    The NRL's Ezra Mam punishment is embarrassing and sets a terrible standard/precedent for other players. The players association should also say something about this and distance themselves, as it will reflect on the players as part of the sport and open them to more criticism from the public.

    9 games a bit light? 9 games could easily cost the broncos the season more than fair punishment

    Focus on the up coming season and how exciting its going to be, whinging gets ya nowhere apart from negativity towards players and supporters

    Have they announced what the substance was that he tested positive for?

      @@timshannon8499 Yes,that's the only information I have found aswell. Surely the police prosecutor couldn't use a vague term like that in a courtroom. Makes you wonder why the police didn't name the other drugs in the cocktail 🤔

    The irresponsibility of the magistrate is incredible. If you want an 18 or 19 year old kid not to drive home after a few pills and a couple of lines now, you've sent the wrong message to society.
    Even if you're in a car accident and a little girl ends up in hospital, the benchmark, is a slap on the wrist.
    The magistrate seriously needs to be dis-barred

    Why is everyone so butthurt? He has a high chance of rehabilitation. I bet every man and their dog in this comment section gets on the agbays. Plus he is indigenous and we’re all technically on their land so who are we to get upset at a lenient punishment? Too many haters

    • @sneakerfreak
      @sneakerfreak 22 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      Driving a Japanese vehicle on a tar sealed road makes your comment nul and void..do you think that indigenous people should be able to do anything they like because it is 'their' land? The most ridiculous comment of the day award goes to you 👏

    • @nibzzz123
      @nibzzz123 22 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ didnt say they can get away with anything. In fact, historically they dont get away with much. He’s still getting punished but people are just mad cause a blackfella is getting a lenient sentence? Well it’s the ENGLISH common law mate which we’re all following so blame the judge or justice system. Don’t hate the player, hate the game (not NRL though mad sport)

    • @sneakerfreak
      @sneakerfreak 22 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      @nibzzz123 I actually love the player but not the victim mentality that he portrays whilst he is actually privileged in 2024...if he was White or Polynesian, he would have been deregistered by the NRL and that's why people are upset..
