So this method actually works I have been using this for years and you did some stuff wrong let me correct you:
First of all use natural dried chamomile not the tea bags and make sure that the middle yellow part of the chamomiles are big that’s how you choose the right ones. And use natural lemon.
So this step is SO IMPORTANT that mixture is not going magically lighten your hair in a minute it needs WAIT in your hair and GET sunlight.
Your hair NEEDS to get sunlight for this to work otherwise it won’t do anything. Let it stay in your hair under the sunlight.
Trust me I did this so many times and your doing it wrong. Just wanna help you out.

Thank you for your comment! I’m glad to hear it works, and this is really helpful information too for those wanting to try it. I found good results using hydrogen peroxide (which works for me as I don’t get too much sun aha) but good to know!! Thanks for taking the time to explain :)

It works on hair without sunlight tho.
But the enzymes in chamomile are limiting the production of melanin, the body compound that colors each strand.
It will work faster under sunlight, but it doesn't need sunlight in order to work lol.
That's not how the enzymes work.

Hello darling~ I do know that, for whatever reason, using fresh squeezed lemons & boiling/steeping whole dried chamomile flowers will give much better and/or quicker results. At 55 yrs old, I have tried many different natural ways to add in highlights over the years, as I would never use chemical preparations. I have also used hydrogen peroxide with good results.
If you ever find yourself with any orange or yellow tints, simply use a blue or purple shampoo/conditioner to tone those out- unless you want them of course. =) There are sulfate & paraben free versions of the blue/purple toning products as well.
Btw, my natural hair is a medium/darkblonde w/strawberry blonde natural highlights~ so I definitely fight the orange at times! Golden hints are pretty- orange-y brass, not so much!

Oooh ok! Thank you this was so helpful :) Your hair sounds similar to mine too! I’m excited to try hydrogen peroxide on my ends, and am genuinely curious to see if it will bring out brassy/orange tones. I’m going for that golden look rather than yellow/orange/brassy, so a fine line to walk hahaha we’ll see!!

if you want a lighter shade of hair, use a "color hair remover" (subrina eliminator, colorpeel, color oops) on your hair...... although these removers do not contain bleach, ammonia or peroxide... they still slightly lighten natural hair....100% safe method

    • @RVforestgreen
      @RVforestgreen ปีที่แล้ว +1

Hair color remover is highly damaging tho you as well do the bleach 😊

Last year, I only used lightning spray to lighten my hair and my hair is severely damaged. Imagine what bleach can do. 😢

Lightening spray alot of times literally mostly hydrogen peroxide which is the active ingredient in bleach as well. You can end up with the same level of damage as bleach if you overprocess it and dont take care of it in between

Is a rubbish video, for start with too long, with your life story and you don’t really show results by using it for a while.
Another thing is that you are already blonde, like me, not yellow blonde blonde but blonde.
My friend is the darkest blonde, kind of light brunette and that would be a good model for this video.
By this video people would not know if works or not… sorry 💕
