The full length feature is currently in production and will be going to festivals late 2024. It will be releasing on Knowledge Network in Canada.

@@TreasureOfTheRiceTerraces Thanks for the update. BTW did you apply for some funding from the Canadian Film board or from the province you're from? I know that independent Canadian film makers can apply for some funding, based on the credits that I see of independent films.
Try also TIFF, you can never know considering that one of your feature is the oldest tattoo artist that was featured in an INTERNATIONAL fashion magazine franchise. GOOD LUCK

Austronesians - the ancestors of mainstream Filipinos wore tattoos. Read the Visayan Pintados; Antonio Pigafettat. Thanks to Christianity, a tattoo became synonymous with criminality.

Christianity demonized everything.. Geez ever wonder why this country still listen to Church People when most of them running it are questionable...

Wow what a nice trailer! Just wondering if u guys went to our studio? Coz u featured the local guy below our studio in Pasig "Katribu Tatu" . Well, the face is associated to a criminal but he's just a local in our town, hes harmless. ✌️♥️😅

Hey Jean! Thanks so much for the incredibly kind comment. It’s not our intention to paint him as a criminal. Just showing different faces of Filipinos. We did go to their studio to visit them, we met them in 2020 but the studio was closed when we went back in January.

What you dont know about tattoos in the cordillera is the quantities of your tattoos symbolise the number of the people you beheaded but now it just represent art and culture

There no art in tattooing your body as God himself made a beautiful art of making you, as a 66 years man I been in many of those close door been locked for many years and I said always no to the tattoos, as body is the temple of God most high.
