I lost my first pregnancy on my 35th birthday 😢 April 2024. I had to take medication to clear out all the tissue and was told not to try again until August. Now im pregnant again in october 😊 5.5 weeks and praying for a healthy pregnancy this time. Anxiously awaiting my first ultrasound I need to see a health fetus before I get too excited 😢
@@hashtagspandas4070 I don't thinks so :( first ultrasound a couple days ago and only measured 5 weeks then. So we fear the baby stopped growing.. heart💔
I just turned 36. I have one kid and she is now 9. My husband and I were not intending on having more, but with our child older, we felt like she needed at least one sibling. We regret not having one sooner. We have been trying this year but have had no luck. I missed my period by 6 days once and we were excited but then it came and it just crushed us. Last month again we tried but it didn't work. I am grateful for this information and I'm going to try again. I just hope it works this year because once I'm 37, I don't want to try anymore. 😢
I've been struggling with depression and gender disappointment for two years now. Despite loving my son dearly, I yearned for a daughter. At 44, with my husband not wanting more children, I'm finding it challenging to cope and move forward. My heart and mind are still adjusting to this unexpected path.Honestly, I'm struggling to accept our family dynamics. Two years ago, I welcomed another precious son, but my heart longed for a daughter. I had saved some of my barbies and dolls and princess books.Loving him unconditionally, yet grieving the loss of that daughter dream. Now, at 44, with my husband complete, I'm grappling to find closure.
❤I feel for you. For what it’s worth, my mom longed for daughters for the same reason and got me- a tomboy who hated Barbie’s and ballet and didn’t want to be a princess. My nephew on the other hand, loved princess dolls and dress up when he was little. You can share those things you saved with your sons. Gender isn’t personality, and lots of boys like those things. If nothing else, it could help them learn to respect girls, which is never a bad thing.
I have been on birth control for a very long time and I am 34 years old I have decided not to continue with any tape of birth control methods because I don't like how I feel when I'm on birth control And I have stopped eating unhappy foods and I have been taking care of myself I have Eliminated some things And I have started taking vitamins I what to have a healthy baby thank you for you're videos they have helped me a lot
I’m 45 and trying for #3, my second child with my current hubby so baby #2 (but will be my third child). I have endometriosis (just found out I had it this Jan this year) so, that’s no fun. It’s been a road last two years but I still have faith and I’m trying out things to see if we can get it done! Best of luck to me!! Haha. 😂
You have my sincerest empathy for the difficult situation you’ve been through🫂 I'm wishing you the very best on your journey❤ Thank you so much for watching!
@drlorashahine I'm happy I found your video I am one of those who have irregular cycles and barley have a cycle but I got bloodwork in sept done they said everything was normal not sure what types of test to ask for. I go back in March for more blood test. I also had the uterus iud not sure if that is what caused all this issues so far I've have a semi cycle from sept-oct-not yet in nov prob about 3-4 days
Can you talk about the impact of prolactin? After a year of TTC a prolactinoma was found, I'm taking medicine now (cabergoline) but so far nothing still. I'm curious about all the impacts it can have on fertility (I have normal cycles, usually they say it stops you from having a period when high enough but nobody talks about the impact if you're still getting your period and everything looks normal otherwise).
Every person is different and may need specific tests done. I'd advise you to ask your medical provider for answers to your personal situation. I hope my content on my website drlorashahine.com can help - there you can find links to my books at amazon.com, TH-cam channel, Baby or Bust Fertility podcast, blog, Instagram, Tiktok and more! Thank you for watching and best wishes ❤🤞🍍

Why do you not want to try anymore once you're 37?
hey dont think 37 is a limit age! today women are getting pregnant over 40 and even 50!

What testing do we need to do Doctor?

I’m 28 and I’m trying to get pregnant I have low egg count though
I was 46 yrs and I had a first born baby around 2013 and now I stay about 11 yrs without a baby and I need a baby I can't
If a person has c section with the previous baby, how soon after medically safe should a person try fertility treatment such as IVF again?
