samee it really doesn’t lighten the hair in the beginning but it gives a beautiful reddish tint to the hair i like adding little amounts yoghurt apple cider vinegar olive oil and lemon juice for shine the lemon juice with the honey water and cinnamon gave a slight lightning effect on the first try with red tints i was surprised because just 1 day before i had hennaed my hair with a brown henna powder but found out it was wayyy darker than i expected and literally after applying the honey lemon juice cinnamon olive oil acv and yoghurt i didn’t achieve the result i wanted but the lightning effect was very very obvious and adding yoghurt made my hair so shiny and healthy so when i was standing in the sun the next day it was so shiny and the color was more of natural brown with natural red tints ( it is said that the mask should be used twice a week for better results or until reaching the color you desire)
Loved these experiments. I lighten my hair with juice from a lemon while allowing my hair to dry in the sun. When it dries, I spray H2O on my hair and let the sun dry it. After 2 days of doing this while gardening, my hair has a wonderful sun-kissed look.
Thank you so much for this! You have answered that age old question “Can lemons lighten hair without the sun?” Now I know the answer is yes! Thanks again, this is the most helpful lightening video I’ve ever seen!!! 💖
This morning while I was eating breakfast, I was thinking and talking with my brother (just thinking and talking not searching for, never searched this before) how to lighten my hair by not using bleach for summery look, after breakfast I log on my pc and check TH-cam and this video is on my front page, excuse me what???????? Really good and quality video, gonna be using this! :)
Chamomile worked for me, but it requires sun! Lemon and chamomile both help the natural lightening sunlight gives, but basically speed up the process. ^^ Also, this video was very sweet and peaceful to watch.
Thank you for your comment 😊 I tried chamomile with the sun and the results are in the new video. To be honest I expected better results. But I'm glad that chamomile works for you.
my preferred method is honey. I mix honey with conditioner and a touch of salt, then leave on overnight. It lights my hair significantly and uniformly. If i want to have highlights as well, I add a bit of honey to the mix, but i prefer the uniform look
So it looks like the honey is working, but it needs more time. Also, the mixture with the conditioner is probably easier to wash off and not that messy. Thank you for sharing.
@@LoBelia-NaturalCare likewise, thank you for the video. Yes, it's easier with the conditioner, but i also put it on wet hair, not dry. It can take multiple tries, and sometimes it works better sometimes not so much, depending on the honey itself. The thing is that honey has a bit of hydrogen peroxide in it naturally
Such a thorough experiment. Also I like that you mentioned that hydrogen peroxide does not damage the hair and only 3% works just as well. I don't want to dye my hair and I have salt and peppe hair colour and don't like the contrast. Sparying it with 3% hydrogen peroxide is the best choice for me thanks to you.
I was thinking about using the peroxide as well for myself. But didn't she say the 6% was still ok and not damaging? That's all I have at home. And you have to do it a few times right? Did she say for how long to leave it on? I can't remember.
What I know so far, but never tested, is that camomile tea works when hair is exposed to the sun. It's a very slow and gradual process. I used to mix a bit of peroxide (20 volumes) into a small part of conditioner or hair mascara applying it with the hand, kneading the hair from bottom to middle before sunbathing. Again, it's a slow and gradual process and demands more than a couple of times to feel the results. But it's a good method to lighten the hair safely and make it look more natural. The hair also gets very soflt and shiny with a gorgeous beach look.
When I do the mask and my hair gets lighter, So when my hair grows, Will it grow in my original hair color (dark brown) or the lighter shade? Please help
@@silmf3613 Oh... That would be its strength/concentration. I believe 10v is 3% concentration of hydrogen peroxide, and 20v is 6% concentration. 20v is the lowest recommended to color/lighten the hair.
omg thank you so much I'm naturally blonde but my hair became dark blonde I'll try the lemon + water in the sun for a few weeks thanks a lot appreciate you work❤
Hi lobelia, I've been having great results so far with the 50/50 (camomile/6% peroxide) on my bleached and natural hair. The roots are blending like a dream and hair is in great condition after 8 or so applications. I’d love to know your recommendations for products that work in the sun next! Thanks so much for the experiment! And look forward to view all your content.
May I ask you how do you apply it? Do you spray it all over your hair with an atomizer or do you soak whole hair in it? And for how long do you leave it on your hair? I'd like to try this method, but I'm afraid that mixture wont be distributed evenly
I really appreciate the level of science you're applying to hair. There's not a lot of hair science videos like this. My takeaway was I should just stick with bleach 😅
I have used the Klorane chamomile spray and it worked, I did not saturate the hair, only spray like a leave in. I’m now using Rene furtener okara blond spray, has lemon juice I think. Great video! Thank you!
Very thorough. I'm looking for natural methods to go with using Henna color. I was going to go with the honey but I'm so glad I've found this in time. I'll do my own strand test first but this will make my own test process much faster.
Phenomenal experiment! I hope you can do more. Can you do tests on hair oils? Which method yields the softest hair? Maybe some people can agree to be your tester? This has been super interesting, I will definitely try out the hydrogen peroxide and perhaps add chamomile tea. Thanks again!
Thank you for your suggestion. It's a good idea! I have some other tests in my head already but unfortunately with full time job is difficult to manage the time needed for this kind of experiments. I hope it's going to change soon 😊
My favourite shade is lemon juice one. Wow that was cool. I also stopped bleaching my hair, but i love blonde hair so much. It looks perfect on me. My hair is one shade darker than yours. So i quit bleaching and had a buzzcut after looooong hair. It is now shoulder length, I'm growing it out now. And i will definitely try the lemon-water mixture. I subscribed, liked the video and commented. Your channel is 🔥!
Thank you so much for your comment and opinion 😊 Let us know how is your result after lemon treatments 😊 Make sure to use conditioner or hair mask as lemon can dry a bit the hair out.
@LoBelia-DIYcosmetics Aww you're so nice. But unfortunately I can only use 1 shampoo and it is a baby shampoo that also my son uses. I have eczema on my scalp so I can't use anything else. Even a bit.
This is awesome! I was wondering whether the lemon juice or the peroxide felt more damaged? Also, with honey I’ve read you have to let the mixture sit for an hour before applying to allow it to develop enough peroxide to lift the hair.
Thank you for your comment ☺️ Looks like the lemon and peroxide are not damaging the hair (if the hair are healthy and not damaged already). They can become a bit dry after those treatments but conditioner or hair mask can fix this issue. To be honest I was leaving this honey mixture sometimes for more than an hour so I think that was enough time to develop enough peroxide. But this honey treatment was very messy and annoying to use so even if this would work after longer time of using it, it's not for me 😉
Okay so we're supposed to leave those mixes in our hair for an hour before rinsing them out? I want to try the camomile and peroxide if I can get my hands on some 6% peroxide.
@Maaaaaam oh dang, I didn't realize that! I never would have thought about that, and would have simply put it in my hair once it was blended together. But as it is, I decide to take the easy way and or some vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, ammonia-free hair dye kit (Naturtint instead of L'Oreal). But I'll definitely keep in mind what you said if I ever decide to do the other somewhere down the road.
I loved your experiment it was very informative. I didn't seem to see a lot of brassiness. Was it the video that didn't show it or did you not notice any brassiness with the peroxide?
I didn't notice any brassiness. The hair was like a golden/yellow shade after hydrogen peroxide, which can be easily fixed with some blue toner if you want to. Thank you for your comment 😊
Thank you for a very thorough experiment! I no longer go to a hair stylist, and I have noticed how the sun lightens my hair naturally with my existing salon lightener. I was curious about the effects of lemon juice and hydrogen peroxide as opposed to harsher chemicals, and this illustrates it wonderfully.

This was so helpful! I’ve been considering using chamomile and or peroxide to naturally lighten my hair. I have a light auburn color similar to yours. Now I know chamomile or lemon juice won’t work. I’ll try some hydrogen peroxide. Thank you so much!
Thank you!! I have very dark hair, and this was very helpful in helping me to choose. I want to lighten my hair because I'm getting gray, and keeping up with the dark is getting harder, harder. This was very informative and put together well.
What works for me is using chamomile tea with apple cider vinegar and some lemon juice and sea salt and honey. Just spray it on before going out into the sun. I have to be consistent with it but my hair got pretty light using this! I’ve found with experimenting a lot that peroxide mixtures does work but ruins my hair. I’ll do a banana and cinnamon hair mask occasionally, trust me you DO want your hair to smell like cinnamon.
I'm making 2 test strands tonight with hydrogen peroxide (pure 3% and 6% from those lighting kits). Thank you for the tip! Hopefully it works on my dark hair, it usually lightens very fast in the salon, even though it looks almost black. Anyway, I selected 2 very small strands from the back, in they fall off when I wake up tomorrow I won't miss them terribly 😅
Let me know if is working. The 3 and 6% hydrogen peroxide will work slowly and gradually, especially on dark hair. Do a few tests on the same strands with a few days rest between the next tests.
This is such a great video! I have chest length hair and want to try the hydrogen peroxide and chamomile mix, how much of each ingredient should I use to have it cover all my hair? And if it get it on my scalp will it be harmful? Thank you so much in advance! 💛
If you will put a lot of peroxide on your scalp it can be irritating. But I recommend use a bit at first and see how is working on your hair. The best result is when you are doing gradually to avoid harsh regrowth (every week or every second week). I think like 50 ml in spray bottle is enough for the first time. Then you can see if you need more. And use good conditioner or hair mask after each use.
Question: I noticed that, since I hit 40, my hair has darkened considerable (I was a dark blonde and now it's like a dark brown, if you will). Other people noticed too. Is this a consequence of aging?/a usual age "symptom" like with grey hair, for example?
That is absolutely normal your hair is getting darker with age. I was light blonde as a kid and last year I realised my hair looks like brown, not blonde anymore. So the methods I'm showing in the video are helpful to create nice highlights and lighten the hair.
What a great & useful experiment! The sun always use to give me nice highlights when I was younger, but as I’ve aged, my hair has gotten darker and I don’t spend time in the sun. I use a product called Go Blonder by John Frieda on the first warm sunny day in late May, which is just enough to give me some highlights, but I think I may do the lemon juice towards the end of summer & during winter to help provide a better, subtle, transition of color as my hair grows out and gets trimmed. Thanks so much for this!
Wow, this is just the video im looking for since i was just diagnosed with a hair dye allergy. Very informative and well tested. Thank u so much. I will start with lemon.
Wow! This is so helpful! Thank you! I bought honey and chamomile tea to lighten my roots but after seeing this, I'm going with the peroxide. Thank you!
God bless you! Thank you so much! The video is amazing! The experiment is extremely helpful and the quality of the filming is great! I literally enjoyed every second😍💗
Thank you for this! I have had some success with a honey/cinnamon/olive oil/water mask, but its definitely subtle, even with letting the mixture "develop" for a few hours before applying it to my hair, and then leaving it in over night. My hair is a natural dark blonde and I like this mask to keep my hair from darkening in the winter in a way that's not super noticeable. I think I want to try the chamomile/HP mask to see if I prefer it's results.
I used a mix of lemon, olive oil, honey, chamomile and greek yogurt as a base, yes it does work but you have to do it a few times to get noticeable lighten. And if your hair is darker the result will be more orangey.
@@zeehuss7275theres no such thing, you just have to keep lightening your hair. it goes from brown to orange to yellow to white, so lighten in incriments
Ive had good but subtle results with chamomile, but it works the most on my roots. maybe cause of the warmth coming from my body? Ive also used honey but it has to be unfiltered, it also must be uses alot and helps if you go outside. Ironically direct sun exposure with nothing in my hair works better than chamomile or honey which ive usually done with little to no sun exposure.
Thank you so much for your comment. I believe that chamomile and honey are working but it's a very long process and subtle effect and that's why I didn't see results in my experiment. The additional fact that the method with honey is very messy doesn't make me want to try it on my own hair.
Im natural blonde, but in winter times due to lack of sun exposure my hair gets darker, so I decided to lighten it with a mix of apple cider vinegar, strong chamomile tea and lemon juice. Do you recommend spraying it and leaving your hair dry and then wash it or may be blow drying it would help the mixture to work better? Thank you!❤️❤️❤️
I wouldn't recommend blow drying your hair after you use the spray. It's not going to help, instead will make the hair dry. Leave the solution on your hair for one hour or even more and then wash them as normal. You can also apply overnight and wash them in the morning.
i think acids like citric and acetic (Lemon and Vinegar respectively) can lighten hair a bit better than that, they are definitely gentler than Peroxide, but they usually need some sorta increase in temperature to develop. The old girls trick I grew up hearing was lemon juice and then going out for a day in the summer sun because the sun would gently warm your hair
This vid was extremely helpful! I have stopped using any commercial brand products, and switched to making my own natural. But, my beautiful blonde has turned more dirty as I age. I’ve been looking for a way to stay clear of salon bleach. Thanks so much! I’m definitely trying the h2o2!
Thank you so much for this! Due to age and health conditions, my hair gets much less natural sunlight in recent years it gets sooo dark over the winter. My hair is very fine so I fear chemically processing to lighten. Thanks to your efforts i am going to try the 10%Hydrogen Peroxide (bought w/light ash blonde dye, but never was brave enough to try) 1part to 2 parts concentrated chamomile tea infusion. Wish me luck🤞🏼 I know, from my sisters, that chamomile, lemon, beer on their own really only work with sun/uv light. They will do in a day what naturally takes a week. My hair has always lightened rapidly in sunlight (even overhead flourescents, I had to apply kerastase sun filter, in sun or office, to not have white hair 😂) but due to a TBI in 2020, I can no longer sit in the sun, my eyes are too sensitive to light🤕. Now my body is too white and my hair has dark tan 😂
Thank you for sharing ☺️ My hair become so dark as well, last winter looked like a brown, not blonde anymore 😉 Lucky there is some natural methods to bring back the highlights ☺️ The most effective is hydrogen peroxide but can make the hair dry. I like beer, not only lightening the hair but leave them super shiny and healthy 😉
I would like to try to lemon mixture on my hair, as I am growing out my greys (naturally medium brown) and I think it would help to give more depth and prevent the ‘line of demarcation’

Hi love this video and all the information, my question is if my hair was bleached and damaged and I wanted to stop bleaching my hair and go natural and use either the lemon with water or 3% peroxide with chamomile which one will be better and not adding more damage to my hair . Also how long I leave on the hair and do I have to rinse or not ? Should I put it and sit in the sun for better results? How may time per week should I do it ? Can it be done on damp hair or dry hair ? Thank you 😊
Hi. Thank you 😊 Well if your hair is damaged already, lemon or peroxide treatment can make it even more dry. Try with lemon first, but avoid to apply on the bleached parts of your hair. Use oils and conditioner as well to regenerate your hair. Don't use lemon or peroxide more offen then once per week. You could leave the solution on your hair but in your case better wash it off after one hour. You can choose the day when you wash your hair and do it before. Sun can make the process faster but also can make the hair more dry. So better avoid sitting with the solution on the sun. It's better to do it on dry hair, when you wet the hair the solution will be more diluted and results not visible.
Yes, the sun can speed up the process and helps with hair lightening. I did the experiment with camomile and sun as well: th-cam.com/video/a6TuKM2Ht88/w-d-xo.html
Love how thorough this was, thank you! I've been using sun-in since I was a kid. However, I feel like I'm being duped on Amazon with something else being in the product, maybe somebody using it and filling it with water and returning it. (I ordered two bottles one time and they did NOTHING ). Previously getting it from the store afterwards it was fine. At least the last time I tried to go to the store, there was only one bottle left and it didn't DO anything. So I'm thinking somebody used it and filled it with water and returned it or something. Been really frustrated to not have anything that works. Sick of it. So even though I love the product, I'm looking at how to mix my own so at least I have all get some thing, and not keep wasting money and time on stuff that's not working. I saw another video that said instead of chamomile, lemon juice could be used. Just an option! And no having to make tea lol. 😝
Thank you for sharing. The chamomile is working only a little. Lemon juice is working as well, but to be honest, the most effective option is hydrogen peroxide. I'm using it on my hair for more than a year and I'm very happy with the results. You can check my 2 videos to see how I'm using hydrogen peroxide: th-cam.com/video/nzV3Y2xSEfU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=FRXJ7pUjaJMU-Cn4 th-cam.com/video/xk01qemTFVE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=QampUSLAUmnzcR1q
Great Experiment! My hair was significantly lighter when I lived in Hawaii… Sun exposure for sure but I also left salty ocean water on my hair often and wondered if that lightened my hair too because I live in California and see sun all year but my hair lost all it’s natural highlights. 🤷♀️ QUESTION…..MOSTLY I need to know vinegar ratio… I want to improve the health of my hair but it ends up slimy when I use apple cider vinegar as a rinse. What is the trick?
The salty water can make the hair lighter but also the fact that you were leaving wet hair to dry in the sun. For my vinegar rinse I'm using about 100 ml of apple cider vinegar per 2l of warm water in the bowl or around 50 ml per 1l of warm water if I'm using a jar.
Raw honey does work but you must leave it on overnight. There are videos from several years ago and there is quite a a difference. On that video raw honey (which has hydrogen peroxide in it and that is why it works) is mixed with conditioner and put on dry hair, covered, and left on overnight.
Loved the video, thank you for sharing. I have a question and Im not sure if you have experimented on this, will any of the methods in the video give my gray hair a more golden shade?
Try with cassia or rhubarb root (stronger effect). Both are giving yellow/golden shade. I don't know how much they can colour gray hair but you can try. I recommend use it on small hair strand first.
You should have boil cammomile with water and rub it to hair and wait in the sun. It works for sure. But it is not like hydrogen peroxite , it gives some orange tone
Hi, I don't know if you will get this so much later but while hair is "processing", it goes through different colors before it reaches the shade that you are looking for and it has to go through orange before it gets to yellow. After orange it will be yellow orange and then yellow. So, leave it on longer and you should get the desired color. I am a licensed cosmetologist. I hope this helps you or will help someone else who comes across this message.
I loved it, I’m currently looking for a way to lightning my hair without ruining again and since I have already grown my natural hair back I wanted to know what method actually worked … thanks for the video it’s really useful

Thanks for your support😊 If you have dyed your hair recently, wait a while for the color to fade. Then try using it a few times on a strand of hair that is not very visible so you can check what shade you get.
Very helpful video … but can I just use 3% of Hydrogen Peroxide instead of the 6% with Chamomile? I bought the 6% thinking it was the right one like in your video ? But then you also said we can use 3%! Will 6% damage the hair while drying in the sun?
I'm using only 6% and my hair is fine. I'm applying conditioner and a bit of oil from time to time and it's enough to keep the hair moisturized. You can do like I did in the video, so use one part of 6% hydrogen peroxide and mix with one part of chamomile infusion. This way you will get 3% of hydrogen peroxide.
Either lemon or beer work with exposure to the sun. My next door neighbor growing up used to lighten her hair with chamomile. The effect looked uneven but it seemed to work. I've never tried myself though.
Oh that's good to know, I'm about to go to my church's annual conference in the next couple weeks, and I will be spending about six days out by Santa Cruz. I will have plenty of time to expose my hair to the sun! Or I might just cheat and buy some Sun-In just before the conference. Not sure yet.
This is so cool thank you for making this experiment! I wanted to do this for a long time. My hair looks just like yours. I made the blend of lemon and hidrogen peroxide with essential oils and a bit of coconut oil.
This is an absolutely phenomenal video! Well produced, excellent information, visuals, and presentation! Loved the idea of using hair trimmings to test at home methods, as this won't damage the actual hair on my head if I were to try any of them out. I might snip off some small sections of my hair to test some of these methods to see and feel the results. I miss having some blonde in my hair. My stylist/colorist passed away at a young age many years ago, and I was never able to establish the same trust or satisfaction with anyone else since. Currently, I also can't afford paying the money, or risking the damage to my hair. Really appreciate this video so much! Fawn 😊 ps- I subscribed!
Oh thank you so much for your comment and your support 🤗 To be honest I personally was only one time happy after visit in hair salon. So that's why I prefer to do everything by myself.
I told the proportions at the beginning of the video. But if 1l is not enough, use 2l. If you feel that the amount of chamomile is not enough, use more. Also, I have another experiment on my channel with chamomile only: th-cam.com/video/a6TuKM2Ht88/w-d-xo.htmlsi=elzRcZJa-06mKlmd
I was wondering if you could make an experiment with the lemon + water lightening, like comparing the difference between lemon+water and lemon only, and maybe even comparing results after 1, 5, 10, 20 applications
Using only lemon would work faster, but also dry out and damage the hair a lot + it would probably feel sticky. Another thing to add to the process is sun exposure - if you want the hair to lighten faster, go spend some time in the sun after spritzing it in, it will work MUCH faster
I'm afraid that pure lemon juice is too strong for the hair and will make them very dry. It's better to wait a bit longer for the results and keep your hair healthy.

@@lalayastill610oh cool, I didn't know that about the honey!
Can you make an experiment with the most effective lightening treatments plus sun explosure! That would be so cool. I love your video.
Thank you for your comment 😊 That's a great idea for the experiment! Let's wait for the stronger sun 😉
Wouldn't a lot sun damage the hair?
Lemon juice and sun light is the key 👌🏼
Literally the video I was looking for since 4 years ago. Thanks!
Oh thank you so much ☺️
Such a thorough experiment.
I'm happy I could help 😊 Thank you for your comment 😊
I was thinking about using the peroxide as well for myself. But didn't she say the 6% was still ok and not damaging? That's all I have at home. And you have to do it a few times right? Did she say for how long to leave it on? I can't remember.
@@kelleyloggins859 6% can easily be made into 3% if you want to be more gentle, esp since she said the effect is the same. Just half it with water.
When I do the mask and my hair gets lighter,
So when my hair grows,
Will it grow in my original hair color (dark brown) or the lighter shade?
Please help
@@mafazchan6817 It will grow your original colour since the hair hasn't been lightened yet
@@Sam-cr1nu i see🥲🥲 thankss
Could you please tell me what is 20 volumes of peroxide?
@@silmf3613 Oh... That would be its strength/concentration. I believe 10v is 3% concentration of hydrogen peroxide, and 20v is 6% concentration. 20v is the lowest recommended to color/lighten the hair.

Can you share your experience and the method of using please?

Hi, What peroxide are you using? I would like to try it out on my hair… 😊
I really appreciate the level of science you're applying to hair. There's not a lot of hair science videos like this. My takeaway was I should just stick with bleach 😅
Thank you so much 😊
Haha yeah, if you need to lighten your hair drastically, I think that unfortunately bleach is the only option 😉
I love how organized and well this experiment is carried out as well as the notifications on damage or lack thereof. Thank you!!

Thank you so much for this video! My natural hair is similar as yours so makes it even more helpful!
Make sure to use conditioner or hair mask as lemon can dry a bit the hair out.
@LoBelia-DIYcosmetics Aww you're so nice. But unfortunately I can only use 1 shampoo and it is a baby shampoo that also my son uses. I have eczema on my scalp so I can't use anything else. Even a bit.

beautiful video, shot with so much detail and care, thank you for this!
Thank you so much for this comment 😊
@@Lavenderrose73 the honey and water should sit mixed up for an hour before applying it to the hair so it can develop the peroxide.

What works for me is using chamomile tea with apple cider vinegar and some lemon juice and sea salt and honey. Just spray it on before going out into the sun. I have to be consistent with it but my hair got pretty light using this!

@@LoBelia-NaturalCarethanks so much for the wonderful video. How long do you recommend leaving the hydrogen peroxide in for ?
Really awesome video, thanks for sharing this!

Appreciate the effort time and quality you put in this video thank you
Thank you ☺️
I used a mix of lemon, olive oil, honey, chamomile and greek yogurt as a base, yes it does work but you have to do it a few times to get noticeable lighten. And if your hair is darker the result will be more orangey.
Thank you for sharing. I will give the chamomile one more chance 😉
So there's no hope for us black haired people. Is there a way to cut out the orange and get that beautiful brown shade?
Glad ive seen this before i spend all summer carrying chamomile tea spray with me to give myself natural highlights

My hair is very fine so I fear chemically processing to lighten. Thanks to your efforts i am going to try the 10%Hydrogen Peroxide (bought w/light ash blonde dye, but never was brave enough to try) 1part to 2 parts concentrated chamomile tea infusion. Wish me luck🤞🏼
I know, from my sisters, that chamomile, lemon, beer on their own really only work with sun/uv light.

Thank you 😊
Hi. Thank you 😊
Well if your hair is damaged already, lemon or peroxide treatment can make it even more dry.
I understand that exposure to sunlight will change the results, I particularly know this about camomile, as I use it in the past.

Great Experiment! My hair was significantly lighter when I lived in Hawaii… Sun exposure for sure but I also left salty ocean water on my hair often and wondered if that lightened my hair too because I live in California and see sun all year but my hair lost all it’s natural highlights. 🤷♀️
QUESTION…..MOSTLY I need to know vinegar ratio… I want to improve the health of my hair but it ends up slimy when I use apple cider vinegar as a rinse.
You saved me time, I was about to purchase big tub of honey and cinnamon until I stumbled on this video. Thank you!

Raw honey does work but you must leave it on overnight. There are videos from several years ago and there is quite a a difference. On that video raw honey (which has hydrogen peroxide in it and that is why it works) is mixed with conditioner and put on dry hair, covered, and left on overnight.
This was helpful, as I wanted to confirm I could use a honey hair withOUT lightening my hair.

Will try, thank you!💕
You should have boil cammomile with water and rub it to hair and wait in the sun.

Oh thank you so much for your comment and your support 🤗
To be honest I personally was only one time happy after visit in hair salon. So that's why I prefer to do everything by myself.
Thank you! But how much ml do you need for mixing chamomile & hydro?
I told the proportions at the beginning of the video. But if 1l is not enough, use 2l. If you feel that the amount of chamomile is not enough, use more. Also, I have another experiment on my channel with chamomile only: th-cam.com/video/a6TuKM2Ht88/w-d-xo.htmlsi=elzRcZJa-06mKlmd

Amazing results! Where did you buy the hydrogen peroxide solution? I loved this video thank you 🤗❤️
I bought it from eBay.
Thank you for your kind words 😊
@@LoBelia-NaturalCare I thank you and wish you all the success in this world 🌷❤️
can I store the lemon with water in a bottle or it should be fresh everytime???
It's better to use the fresh one. If you want to store it keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Could you compare the hair using the 3 or 6 % peroxide 20 times vs standard bleaching to get the same level? Thank you
that would be interesting, to see how much brassiness each method creates!
How long is the mixture left on the hair ? Preferably the half camomile and 3% hidrogen peroxide ? Amazing video btw
Thank you for the detailed video!💗💗 It really helped me😊, I want to try the Camomile tea and the HP mixture but I’m not sure where to buy a HP, Do you have any tips where to find it?
Thank you for your comment 😊 I'm ordering my HP online. Just type 6% Food grade hydrogen peroxide. My one is from APCpure company.
Waw, what a research!!! Thank you so much, all the best 💖
