but there's always the next trip.
Aww Thankyou, Pippa had her stitches out yesterday and it’s really looking good 🙂🐾🐾🐾🐩 we are planning a few short trips before Xmas in the uk 💖
Take good care guys. Get everyone totally well and recharge the batteries for next year!
💖👌 Thankyou 😊 we have a few small local trips planned before Xmas 🙂
Edinburgh has a great Xmas market, possibly staying at Mortonhall campsite or Slarebarns CL in the Village of Roslin “Davinci Code Fame” both have great bus service into the city and local pubs and cafes 5 mins walk away.
We do love Scotland 🏴, we will be there in the New Year catching up with friends ❤️🙂 thanks for the recommendation 🙂❤️
@ dog buggy wouldn’t really help our situation unfortunately. 🥲
🥲🐾🐾🐾🐾❤️
Our max time away is 3 mths at a time- it’s enough for us. We enjoy hobbies friends and community at home in Brighton plus travel away over the winter months.
Good morning ! ❤️🙂 thanks for stopping by and commenting, winter sun and warmth is certainly the best isn’t it ! We will probably do shorter trips , but more often, we’ve got a few Xmas markets planned 🎄🙂 safe travels ahead ! X
Love seeing what you are all too. Sorry to hear about your & the dogs health ☹️
You will all soon bounce back & be ready for your next adventure. Take care 👍
Thankyou so much ♥️🙂 really appreciated, all feeling better, Pippa had her stitches out yesterday 💖🐾🐾 x
It took me over 3 months to feel right again after Covid.
Take care of yourselves and each other.
All will be well but you really have to take it easy.
Aww Thankyou, hope you are fully recovered, it’s a real kicker isn’t it ! 😢 we’ve had a break and will be doing a few short uk trips very soon ❤️🙂
My husband and I know exactly what you mean. We've noticed this last couple of years, all our trips have had to be cut short due to health issues. We just want to be home when feeling rough.
Although the motorhome is a second home, totally 👍, being home on the sofa or in your bed is the place to be 💖 safe travels x
Aww thank you, hope you are feeling better soon x 🐾🐾🐾♥️
Aww bless you both. Not great being poorly on the road. Aww poor Maggie 😢 And Poor Pippa it's always such a worry when your fur babies are poorly 😢.
Glad things are looking better. Take care both of you xx
Aww thank you so much ❤️ really appreciate it x
Great recommendation ! Thankyou 👍❤️
Absolutely, we had just lost the mojo and energy, back on track and planning a few little trips soon 🌲🙂
Aww Thankyou guys ❤️🙂 really appreciate your lovely words ❤️🐾🐾🐾🐾🙂 hope you are keeping warm up there ! 🏴🏴
Rest up, catch up at home and look forward to your future adventures.
Thank you so much, we are feeling 100% better now ❤️
Sending hugs to Pippa take care of yourselves xx 🐾🐾🐾
Aww Thankyou so much ❤️
It’s very hard when you’re poorly.
So pleased Pippa is doing well she’s amazing. Hope Maggie continues to come back from her surgery well. You’ve had a pretty rough time take care ❤

Glad to hear you are feeling better, covid is nasty as it takes months to get over. I’ve ended up with asthma from it 😢, and I’ve never had respiratory issues in my life. As you say, getting older is hard to come to terms with at times. Look after yourselves and those wonderful pooches. 😊
Aww Thankyou Helen 🙂❤️ really appreciated, all feeling better and Pippa had her stitches out today and it’s looking great 🙂🐾🐾🐾

Morning Dave ! Yes it’s been a bit of a journey , but all much better now ❤️🙂 planning a few local trips before Xmas 🙂🐾🐾🐾🐾

Love it!
Aww Thankyou, hope you have recovered fully, that sounds horrendous 😢 Wilfs bag was from Amazon ( I think ) and it’s called a dog drying bag 🙂🐾🐾🐾🐩x
Completely understand. You need to give yourselves a break, and time to deal with the problems life slaps you with every so often! . Looking forwwrd to seeing more travels home or away. Take care, both. Jxx
Thankyou Joy ♥️💖🙂 really appreciate your kind words and support x
Bath Christmas market is very good if you want to visit and compare
Thankyou ! We will definitely be doing this one 🎄🙂
Take care of your furry friends and yourselves too x
Aww thank you, much appreciated 🙂🐩🐩🐩🐾🐾🐾💖
You guys have really had some challenges havent you?
❤❤❤ xx
Hi Susan ! ♥️🙂 we won’t be having any jabs , all feeling better and the dogs are recovering incredibly well ❤️🐾🐾🐾🐩 catch you soon x
I'm trying to understand your comments.
You say you had Covid but you also said you wouldn't have another jab?
So do you maybe suspect it was a side effect from the "safe & effective" treatment?
@davidfoster9890 good morning 🙂 I think it’s down to personal choice which we fully respect of others 🙂
Also wanted to ask about Wilf: where and when did you get him!? Love the bouncy boy!
And the girls are gorgeous! Brave girl with her surgery ❤
And finally wanted to ask about your lovely van. Do you have a van tour video?!
Wishing you all the very best for future travels and best wishes for the furry gang including Maggie xxx
Love Louise (Poole, Dorset) xx
Rest is the best medicin !! Take it slow and take care of your bodies and soul . 😘😘
💖🙂spot on X ❤️ we are finally feeling so much better with a few short trips planned before Xmas 🙂
@redsgotravels x-mas time is nice 😍 Im Swedish and went to a lot of markets before x-mas. Miss that here in Spain ! The only time I miss snow is around christmas..☺️. Take care of You and the dogs
Thankyou 🙂💖🌲🌲🎄
Hi Guys, i know your going to Scotland and i loved your last trip up here, however have you ever thought of pushing the boat out and go on tour to thr Shetlands, i think that would be amazing 😁
Hi Jackie ! It is very much on our radar and one day we shall certainly do it 🙂❤️❤️🏴 we certainly enjoy it ❤️ x
York is always good at Xmas and there’s a campsite pretty close by.
Totally appreciate where you’re coming from when you talk about feeling a bit jaded. We also had Covid while away, it’s awful! Best wishes, stay lucky 👍
Thankyou ❤️🙂 we think York is a must do for Xmas , so we will have to give it a go 🙂 appreciate the recommendation 💖
Take a break you need it after covid etc it hard to keep cheerful this time of year but you are doing great . You both sound better since you came home
Aww Thankyou ❤️🙂 it really is much better, although a bit colder ! ❤️x
🙂💖💖🐾🐾🐾🐾
how you feeing now from covid as i just gettin some life back and the aches and pains are going
good luck to you both
Aww Thankyou , it kicked us for about a month , aches, pains and lethargy, lack of appetite, and overall about 6 weeks to feel normal again , not out of breath when walking and tiredness ♥️💖 we wish you a speedy recovery xx
I was laughing at wilf shaking his self off haha 😊
😂🐩🐾🐾 yup ! Sends his eyes googly 😂
Try exploring France it's closer to home and France is really big so sorry for your sons dog sending love
Thankyou 🙂❤️🐾🐾🐾 we will certainly be returning to France next year 🙂👌
Try Winchester market😎
Thanks for the recommendation 🙂
Great dog
Poodles are the Absolute BEST!
We adore our little poodle tribe.
Love to you and yours! 🐩
As it turned out you made the right decision coming home, for your own health and Pippas, on a different note what psi do you run your tyres on please
Thankyou ! All so much better 🐾🐾🐾🐩🐩🙂🙂💖 we have the all season Agilis, running them at 65 psi on the front , 70 on the rear 🙂 , a great tyre ❤️
Hopefully you will all feel better soon.Sorry zbout Maggie I am sure with your care she will soon recover. So happy to see Pippa is on the mend 🐕 🐾 🐾 🐾 ❤
Thanks so much, really appreciated, all doing so much better xx ❤️🐾🐾🐾🐩🙂
❤
💖🙂🐾🐾🐾Thankyou
Did u get covid even though u had a jab this year?
This is our 3rd go with covid, both of us have been vaxed
You got to do bath and sure you can stay in the park and ride
It’s on the must do list 👌❤️ Thankyou
