- Part 2 of this trip see us travel up to William Creek and through to Algebuckina and Oodnadatta. The weather gods weren't our friends this trip as the weather changed from 40 degrees to cold and pouring with rain in a matter of a day. We had to make some tough calls before driving an unplanned 320kms to Coober Pedy for safety.

Finally someone with a Ranger. Seems like everyone in Australia has a 4x4 channel these days but all drive Japanese.
We love our ranger! So far no issues and she get us everywhere we’ve wanted to go. 👌🏼🤙🏼

Pity the weather upended your Algebuckina stop. We were there earlier in the year. It's a great spot to spend at least a night
Yea unlucky this time but we’ll get back there. The camping along the Neale’s river looked a lovely spot to set up for night or 2.

Ah of course! Starting at Coward Springs on the Oodnadatta and travelling north up the Oodnadatta through William Creek, Algebuckina to Oodnadatta before having to beat the rain back to Coober Pedy

Just a tip guys, use collar mics if you have them as the on cam mic is crap. Maybe a bit too much small talk.

Thanks for the feedback! We currently use a rode shotgun mic to capture our audio, because we agree the on cam mic’s aren’t ideal for directional pick up.

Sorry for being negative but all of a sudden every one with a 4wd and a camper are TH-camrs. TH-cam must be paying out plenty of money or wishful thinking.

Apologies you feel that way. We love what we do, our skills and hobbies combined. The enjoyment of photography, videography, filmmaking, camping and exploring our great country. Something we’ve both been doing and enjoying for a long time.
