Good sound comparison with the pull up and drive off from a distance, always laugh to myself when its filmed in a garage 3 feet from the pipe. Might work on a Db meter but not great om a camera phone.
Got the same set up on my bobber black. It's loud. Loud pipes save lives. Be warned, it will make you ride much more aggresively, your going to love the sound and therefore, will thrash it, especially going from winding the throttle right back then let it go, if you haven't done the booster plug (i haven't for this very reason) the popping from the exhaust is to die for.
"Loud pipes" is the excuse we make when we know we are being obnxious. I've never run loud pipes. Still here on two wheels at 60. Good skills and common sense saves lives has always been my motto.
Both sound great but i prefer stock. Less sibilant, tinny than the aftermarket, warmer, fatter sound. Plus the stock pipes look better relative to the bike they're on. Which makes sense, that's what they designed 'em for!
Beautiful exhaust but too much noise and I'd be worry that the 2 years Triumph warranty would be canceled due to the eliminated cat. Could be an intermediate solution mounting BC exhaust leaving CAT on? Tks
That was my hope. I talked to my dealer & they said slip on exhaust has no effect on Triumph factory warranty. To be safe, I'd confirm on your end as well!
Custom bobber spring seats have been available for Harleys since the dawn of time. Thing is, they are usually not very comfortable for longer rides which is Harleys bread and butter.

Congrats! No real performance change, just a much more distinct sound. Not too much at idle, but she starts to speak up when you get on it!
