I love Eldritch Horror. I tend to play with my best friend and his partner who have everything except the Mountains of Madness expansion. It's an amazing experience every time :)
Thanks so much for posting this! There are no videos on YT that basically give you a refresher or explain the rules for the expansions. I think it's a *great* thing that you don't use everything on every play. It keeps the games fresh and different and also doesn't require the space for all of the expansion boards. Thanks again! :)
Bought all expansions, but can't find signs of carcosa anywhere. Seems out of print. This is better than AH: LCG. As this is always random adventures 🙂
I have added all mythos assets condition spells etc to my decks. The only cards that are only in play with a particular board are things like Antarctic research and Antarctic encounters so they stay in the box if that board isn't being played.
So, I have the base game showing up in a couple days. While I'm obviously waiting to make sure I enjoy that before expanding it - I'm still researching ahead of time to see what expansions to keep an eye on. So, at this point in the product's lifespan: what expansions would you recommend above the others?
forsaken lore + strange remnants. Both are small boxes that really make the experience better by adding more variety to the encounters and also give you focus tokens
@@gloth I have since picked up the full collection - but yeah, I do wish I would have started with those two expansions first. It would have balanced the difficulty much better.
There is another way for Devastation to come up in an EH game, there's a Mythos card that triggers one, even if Shudde M'Ell isn' the AO for the game. This looks like it's going to be pretty good. I play with all of my cards combined together, but have yet to have an "official" double sideboard game (mostly due to lack of space). Good luck! (Unless the game's ended already, in which case, I hope you had good luck :-p )

Yeah, so many cards is a challenge. Have a look at my AH storage video, I just adapted that to EH.

Hi, yeah good question..Both are quite good, but I actually prefer AH, even though it is a more fiddly game.
Eldritch Storage ...
